@mark16pg @abcnews Simple solution, govt should sell the ABC , they sold Telstra, Com Bank ... why not ABC , we could all benefit and suddenly they would have to be more responsible under private ownership or at least slightly less woke .. Problem is the govt to scared to do it

@Telstra Telstra have taken months to fail to connect me to the NBN. Three times engineers failed to show, multiple txt & calls. No action, no response. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Why would you trust them with a handset? Customer support is non existent! Avoid!

@Telstra Frankly the worst example of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Your customer communication is dysfunctional. Been receiving txt from a series of different numbers. No response when I txt back. I’m not sure your customer service function understands basic contract law.

@Telstra Starts with a lemon and lime drink, nachos and then I wear my lucky hat and start walking down the hallway to my room like I'm in a stadium to open the door to which I have a fog machine running so I enter the room like the champion that is me. #UpMyGame

@AlboMP We are waiting for an NBN connection in the Blue Mountains. It will be fibre to the kerb. Our old copper wire connection to the house looks like what’s in that pit. The last time a Telstra service person looked at it, he said it was “stuffed”. But it’s what will connect us.
