@deemadigan @Telstra Sometimes it’s the area you live in. I now hotspot off my phone, I had slow NBN & seemed to do better just using my phone so cut it off. Apparently where I live isn’t great for coverage.

@deemadigan @Telstra I don't have a problem with Telstra because where I live in the National Safe Rural Seat of Nichols very few know how to connect to the Internet.

@Telstra you have gone to a new level of incompetence. I upgraded my phone recently. However I can't sign into the My Telstra app on my new phone. Keep getting your account can't be displayed error. I logged this issue over 1 week ago and I have nothing..... tbc

Is yelling at the void still a thing on Twitter? Anyway: @Telstra and @madebygoogle.. Let's talk about Roaming. One of you has stuffed it up so that I almost never get service in NZ on my Google Pixel 7 Pro. Is it the carrier settings or the lack of 5G support on the Tensor chip?

@deemadigan @Telstra Same problem - replaced everything and technician came and advise us that there was an issue and he had fixed it. Still had slow internet and constant drop outs and went to a store to talk to them. Told us our ‘speed pack’ had been turned off and they would turn it back on?

@Conigman only really the news division of it. The NRL operates its web network, whereas the AFL networks is Telstra owned and operated.

@deemadigan @Telstra Every few months I get a text from Optus saying “Good news. We’re bringing faster speeds to your area. This may cause disruptions to your service as we undertake work on the network” I wish they’d bloody well hurry up

So, @Telstra I have just spent 3 hours on a chat with billing support over an error you have made. The upshot? “I wish I could call you”. The Teleco Ombudsman is the next stop.
