@Telstra iain, it’s not listed. we noticed the problem last week. our kids’ schools are impacted too. i tell ya, something’s up. it’d be good to know what it is and get it fixed. until then, i’m hot spotting with my phone for reliable connection.

@Telstra I even called an hour before the latest attendance time to check they were still coming and given zero info. I asked to make a complaint and was just transferred to general sales team. Needed the line in to the building be checked to ensure the service was properly connected.

Maybe if we don’t pay our bills, @Telstra might actually fix their network. Can’t use 4g because it’s trash and god forbid if you try and use the wifi. 🙄

@Telstra Mobile signal is actually worse than internet and had to install expensive CEL-FI due to seceral contacts from me and a long email from Telstra saying everything was great...which is extremely inaccurate for Black Rock

@Telstra Tried that. Tried on phone & PC. Telstra chat advised to use another browser - it worked with Microsoft Edge so you might have a problem with Google Chrome.. Thanks!

@Telstra several times and then the insulting email from Telstra was received..thanks for your correspondence. My experience with Telstra in this region has been extremely disappointing and they have not fixed the issues despite using the cumbersome process to go through 👎👎👎

@Telstra moved house 5 yes ago & everytime we book a technician to come out for something they go to the old address! Absolutely appalling customer experience. Has happened atleast 10 times & I’m sure this won’t be the last. Really concerning that it’s so hard to get basics right

@Telstra Have done that twice in the past 12 months and no technician was ever sent to investigate properly..received a condescending email that as well as the cost of the Cel-Fi, I will have to move by early next year to gain better service and will likely now select another provider

@MitchRobinson05 Don’t touch the Optus deal. We had 10 weeks of problems, arguments .... and no internet! Go with 200GB Telstra landline/internet deal for $75 pm.

enough of sad news. I don't feel like doing any recordings today. Plus I had drama with recharging my internet service. Stupid Telstra mobile app wouldn't accept my card due to an app error. And had a hiccup with paying for it via website through PayPal method. So very fedup!!

@Telstra Could you please explain why I need a credit check to decrease my price plan? It isn’t a new plan and I passed a credit to get the plan. I don’t want a credit application impacting my credit score. It would be easier just to cancel and go somewhere else
