@RonShamgar @RichiRi28119574 Haven’t checked the register but with $WSP Telstra will be high chance to buy as with their revenue sharing model they split 50/50 goes straight to their bottom line while $WSP has gained a lot of customer with out spending anything upfront.

@tofar1 @Telstra In an urban setting, fibre to the node, changed provider and speed is crap, new provider investigate and decide its a network problem and they cannot help, only difference I can see is new modem, looking likely I will have to go back to old provider, nbn don't want to know

@andy_penn I have never experienced worse service than with telstra. I have been through multiple departments just to sort a plan. This is ridiculous. I would genuinely hate to be in a position of needing real assistance. 46min with an operator and no help.

@Telstra @NBN_Australia Currently we’re back online. But then we will get upload drop down to 1/0.5, and download drop to 20/30, and sometimes just completely disconnected, and then it goes back up. Same problem we’ve had for 6 weeks now.

@phil_honey @Telstra The router drops out. Do a reset and it'll last a few hours and then drop out again. All the devices stay connected. The problem is, it was working up until they started playing with the exchange.
