    @telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

    Morning all! So the problem with my wifi & broadband on my phone is still persisting! Yes I have plenty of credit on both. Even changed my multiple adaptor! I think it's either Telstra having technical issues or the expected flooding in Narromine starting to affect it! Annoyed

    I have never been more disappointed in @Telstra. The "Gold Member Service" is the equivalent of being kicked in the groin while they take your money. Time to move on. Any recommendations for Mobile and internet?

    @Telstra Not sure why this requires a complaint to resolve in the first place. On two separate occasions I was promised callbacks, about the issue itself but not the complaint that was raised.
