@Telstra @offtrack350 OUTAGE IN CRAIGIEBURN, MICKLEHAM & RESERVOIR AREAS ALSO. This is becoming a joke.. Over two weeks and still no Internet.. We pay for a service that we DO NOT receive.. I think it’s time to call the Telecommunications Ombudsman..!

@dippizuka Another one was receiving a random modem in the post and asking Telstra why they were sent it. "Yeah we sent you a modem incase you want to go with us. If you do, just plug it in." On the back end, they'd already churned their PSTN/DSL service to a VDSL2 variant like FTTN.
