Is Telstra mobile really crap in the Mountains, or is it because I’m using a cheap reseller? I can rarely watch a 3m video without massive pauses, even with 2-3-4 bars of reception.

@Telstra Hi. Would you mind removing the Akamai proxy server from my internet connection? Or find out who I can speak with about that connectivity issue on my account, since the support staff I've asked haven't been able to help with this issue? Thanks.

@damovisa I have taken to asking "please take me off your list" and explaining I am not a Telstra customer

@smh_ch @greentshirtpink I'm on Boost and it's not as expensive as Telstra but still uses the Telstra network. But still not as cheap as the UK.

@alansattler74 @Telstra @VMorganSchmidt I’ve attempted complaints by Twitter email and phone over the last 12 months. Thought we were nicely placed between 3 towers. Regularly very little or no signal. Not sure what they do other than the seemingly pointless Twitter comments to message them.

@Telstra @NBN_Australia Right, so why doesn’t it? And now I should use the app to “get help”? Sorry Cas, but nothing Telstra has suggested has helped me here? Everything is smoke and mirrors and obfuscation of the facts, it’s incredibly frustrating

@ftworkcareers @FinancialTimes @OLIVERBALCH They will certainly function better than a CFO becomes a CEO!!! This is at least proven in IT/Telco whereas Andy Penn and Hans Vestberg caused so much damage to #Telstra and #Ericsson

Hi @Telstra I was recently overseas with my prepaid service, and for the first time had no option for roaming (I was in indonesia) - when are you allowing your prepaid customers to roam overseas again? I think it's about time you treat us the same as your post paid customers

@AFL @Telstra No, this never happened. No. A fake tweet. No, no, no, NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! (rolls onto floor in fetal position)

@Telstra @NBN_Australia Telstra has known there’s an outage since Friday 27th May, I cannot comprehend the level of incompetence here from Telstra… You sent an SMS text message that there will be “network updates” on June 1st, 2 days after you were aware of the service outage
