@Telstra lines have been so slow in the Northern Peninsula Area (NPA) region for the last few days and coverage has noticeably dropped in Seisia community. No explanation from them as to why.

@Telstra My internet issue hasn't been resloved, whenever we call the tech support people they say it's not your/Telstra's problem it's our problem and I'm pretty sure the internet speed isn't our problem and the constant cutting out

Wow, I though TPG was only incapable of providing decent service when it comes to an enterprise account. In 2017 we connected one of our temporary offices to TPG and it was a disaster and we quickly went back to Telstra.

@Telstra I've also found that there is no consistent customer service records. Every time I'm called the foreign operator has no clue what has gone on before. I agree, "not great" that a new customer is forced to complain to the Ombudsman to get something happening.

@TelstraEnt I’ve been waiting FIVE MONTHS for Telstra to connect my NBN! FOUR engineers booked to fix... ALL no shows! Telstra even breached the first deadline imposed on them by the Ombudsman!!!!
