SNOOPREY (@SNOOPREY77) reported@Telstra I’m concerned why I was getting 2-3 bars all week in town now I’m at 3-4 I was losing connection to internet and having buffering issues running a speed test now doesn’t answer why I had poor reception throughout the week . That’s not what I’m paying for
-
tom flynn (@tomdflynn) reportedI missed a Telstra bill Now my phone can't make calls Paid the bill yesterday My phone still can't make calls Very long term Telstra customer Time to move
-
TK (@Teexmachine) reported@Telstra @bruzo2 Bruce, just get starlink mate, just as cheap and you have zero issues
-
TK (@tk_bulba) reportedAfter numerous issues with @Telstra NBN were decided to give @Aussie_BB a try. Never again. For a company that prides itself on customer support this is the worst connection experience I’ve encountered. Allegedly now an NBN wide issue is preventing new connections.
-
Sy (@Sy8799465978734) reported@DrewPavlou @GeraldPimm The issue is when the state goes into debt it sells its assets. Gov used to own most necessary infrastructure like Telstra, sec, ports etc. When they need $ they sell.
-
M (@imboudee) reported@Justme136160 @robb_j_m To be fair, David is not wrong. Telcos will use the NBN infrastructure as they see fit. It’s cheaper to pay to use the NBN infrastructure that is already there than to lay down their own fibre. In fact, telcos like Optus and Telstra are already NBN providers.

SNOOPREY (@SNOOPREY77) reported@Telstra You guys providing inadequate service is not something I should be trouble shooting it’s something you guys should be doing
-
OzSeahawksFan (@OzSeahawks) reported@Telstra absolute garbage, non-existent customer service (overseas idiots that dont understand english). Pathetic!!!
-
Conrad (@SdadMyself) reported@SkyNewsAust Every business contributes tax revenue to the government, and extending the licence ‘could’ help raise additional funds. Will this create more jobs, or lead to layoffs like we’ve seen at Telstra and the big four banks, taking into consideration in the current climate?
-
rowey_brolga (@Rowey_brolga) reported@stationmum101 I would have thought telstra had the good sense to keep their head down about this ,pot, kettle, black
