    @telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

You can pay for Telstra and have it bundled or pay line rental to Telstra plus deal with another service provider for ADSL and have an administrative headache plus the exact same quality. NBN wireless has just become available so going to trial.

    @Telstra I’m trying help my 90 year old father sort out an outstanding bill for an account he terminated last year. We are not getting a clear explanation as to the changes on this bill and there seems to be mobile services he was not aware of. How can we get this sorted?

    @Telstra @SH424M I’m also frustrated with the support i’m getting. Can you tell me how to get decent support from @Telstra ? I have been corresponding in behalf of my WW2 vet parents, who’s only enjoyment is to chat up with family everyday, but can’t use internet as its very slow.
