Optus said 1-2 weeks after contacting but I already assumed that meant 2+ weeks. Telstra site saying 7 - 12 weeks for their delivery. Can you help sort this @Optus? I don't understand how the stock allocation wasn't reserved the moment I ordered?

While @Optus customers have to get hacked to have money taken from their accounts @Telstra just **** up your bills and steal it themselves and refuse to give it back Nice that they cut out the middle man

@Telstra Telstra sent me a text message advising I had turned off Face ID. Asking me to call if I hadn’t. Your AI then spent 3.5 minutes not understanding my requests before putting me 45-60 minutes of wait time. Has there been an issue with privacy and account data?

As the first goal is scored in the #FIFAWorldCup #QatarWorldCup2022 can @Telstra let customers know that they will have no service in @clubmarconi1958 just like the last 3 days but they insist there is no problem. #Goal disallowed
