    @Telstra why is it so difficult to get answers? I would like some help and your customer service representative is being very unhelpful. All I wanted was to upgrade both phones on the same account and I’m getting around fro the second phone!!!! Why?

    @Telstra Thanks Lauren, no issues on the outage page. The speed definitely dropped noticeably around 1 to 1:30 pm AEST, but I'm not sure what the rate was before that, as I had not felt the need to check the speed until it dropped out. Hasn't returned back to the higher speed since.

    @Telstra Owes me money following my data plan disconnection (due to poor customer support). I have called multiple-times to process the amount and all of a sudden seems like the whole support team has vanished. Any #suggestions how to proceed further at this point is appreciated

    So turns out @Telstra is not making 100Mbps NBN available for this area yet. I waited months to get cable internet installed and went through a lot of trouble to get it approved. Please do better for Western Sydney.

    now of course ****** @Telstra is up and down like a pogo stick cause they are “updating NBN” which I wasn’t even informed would be happening. Can you tell me why I’m paying both a monthly sub to WoW and a monthly internet bill and I’m sitting over here with my **** in my hand?!?

    @Telstra hey i was just wanting to check if there were any problems or maintenance going on in my area, not having a good connection to the internet and i just wanted to check if anything is happening that might cause it

    @Telstra Yeah you can train your technicians instead of making them read from a script to me for 4 hours, while im stuck with no internet, its bad enough you guys dont care about my town enough to give us nbn you want to force us all onto satellite nbn which is just inhumanely slow
