While at the Telstra Shop I saw “customer case managed in 2014” in the notes and had a good chuckle. Then I remembered I was dealing with some ****** phone calls around that time and the team was magnificent helping me out.

@_Sirens_Melody @AsFarce When I lived with Michael, we’d take the Jimny off-road and end up having to save people in massive kitted out SUVs with all this aftermarket **** with just a bit of Telstra rope and a piece of plywood.

Okay Aussies, what ISP DOES NOT FALLOVER DAILY? I'm in lockdown & online is essential. Up to my 4TH @Telstra modem in a year, and I've had it. @Telstra's bullshit support is to - wait for it - send me a new modem. DO NOT WANT. DO WANT functioning internet. Suggestions Please.
