@andybaker85 @Telstra Yes, same for incoming calls as well. Signal dropped out altogether for 3 or 4 minutes (normally good in this area)

@Telstra Switched phone off and on, but issue persisted. No 3G or 4G logo appeared at all. Had to switch it off and on a second time before anything worked.

@Telstra Can you please tell me why service has been so bad for the past two weeks. In Shellharbour I struggle to get one bar of reception and nothing will load and when I am at work in Sydney CBD. It is the same problem.

@Telstra See, I wouldn't be so outraged by this if your prices for mobile broadband weren't so thieving. $85 a month just for a service that's not unlimited. My area was promised ADSL years ago, but that never happened. I rely a lot on my connection, this isn't good enough.

@Telstra Thanks Angela, I’m pretty sure the Router has a 4G back up with it. It’s actually my sisters house that has the issue I’m just acting as the go between because I’m more tech savvy so I’m not actually at the house.
