@Telstra Hi Ryan, reception has been poor for a couple of years. Have changed from iPhone to pixel - still drops out on reg basis. Others in this street and next have same prob. 3-4km from Adel CBD. Pretty flat. No obvious obstacles I can see re reception. Help.

@Telstra Telstra is dysfunctional. Can’t talk to anyone. Broadband has been sketchy for a year. Two days, seven on-line tech support conversations. Just scripted responses, issue never resolved. Every time disconnected have to start from beginning. Absolutely hopeless go elsewhere.

After being a @Telstra customer since 1971, have started migration away. I will not pay AUD $45 for my mobile per month when my new provider asks me for $12. Called at the roped of Chaddy store Friday, asked to wait 3 hours, not gonna happen. This major telco will NEVER LEARN.
