@Telstra Cool @boostmobile cant update the imei number and are having system issues for 3 months now. I pay yet no update or service. For 3 months they now hang up on me and have blocked me on Twitter. Likewise called what they were doing insurance fraud.

@suzannelolsenau @Master_Of_Me_ It's got nothing to do with Telstra though they are **** lol. It's a scam. I get them every day at work and my personal phone. Telstra, NBN, Amazon. They are lying to get access your computer and get your details. Just got one while typing this.

@SwoopLuke @Optus Yep! Train and bus I had issues with, we switched over to Telstra and I have 5G 95% of the time now compared to 4G or 3G that doesn’t work. Vodafone was decent as well. I only really use data, don’t use my actual phone that much

@Telstra Ok. However, relying on the same people and the same ‘process’ is deferral til the process eventually completes. This is @Telstra ‘s strategy. The right result (success!), but the time penalty and real cost is borne by the hapless customer.

@DanielWatson5 I’m Optus slay. You can get a cheap 25 sim from Aldi and go off Telstra network pretty sure.
