@telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

Went with Optus instead. Connected a few days after I signed up to a plan vs Telstra that disconnected me before the date in the contract and never got around to connecting me up in the new house. Have had no problems either.

Dear @Telstra, I appreciate your front line reps have a script to follow, but when I've called 3 times about the same problem they should be able to escalate it immediately instead of making me wait for 45mins while they follow their script. Very frustrating.

@Telstra Fault not fixed still no internet! Your support keep doing the same but won’t send out a technician visit! I am losing patience and wasting money not receiving the service paid for! What you gonna do mate!
