I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

@Telstra The same thing they say every time we call… “I understand” “we will send a technician to fix it” “they will fix the wires” sadly there is just no fixing copper wires that flood every time it rains!!!

Man. I hate Telstra. Been telling them about a fault for SIX MONTHS and now a week before Christmas they act like they found the fault as if I had never told them and expect me to take days off work during my peak period to wait for an NBN technician. Zero consideration for me.

@Telstra @holotropik As if you guys can’t report it yourselves as well? Literally every person I’ve spoken to in port Macquarie is having the same issue. The mobile data network is unusable for all Telstra customers.
