    @DFactualists @Telstra Telstra reckons I applied for nbn and put a appointment for a nbn connection tech to set up the nbn. I never applied for nbn I only got a phone esim and own the phone out right. The complaint has taken more then 7 days about it

    @BazzaCC @Telstra They are the worst, I don't know why anyone uses them. They are the most expensive & totally incompetent. They used to drive me insane with the last company I worked for. I live near you & have no problems with Iinet.

    @Telstra in Barbados and getting intl data packs and have 4G coverage. Mobile data is on but doesn’t work. 4 ppl all with Telstra same issue. Support says 2 hrs to respond to chat at which point I won’t have WiFi. $10 a day to be able to send 2 sms is a bit bullshit. Fix data

    @BazzaCC @Telstra I had a similar experience Baz. Moved house and they stuffed up transferring internet. For 3 months they charged for a service I didn’t have, refunded each time when I called. Only fixed by threatening to write to the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Solved in 3 days.

    @D_LittleproudMP What did you do about it in your 9 years in government? Nothing positive. Remembering it was Howard government that privatised Telstra who you would need to provide this service.

    @itsgailw @Telstra @NBN_Australia If after over 60 years of being a family customer, if they can't get it sorted I will be looking elsewhere. It really pissed me off once they sent me a reminder to pay my bill for the service I haven't been getting 🤬
