@findlay_47 @marcmurphy3 @Telstra Well that and when he broke Atkins jaw with a coward punch from behind. Clarkson isn't a man of dignity, never has been.

Nick Johnstone (@NickJohnstone2) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
Dude rings me on the phone and says he is here to fix our NBN which drops out intermittently 228 times a day and says “can you come out and open the gate” , I say “it’s not locked, slide it to the right”, he says “ no I can’t open it”. That’s confidence thanks Telstra!

Amanda Valentina💋 (@AmandaWorldwide) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Meagan__Lawson @JenBrockie @Telstra If I didn’t go down this pathway I’d be bald by now. I’ve actually no idea how they remain in business. Basic account management is a 1/10 at best.

Amy (@AmyGVSL) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@katehodgson_au It’s been the most unreliable service since the day we switched over. Every time it rains the net goes down and Telstra has just shrugged when we’ve complained. Now their call centres aren’t operating on the weekends and their live chat isn’t always online.
-
Amy (@AmyGVSL) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
So anytime the weather is bad our internet dies. Tried to call @Telstra about it last night because we’re certain it’s a faulty modem but apparently their call centres are no longer 24 hrs. It’s going to be a long lockdown.

Lazmeister (@LazmeisterM) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
Just received my bill 3 weeks after this two hour phone call. Still no credit processed. My @Foxtel service is still active and I’m being continuing to be charged even though they confirmed it’s been cancelled twice. @Telstra #useless

@JenBrockie @Telstra I had MEGA issues with Telstra recently and contacted the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. The very next day Telstra called me and the ridiculously LONG-STANDING was sorted out. Perhaps give them a call. 💜

.@Telstra Third time of asking now. I want to cancel my agreement with you. You are useless, both in terms of internet provision and customer service. I can’t do it on your app. I can’t do it online and your call centre is closed.

Damien (@DamienZuch) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@rosscoulthart @Telstra @NBN_Australia This deserved a re-tweet and a like. The system is broken and needs to be replaced. Total waste of money!

-
Amy (@AmyGVSL) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@revolios @Telstra I actually can’t agree with you more. The frustrating thing is I have been redeployed in another large company to help with the call centre backlog and I currently can’t do that because Telstra didn’t see the value in moving their own staff remotely.
-
Kate (@_KGreally) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@TPG_Telecom She's done this and spent 15 hours on the phone to no avail. She spend $400 to change her provider to Telstra due to TPG'S failure to address the phone line being broken

Hello @Telstra please reply. Your internet today, like most days, has been extraordinarily poor and I am struggling to contain my excitement at receiving yet another full price bill for your half-price service.

Hey @Telstra my NBN service has dropped out at least a dozen times in the last half hour. This has been consistently happening since we connected. 2 service guys have been out to 'fix' it. Clearly they didn't. This is not good enough! We pay for this bs 😡 #Useless #Telstra #NBN

Noel (@kranknm1) reported
This is scary I answered a text on Twitter regarding Broadband speeds in my text saying that I was happy with my internet speeds via my mobile with Telstra within 2 minutes I received a text from Telstra saying they were glad I was happy with Telstra service

@Telstra Outage was planned. Restored same day. Please stop blaming other issues for Telstra shortcomings on maintenance and equipment failure.
-
Adam Turner (@adam_turner) reported
@alexkidman @smyth_gj @AmyRemeikis the downside of the FttN-to-FttP upgrade is that NBN might use it as an excuse not to fix FttN issues, like Telstra did with copper and HFC beforing selling it to NBN

@RxstyyAU @Telstra Nothing but problems!!

Chris Lenton (@chrislenton) reported
hey @Telstra , since when is it ok to hold a customer's mobile number hostage for 14 days? You are obligated to port within 3 days according to the ACMA rules governing your carrier license. I've been without service for 14 days, how do you expect a person to survive this?

💧Sally Lawry (@SallyLawry) reported
@ElianeMayer6 @AmyRemeikis By contacting Telco I had one contact, or Case Manager, who was very helpful . We have had lots of problems with connections and speed . Main problem being old copper wire and distance from the node . Got a good refund as Telstra was simply not providing promised service
