    @RonniSalt @Telstra In my experience, dealing with Telstra customer service means 3-4 hours (or days) on the phone with someone with a foreign accent repeating “I’m sorry, ma’am but we can’t do that.” Until finally you get patched back to Australia and they say, “Oh yes! We can do that. No problem.”

    @RonniSalt @MeredithGow1 @Telstra In the end we got an aerial, on the advice of our son in law. Optus wavered between; Not calling back Lying Apologising & my favourite; saying we should never have had the service in the first place. I wish I was kidding about the antidepressant, but no 😡🤬

    @Telstra please train your customer service staff so that they know that 24 hours does not equal 3 days. That is how long we have been waiting for a follow up of a follow up of a follow up etc. We have been without internet for 3 weeks. Thank dog we have our Optus mobile hotspot.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks April. Telstra claim nothing wrong. So sick of this. I’m moving to 5G and away from the second rate nbn hybrid copper network as soon as I can.

    @SpotlightForYou @last_jones @Telstra Its in the contract you signed. In the mobile phone space, a highly competitive market, this would be the last resort. Do you expect the price to stay the same forever? You can cancel the contract and find another provider. Why would you pay less than what you signed up for?

    Hi @Telstra @Telstra_news no service in Kingsley WA 6026. Whole street saying same. Your app says no problem which is odd and down detector says lots of reports. Please issue update

    @RonniSalt Back in the 90s, Telstra accidentally cut my parents phone line off while doing maintenance works then refused to fix it urgently for my HEAVILY PREGNANT mother who was home alone while my dad worked all day. They’ve been barred in their house ever since

    @RonniSalt @Jasonsmumr @Telstra Was fortunate to be able to get rid of those clowns years ago after experiencing their dishonest marketing practices, receiving bills for services not consented to and lack of suitable dispute resolution processes.
