    @Telstra Yet I am lied to that I cannot get an email copy of a chat transcript. You have no “policy”, it’s a guess by untrained personnel who cannot understand written word. BOT errors, system failures, I’m not allowed to carry a pen it’s all BS.

    @Telstra how come when I go onto the outages for NBN for my address it says no confirmed outage but when I go to talk to support they tell me there is no ETA on fixing the outage. So what is it? Do we have an outage or what? I am connected to NBN all green lights and 1mb speed...

    @mana_sean Don't take any **** from these people I put up with telstra for years If NBN provides up to 50 mbits you have a right to have access to it There is lots of competition

    @NSWGR8022 @MRowlandMP @Tony_Burke Not really sure your point. Telstra didn't do preventative maintenance on the network (which is why fttn is rubbish) so the cost of providing access to degraded infrastructure was low.

    Moving to #Telstra #NBN and had our business internet cut off 7 days ago. Spent a week with good people at #Telstra trying to fix. Told today COULD be back by 8th JULY!!! Now the Victorian Lockdown. How much more can small businesses take?? Thanks @andy_penn @JamesMerlinoMP

    @grousedad Mine. I am LITERALLY looking at towers for both Optus & Telstra, yet my mobile internet is currently 1 bar of signal. According to all involved, there's no issue, however. 😡
