@CrimeStopperVic I got a Text from a Telstra Number, telling me that customer informed, tasks complete. And then they cut the line and I was unable to call them back. They created a number out of nothing and cut it. I take it, crime stoppers contact through this means, I believe I said text me.

@NBN_Australia you need to sort out how you take care of people connected to your service. I haven't had internet or home phone for over 2 weeks, @Telstra has done everything they can, and you guys keep saying nothing is wrong. If that's the case why doesn't my service work?

@Telstra So what now @Telstra????? I have a property where the #NBN has been disconnected for weeks, I am in lockdown elsewhere, my home alarm and security cameras are disabled due to no internet. So what do I do? How can I get help?
