    I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

    @Telstra The same thing they say every time we call… “I understand” “we will send a technician to fix it” “they will fix the wires” sadly there is just no fixing copper wires that flood every time it rains!!!

    @Telstra Here is the reference number 23046682. I couldn’t contact you at home so I have had to go to a coffee shop to get internet. You do not understand the difficulty we are facing on the farm with no phone service or internet.

    @steveandmoore @Telstra I was advised by the Telstra Store in Bay Street, Port Melbourne there is a current outage to be addressed by 7pm Saturday. When I contacted Telstra Support via phone, I was told there wasn't. Clearly, there's something going on. Good luck getting it resolved!

    @cassandraardQ @PeggyHHenson Yes it's true. I am sure I sound angry sometimes and companies like @Telstra should believe it but I don't even consider blowing them up. More like having someone intelligent employed to run support for every company worldwide would solve hundreds of problems.

    @Telstra 2/ Asking me about NBN when I have been waiting for nearly THREE hours for some kind of resolve is just ridiculous. Not to mention having to repeat myself and my details each and EVERY time I was passed on to some other agent without warning. Poor service to say the least.

    @Telstra Also, your staff closed the first complaint I lodged without contacting me. I had to ask 5 times to make a complaint. Your staff keep telling me it’s impossible that this occurred, yet it did. My husband was not involved at any stage, and this phone should NOT be in his name.

    @alexmakin @Telstra Yes, for two days. I can't take, make calls or send, receive calls. When I move 600m up the road to Albert Park though - it's fine. @Telstra won't acknowledge the problem - messaged and called them.

    @Telstra Update: 1 hour ago. Managed to cancel the old Pixel 5. And I went to local Telstra store to get a Pixel 6. In the mean time someone at Telstra changed my email address. Got email about it and fixed in store. New phone now in draw, transferring hell can wait. Over it all.🤬🤮
