Hi @Telstra How do I do a hard reset of my Telstra TV box? It keeps freezing between changing from app to live TV and the pause / rewind live TV also freezes. I’ve unplugged the power but that’s no help.

@CourtneyLee_33 @suzanne_cass I’ve had Vodafone, Optus and Telstra in last 15yrs. Had that many connectivity and customer service issues with both Vodafone and Optus that I just went Telstra. Its far from perfect, but fewer hassles for me anyway. Think with the right plan there’s not much $ diff anymore.

@chrismclay @Telstra I am literally on twitter right now to rage tweet @Telstra My phone has stopped working and there is ZERO technical support. No phone number to ring. They are using covid as an excuse to not have a call centre. I am so pissed. Are all the mobile carriers doing this?
