    I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

    @Telstra The same thing they say every time we call… “I understand” “we will send a technician to fix it” “they will fix the wires” sadly there is just no fixing copper wires that flood every time it rains!!!

    Hey Telstra , we lost our internet Friday 15th Oct up here in Peregian Springs (4573) . Your site said no outages but when I rang your call centre ( in the Phillipines I think ) , they said yes they could see an outage since 2pm Friday . They gave me Oct 26th as an ETA to fix !

    @Telstra Hey why do I get no signal in miallo when I'm only 200 metres from tower and on a 5g phone and this has been going on for years here no matter what type of phone I'm on and I'm only hour away from international airport

    @benschwarz @Telstra So you should see more climate action across the board (look out for stuff like packaging changes), and a more consistent service experience.

    @Telstra I know, but being a technical infrastructure project manager I can assure you that a solution could be found and implemented. That would give a much better experience for Telstra’s customers within the centre. If you can add coverage in the airport train tunnel this could be done

    @ejfuente Telstra are rude! They emailed me recently saying they were automatically elevating price of WiFi,and adding bucket loads of data I don't use. I went to see them and told them don't do it pls! Rude!
