@telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

Living a mere 5kms out of Warrnambool and @VodafoneAU is as good as useless. The @Telstra line is not much better - and they couldn’t fix my blackspot in bloody Fitzroy!!! Past time the feds of @auspol fixed appalling neglect of regional telecommunication!

Internet in the tiny smoke has been horrible since getting back. Telstra tower almost definitely got damaged in the big rains and there is just no way anyone does anything about it. Love this little town but if the internet is still so shite come footy season I might go postal.

she can't cancel it. I can see it clearly on my latest bill where Optus is charging me $5 a month. On the other hand, I want to keep my postpaid mobile service with @Optus but Optus has asked me to move with Telstra saying that they are unable to provide good coverage in my area.

@Telstra FYI. Did you know that a Telstra customer can use any phone number they choose as an alternate contact? Literally any number even if it does not belong to them? For example, my number is an alternate contact for 'Lynne'. I don't know her full details,
