    I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

    @Telstra The same thing they say every time we call… “I understand” “we will send a technician to fix it” “they will fix the wires” sadly there is just no fixing copper wires that flood every time it rains!!!

    I was on a support call with Telstra the other morning and I heard a rooster crowing in the background. Spent the rest of the next hour on hold, trying to figure out what timezone the guy was in.

    Using "New phone feeling" in the past and "Upgrade and Protect" now with @Telstra always feels like a second class citizen when a new iPhone is released... Always have to call them to order/pre-order the new phone, never able to hit the release date...

    @Telstra Might be another opportunity to point out the 4G backup isn't working. Hasnt worked since you contacted us about 2 Xmas ago saying we were using the 4G backup too much, cause there was some extended outage. I think your guys disabled it.

    @Telstra Netflix throws up a 139 error and Netflix support are saying it’s because there is an issue with the isp. Advice a solution ?

    It's taken almost 2 hours of waiting on @Telstra support just for then to tell me the wrong information about my account. Ffs. I'm literally just trying to change internet plans. It shouldn't be this hard.

    @VodafoneAU You ask to connect over DM but there is no intention to respond. Its past 11 pm and the service hasn’t improved (unlike what you promised) - been without network for past 5 days on 3 devices with Vodafone. If not for Telstra NBN, I couldn’t have even tweeted this. #VodafoneSucks

    @Telstra I was still having the problem yesterday, seems like a few people on twitter are having the issue too. I ended up ordering through the support in app. Took 12 hours of back and forth but the order finally happened last night.
