    **** Telstra. I ordered a replacement Sim card for my old number because I can't activate new sim cards online. So I recharge and the replacement Sim card isn't picking up a network. They got no problems taking $30 though.

    There's /working/ free Wifi here too! Quilpie is another not-Telstra-wholesale-network area, and a few previous places had Access Points powered on, but permanently disconnected.

    @Telstra stay a ****** provider. Trynna talk to customer service and all the time i get bots. Business account with the worst possible customer service by you. Sick of you guys already

    @lawrepforjesus @amandajanewd Micro management who use systems & QPI's to spy on you (Every screen is monitored, every device is monitored, if you fail to switch activity codes you get a please explain). Telstra & the banks do the same - they employ people to spy on others. Then they bully you out.

    @Telstra They have no service centers in Australia so its hard, trying to help them with an idea to allow more time to allow old timers like myself to pay off these bill with the lowest amount of stress possible. Ill be calling after I get in touch with the finance team.

    @Telstra Said a lot of ideas to help them with this process to trying upgrade the stream line system so when people get these bills we can pay them, also some business need the invoice for tax, that's what I'm having issues with is getting an invoice for tax reasons. @ato_gov_au

    @Telstra Yes, but haven't heard back. It’s ridiculous that I can't just walk into a telstra store and get some customer service. It's crazy a company can expect us to use their service, but demand we only do it on their terms.
