    @Telstra no mobile service here in South Durras now for 9 days! Very bad situation as a result. We rely on a Telstra mobile phone service

    Arsewipe public servants have failed to grasp that people on Telstra mobile prepaid cannot guarantee data connection therefore digital government communications via "apps" is not a sensible option. For fire emergency or health management. Then there's government cyber security👎

    @Telstra Good to see Telstra are still more prompt with expiry notifications than on service delivery. No extensions or compensation for the outage that prevented me calling my elderly parents in Auckland for three days whilst they are in lockdown, but a reminder my “service” is expiring

    @SueDuke1 @AusNetServices Telstra might be able to help here, I’m not sure if you have range now but I have had almost all of the day seem the local Telstra guy hooked up a generator to the tower to keep here rolling for the day
