@telstra no 2 to fix cable use yet another provider so three fingers in the mess .. again not fixed 2-3 weeks so no Netflix phone internet .. normal data service is slow as a wet rag .. on call to Telstra 3 hours now and nothing achieves how lucky are we

Update: 5 Hours later and Telstra has still been unable to rectify this issue. How useless can you be at business that you can't do something as simple as take money from your customers?

In other words, nothing happens, and there is no guarantee nothing is going to happen. So now an appointment is booked for the day after tomorrow for an NBN technician to fix my internet - which he may or may not attend. I am seriously done with #Telstra #NBN.

@LennaLeprena Have a look at Telstra Boost. You pay up front for 12 months. Pay $200 for 150 gb and all texts, calls included. Plus about 20 o/s countries. Telstra network. Worth a look. On my second year now.

@mareeohl @LennaLeprena Have a look at Telstra Boost. Great plans for that situation. Paying $200 up front for 150 gb. All calls texts etc. Telstra Network. Just check the website.
