    @Telstra The same thing they say every time we call… “I understand” “we will send a technician to fix it” “they will fix the wires” sadly there is just no fixing copper wires that flood every time it rains!!!

    I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

Thankfully my Bank locked my Acs but I have used the entire week changing drivers licence, Medicare ,etc. 2 x200 k trips to Phone Dr for cleaning. I knew I should hang up but they had every base covered. It has knocked my confidence.

    Still sans @NBN_Australia They came out Monday, identified the issue & refused to fix it. Told them that I was over them & that I'll be signing up with @Starlink Looking forward to receiving my kit from Starlink soon. Hotspotting with my @Telstra mobile is 1/2 speed of a snail. Painful much. Going crazy. Don't need this stress.

    Seems perfectly legit, reward people for failures …. 🙄 Telstra has paid its chief executive, Vicki Brady, $6.8m for the year ending in June, after docking 20% of her bonus in response to the network’s nationwide outage in July. The company reported financial results on Thursday. Its board met on Monday and decided to cut Brady’s bonus by $607,000 – but she still took home a $700,000 pay rise as she was awarded a total of $6.1m the year before.
