@telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

10yr customer over 30k spent default $70 March due to cc upgrade can’t upgrade phones due to do not sell on acct. excellent pmt rec but nobody can lift flag on new system my choices wait 6 moths or leave thanks @Telstra @andy_penn

@cookerwatch @FannyFitch Depends what 5g network shes on, I'm guessing Telstra, with Vodafone the coverage is shite and signal weak and you'd feel fine by now....or it could just be to many Midi-chlorian's and the force is to strong in this one. 🤔

Visited a #Telstra shop today to review my current plan. I suggested getting a new mobile and was told I would have to move to direct debit. 40+ year customer, no defaults. Why should I have to give bank details to a company that has offshored customer support?

Really wish @Telstra would stop telling us to try things on our end to fix our internet when we have everything set up correctly and this is very clearly a problem with either their service or their infrastructure
