@KoparaFallsKid Don't ring @Telstra then. After the automated conversation which takes about 5 mins they direct to their (fu*king useless) website...thereby telling you you are an insignificant customer and then hang up on you.

@Telstra have been trying to speak to a human for over a month to get NBN installed and wow 1000 messages “like texting a friend” what a joke! 1 month of circles! This is the worst customer service experience EVER!! #whereismynbn

@MColvinMcKenzie @ray_peck @Telstra @WilloughbyCity Having worked as a A. grade Ganger' for BCC, that's a toe tripper, I daresay there will be incident reports made about it previously,looking at the mould on the concrete, (never been inspected), that's just my opinion tho'

@Telstra you people have apparently been working a fault in my area for couple of months for mobile, person looking after complaint isn’t very good at updating on what’s happening and I have emailed them and they are out of office, it would great to know what’s the go

@Telstra I think it will be sorted on 10 July. Five week delay from order to installation of internet in Brisbane. I think my order got lost. And lots if phone time to find out just what was going on. Not without its problems for me. Fingers crossed for 10 July 2020. Paul

@DavoMcDavo @BelongAU @Grid_Series Got a text message y'day that if I didn't pay for another month my Internet was going to be cut off but Id only had it on for 9 DAYS! She claimed I had the internet since June yet I was covered by Telstra in June & July. Had to back-pay fearing disconnection! It's been horrible

@jriewolod @Telstra Yes. From memory, they never in the past anyway, end-dated a contract or purchase/lease agreement, even when buying e.g. an ipad or other expensive item, in a "plan", or even an old obsolete service added to your home phone. Deliberate. Hoping the consumer forgets.

@jriewolod @Telstra I work with retired people a lot and Telstra is the bane of my life! So many people paying for things they don’t need or knew they had, paying twice or more what they could be paying for mobile phone service.

@jriewolod @Telstra How shocking! Why did they privatise that service (Telecom?) in the first place? Take that story to ABC 7.30 because it truly will be the tip of the iceberg and it goes to the heart of the problem of utilities and essential services being sold off. Dumb Oz.

@jriewolod @Telstra The telecommunications ombudsman is very good. Helped get my Telstra issues sorted. It's amazing what Telstra will do to in response to the Ombudsman. Tell them you will refer the complaint if they don't drop the charge.

@jriewolod @Telstra My grandparents were conned into getting an ipad with cellular becuase they aren't that knowledgeable with technology. THEY LIVED IN AN ARE WITH NO SERVICE. Telstrsa made them feel like fools and they felt awful becuase after showing us they realized @Telstra

@jriewolod @Telstra Now that stinks and she is not alone. My Mother (96) still lives and cares for herself Ben paying Land and Water Rates, without a pension discount for 10 years. Both will only rebate for same 12 months but none have since correct going forward accounts, so the issue continues

@Telstra Thank you for your quick response Matthew. I have a bit of IT Support knowledge so this my timeline… Sunday night 11pm - Turned off call forwarding Monday morning my manger received a call. I turned the device on/off again. I then call forwarding to my personal mobile….
