@Telstra Was at home. Wasn’t casting just trying to use the app on the TV but it didn’t recognize my login & instruction to go to website diverted back to Telstra. Very confusing & this twitter exchange is more helpful than both companies websites or call centres.

It’s really hard to know who to hate more @Telstra or @Foxtel. I’ve been paying for Foxtel for years, but cannot get FoxtelPlay as both company’s consultants tells me it’s the other one I should talk to. Thank god EVERY OTHER streaming service is easier.

@LurkingWolfox @hendikins Depending on how plans shape up next year might switch to optus. I have 0 issues with the Telstra network, and you couldnt pay me to ever use Vodafone again as their coverage in the train to work is useless.

@xskinn @Dlanorx @platykitten Ian you can ring this number 1800 805 996 They can help you deal with these arseholes. Telstra put me the number when I informed them . I also was able to get entire countries blocked trying to call me.

@Telstra I can’t subscribe to it because the Foxtel website keeps redirecting me to my Telstra login. There’s no chat service like Apple has to fix it, just “community” which is useless. When finally get to a person on phone each say go to website. So I’ve given up and will just use Go.

@JanetGoss @iborgward @Telstra The other thing they do is tell you to go to your computer and log in, they then talk you through a ‘fix’ for a non existent problem. What they are in fact doing is gaining access to bank account details, logins, passwords etc. A number of people have been caught, always hang up!

@JanetGoss @iborgward @Telstra I get them all the time too, I invested in a cheap answering machine, I never answer the landline unless I know the number that comes up. It’s only very elderly relatives that ever call it anyway, the scammers always hang up when the machine kicks in! Mine’s silent too.

Increasingly annoying that the Netball Live app will only work with WiFi. Even with full 4G signal it says my signal is too weak - rubbish! Can’t keep up to date with scores let alone watch livestream - Come On Telstra! @SuperNetball
