@JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

.@Telstra trying to connect to your new upfront plan so I can data share with my hotspot. Firstly you can’t connect to them if you have an eSIM, so I get the absolute joy of having to go to a retail store to get a SIM card. Your staff treat customers so poorly

@Telstra Yes, my team has spoken to our Telstra Account Manager which will go nowhere as usual. FYI just parked my car across the road from 480 Queen St and had to run up the road to get a network signal so I could pay for my street parking before I got booked. #absolutejoke

@nick_spurway @Telstra Agree, it doesn't help customers at all and just a way to secure money more reliably. If you do live fortnight to fortnight, why are you with Telstra? They are the most expensive out of them all. You can pick up an Amaysim pay as you go for $10, 1.5gb of data, and unlimited calls
