    @Telstra Hello Yea I’ve spoken to the NBN TELSTRA TEAM SEVERAL times, then I received a text saying that the problem was fixed…i was happy and relieved…I was out all day 26/12 returned and at 10:20pm the NBN signal dropped out AGAIN.. what can you do to assist ? Please

    @Telstra PS I am more than "DISAPPOINTED". I have elderly relatives with no mobile phones or internet. To call them at Christmas, I would have to drive 17km to town to use my mobile phone. But I have Covid. Which would breach isolation. Just fix my phone. It is 2021. 18 days and counting.

    @Telstra No luck, just spent 45min on phone with telstra, couldn’t help. Says it’s a billing issue and need to call billing tomorrow. Will see how many people I end up calling. As my billing was setup by telstra with new phone and plans.
