    @Telstra no mobile service here in South Durras now for 9 days! Very bad situation as a result. We rely on a Telstra mobile phone service

    @telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

    @MrTobyCook @TechYESCity It's rare to find a place in brissie with FTTP. They mostly reused the existing HFC network. If it was Telstra HFC you should be ok.., Optus not so much lol

    @stationmum101 A few ways of getting it upgraded to urgent life threating medical condition and only comms for emergencies like bushfire gets them priority fix sadly neither apply I suspect I was once told by a Telstra call centre that even within Perth metro area they recommended satphone

    Friend of grandma’s calls me to complain about her “**** Optus hotspot” that I suggested she buy as Telstra reception has gone down the plug hole this week. I said it was a cheap stopgap measure.

    @BillyFosterPics @Telstra Might not be the right fit for you but I have been impressed with @Aussie_BB who I moved to when the NBN was connected. Local support from Victoria and an excellent network. I have no association with them other than being a customer. Just a thought.

    @Telstra I was just at my local telstra shop. Told "Josh" my budget. He kept showing me phones above my budget. When I told him to stick to the budget, he told me I was rude for cutting him off. As I left, "Josh" said f** you. How do I take this higher?

    @RachaelBott1 The Facebook vaccination posts have been continuous for the last 2+ years. I don't watch much TV or YouTube. Not only that, but Govt has employed many agents to do its work, e.g. Woolies, Telstra etc. We call that a network of governance in Sociology. It's far-reaching & clever.

    @australian_mind I have screen grabs of @Telstra acknowledging my information. I also have snailmail from their debt collection agency for 8 months service fee. I have screengrabs of our exchanges via their Secure DMs. I called them when I sold the house in Sept 2021.
