    @TPG_Telecom Had issues with decline in service for 3 months. Have communicated & emailed speed test over that period. We then upgraded to your most expensive plan… which then averaged 10MBPs. We have now switched to @Telstra averaging 275MBPs.

    @Telstra Typical… you didn’t read the tweet did you! Unless you are a magician and can fix Telstra there is nothing to be gained by engaging in further “conversation” about this issue - just stop spruiking bullshit promises about delivery speeds

    @Telstra you have to make a Appointment to see them, all I wanted was to buy a new phone, one woman just wanted to query her bill, but no, mean time 3 sales ppl standing at the back doing **** all, not one customer inside yet 4 waiting outside..

    @Telstra Yes all across Brisbane. CBD, Chermside, Carindale and Springwood. Go to Sydney Friday for work. Having to get an @Optus plan as a backup so I can work. Why am I paying $700+ per month for those speeds and to be told it’s normal by your support?
