My dads home phone number was hacked by scammers! He has received 100s of calls from people, many abusive! He has requested to change the number but @Telstra still haven’t changed it & the calls are still coming every minute! It’s horrible but no one seems to be doing anything 🤯

@emdeem I’ve restarted it 4 times and according to Telstra there is a Foxtel outage in the area. Frustrating but confirms for me its time to cut the cord

6. 80% of phone order was disclaimers about a landline, which I did not have, want or need. 7. Process to connect to @Telstra NBN was good. 8. It now drops out constantly. Corralled into raising service faults via live chat and SMS has resulted in 4 service tickets, no action.

@Telstra No delay connecting. Connected, worked fine for a week, now drops out. Problem is no singular point of contact to raise/resolve the fault. Multiple service tickets, SMS, app messages. No ability to speak to anyone.

@Telstra @andy_penn A simple matter like this should not take months to solve. I should not have to be on the phone for endless hours and no resolution. I should not be hung up on by complaints staff. I am seeking legal advice tomorrow and again I should not have to do this.

@Telstra I'm really frustrated with your service. Our internet's been disconnecting all the time.. no one working on your phone lines.. only online chat which is going round in circles. Also been charged late fees and UFC on Foxtel with you which we didn't watch 😠 help ASAP
