    @Telstra We are Telstra Velocity customer - not by choice I might add. Your 'My Telstra' app help desk have never been helpful with Velocity, instead insisting that I call a 1800 number after keeping you on chat for hours! 1/2

    @AboutFair @chrismurphys @Telstra I’ve heard that about Telstra-I had a few problems that looked like they weren’t going to be sorted out so I contacted the Telecommunications Ombudsman, and the problems were sorted very quickly.

    Both our @SamsungMobile have locked us out one came back! We have run around town to @Telstra stores for help the men sent us to Samsung for help Samsung told us to find a tech & reset the phone losing all data 😡 mind you they know we run a Law Firm & due to buy new phones!

    @KateKatecornish Maybe that was what Telstra was aiming for with putting the price ups so much and anyone overseas is just collateral damage from Telstra trying to force netball fans to use them as preferred provider?

    @Telstra Service has now been restored and a new modem delivered, thankfully. Now the process of re-registering all my devices begins and I can get back to work and study. For what Telstra charge, very ordinary service. 30Mbs download is hardly market leading. Not happy!!

    @Telstra you guys having tech issues today? I've got a family member who can call me, and make / receive calls to other people. They get my texts, but when I call them I get a "number disconnected" msg 🤷

    @Telstra Cheers. That will work for now. I wish companies would stop trying to use chatbots. They are still terrible.
