@telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

30 March 2022 - 12:05pm - We have a continued problem on our Telstra owned and operated fibre link from Hope Island Resort to Southport. A Telstra crew was out earlier today at Hope Island Resort and claimed to have located the problem. They are busy fixing it.

Warning @Telstra are up to old tricks. Trying force customers onto ‘new billing system’ which only allows online billing and demanding access to auto direct cards / bank accounts. Completely contrary bank customer advice @AustralianLabor this is NOT ok. @BrianMitchellMP #auspol

@Telstra Thanks folks - I have had help from Telstra re the mobile network I my area & they were able to inform me that there were no registered extenders in my area. but that was all they could do. Aust needs a way to disable criminal IMSI catchers (Stingray) &/or SS7 attacks.

@ChrisMinnsMP What are you talking about? Selling Telecom Australia was a great idea. They made some money temporarily and then gave Telstra even more money to buy back the copper network that Howard was advised to not include in the privatisation. Worked out perfectly.

In addition I tried to close all my @Telstra accounts they charged me a fortune to pay out devices, took months with #Telstra complaints and support of @BrianMitchellMP but I’m STILL getting bills for services I DO NOT HAVE ! Telstra clearly don’t give a **** #auspol
