@Telstra Around 9am the service dropped out and phone said either ‘no service’ or ‘SOS only’ Its not just happening with my device/sim card as I’ve spoken to about 100 people who are all having the same issue so I had to come to the conclusion it was the tower or something around that.

@Telstra Inc15272719 I must admit, the representative wasn’t overly understanding my issue of concern or very helpful. I gave up in the end. It’s just strange that the tower isn’t reporting any fault, but no one can get reception.
