    @Phil98529731 @MalleeRay @Davelennonabc My copper land line became so bad Telstra replaced it with a mobile service. Apart from it was the same as a mobile phone (no emergency available when tower went down) they’re useless when too many people use it.

    Why does @Telstra tell me to go to a site to check internet and then when I go they say their is an outage, even though the wifi is working . As if I don’t have enough dramas with you lot.

    @BelongAU @Telstra Hi Rys, problem I have is with @BelongAU is when service is down you don’t have a contact number for us to call. As mentioned in my initial #Tweet.only Option is to email, how can we email when is the service is down?
