    I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

    @Telstra The same thing they say every time we call… “I understand” “we will send a technician to fix it” “they will fix the wires” sadly there is just no fixing copper wires that flood every time it rains!!!

    @DrCameronMurray I work for markets at a bank. If businesses want long term (30y), cancellable, low rates we do that. If they want to issue (Telstra has a better credit rating than us) we do that & can swap anything to anything. Not just debt, equity too. Record super is looking for a home.

    @Telstra The thing is, I have been doing this for months and there is no improvement. In fact, it seems to be getting worse. And I’m not the only one, so many people I talk to are having the same issue. Telstra clearly has issues that need to be fixed

    @Telstra how can you still be using such a bad model for your fault management? Stood up by the nbn tech yesterday after sitting around for half a day & trying to reschedule is killing me. No, I don’t feel like retrieving the last day I paid my bill to prove who I am.

    Is Telstra mobile really crap in the Mountains, or is it because I’m using a cheap reseller? I can rarely watch a 3m video without massive pauses, even with 2-3-4 bars of reception.

    @Ladymondgreen1 @Costa77516533 Have you tried chat. We have pretty good service here. 🤞🤞 We find we get quicker response when using chat, not only Telstra, but other establisments. May not solve your problem immediately, but possibly will hasten solution. Good luck. 🤞🙏

    @dlewis89 @abcsydney @9NewsSyd Oh god, my kid was a few streets away at a friend's house. Confirmed she is fine but looks like Optus service is down. Thankfully someone in their group is on Telstra and could get a call out. Horrific stuff.
