    @Telstra lines have been so slow in the Northern Peninsula Area (NPA) region for the last few days and coverage has noticeably dropped in Seisia community. No explanation from them as to why.

    @Aussie_BB @AaronDodd I have to say that AussieBB customer advice sh&*s all over Telstra. The last time in my area that the 4G/5G mobile tower went down, it took them 7 days to admit there was a fault, and another 3 to fix it. The fault, BTW, was that earth moving equipment had dug up the fibre cable.

    @D_LittleproudMP @AnthonyBenscher One of the problems,now,is an inherent unreliability due to ending copper wire for #Telstra landline #phones. They are not reliable on fibre optic. #Auspol

    @AaronDodd @Aussie_BB Back now, here, at least. The last time Telstra mobile went down in my area, it took 10 days to restore. 7 of which they refused to admit there was a problem. The problem, you ask? A road grader had torn cables apart. Not as obvious as one might think, it seems.

    @BarrySteeleNB @Telstra The catastrophe that was the Morrison govt (now deserting as I type - Tudge😩😡😩) has left the country a laughing stock, from NBN to AUKUS. It'll take years to fix, if it can be🤔😟

    @capnstarlight Not sure what your issue is but feel free to lodge a formal complaint. Advice given to me my a Telstra employee once. They have to act on the complaint and in my case it meant a month or two of free phone/internet.
