    @telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

    @Telstra no mobile service here in South Durras now for 9 days! Very bad situation as a result. We rely on a Telstra mobile phone service

    @jessop_vincent @AlboMP I get anything from 410 - 595Mbps with TPG HFC CABLE first used this with Telstra in 2001. Always been reliable. Crashed only 3 times since Oct 2017. Then No Bloody Network came along everything went down to 5Mbps with the price going up. It was just ADSL?

    @Telstra Yes i did but i misplaced it and because my phone is faulty i wanted a copy to provide to the manufacturer because telstra refuses to acknowledge theres a problem. But apparently asking for a copy of proof of purchase is unreasonable and so is expecting a new phone that works

    @Telstra Hi the automatic system no help. Last month 3 bars of 4G now fall in and out of 3G to 4G with one bar of signal. Munro tower not working either?

    @semiosmith I wish. Unfortunately been happening for some time now. Been reported to Telstra. They have been sent a warning letter already to cease. If it continues Telstra is then able to release details to police for them to investigate using a carrier service to stalk.

    @Telstra @Leel06Lee While you are at it please look into Noorat Vic,even Telstra linesmen annoyed because when they inform Telstra that beacon on top of Mt Noorat fails they tell customers they are ignored by management,so the problem is never fixed, all internet services drop out continually 🤬🤬

    Yes surprise surprise my last refund from a company was through Telstra for an inactive account and the only option they had was via 21 day cheque in current year.. like wtf.
