    My 2nd visit to a SA office this week and both have been good experiences 👍 Now to deal with Telstra to cancel Mum's home phone. Apparently I have a 75min wait to see someone.....

    I think i'm stuck in the middle of a big old fight between the NBN and Telstra and I don't really want to be, it would be much better for me if they just resolved my issue instead of fighting with each other tbh.

    @RuncibleH Bro - not even!!! The ineptitude that still exists in Auspost, CBA and Telstra is still at Monty Python levels. OS Companies with lower operating overheads and Customer focus are so much better. Eg ING Bank.

    @ShopifySupport We get the same issue on Telstra, Optus and other ISP's. This is a Shopify unfractured related issue, NGINX server or routing

    @Telstra It is proving painful to try and register that we are moving house and therefore, need to arrange Telstra access at new dwelling. Process is not working online, nor via telephone nor via the Chat function. Chose “Move house” option, but no joy. Please advise urgently.
