@Telstra and the worst of it is that on Friday when we called the person we spoke to in thursday didn’t even make a note of the conversation on our file. We had done a bunch of troubleshooting and they denied even speaking to us. So that hardly seems an option anyway.

Hey @Telstra it'd be awesome if you could send the tech promised a week ago to my kids after-school care pronto. Landline down and crap mobile reception means if there is an emergency they can't call for help. Grays Point Activity Centre #sendhelp #safety #CustomerService #FixIt

@knarfnamduh @deemadigan @Telstra And no service as well.....waited 47 days to connect to existing working installation, just moved recently waiting 14days, so far. Been paying for 100, getting 43 @ best, appears it's fttc @ best......good luck.....just love Telstra

@Telstra Literally. Nothing. We keep getting told to check a page that lists local outages and it keeps changing the outage time. We are getting literally no answers as seen in previous posts.

Currently am using NBN Telstra am paying for 100, but getting max 43.....not good, just shifted & now have blinking green lights & nothing...🤔😠😠

The nbn and internet situation in Australia is bad enough, but this whole situation has seriously stopped me ever, ever signing up with @Telstra again, and will adamantly be advising friends and family of the same. Never have I experienced such a lack of basic caring from staff.

Took them 47days last time to get here & less than 8mins to fix 2 off them....totally incompetent deal Telstra blames NBN blames Telstra, problem is, you dont have a contract with NBN, must use provider

@MJFY @fictillius @Telstra @andy_penn Yup. They have network monitoring too. I tried doing one of the network reports for Green square station. Would have needed a day off work to do all the testing asked of me. It affects every person at green square and CBD.

@the_scarfie @nearlytheGOAT I'm off to Gulargambone, the town without service I call it lol. One bar for Telstra that drops out every 5 seconds and Optus has no bars. Services for these smaller towns are such a disgrace, really feel for the people out this way.

@Telstra My internet service has been broken since last Tuesday. A tech has been on site but not able to resolve the issue. Each time I call they go through their spiel, try to tell me my issue appears to have been resolved and refuse to let me speak with a manager.

@Telstra I'll be in the South Hobart area most of the day but hopefully not in the area that's not working - there are others on the community Facebook saying their mobile reception is also out. Probably is an ongoing issue that needs checking.
