Hey everyone, unfortunately no improvements with my internet. Apparently the outage is resolved in my area but there’s nothing fixed on my end. Trying to get in touch with Telstra is a nightmare but I’ll keep you updated and give a heads up when we can finish it all off 🙏

@Telstra So turns out nothing can be done in 6 hours!!!!! Offshore call centres, that have limited ability to do anything that is not on there script is not customer service! I said three weeks ago that if this connection could not be done promptly to let me know and I would go elsewhere
