Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

Even the batteries are secondhand, most from Telstra swap-outs. Have had 1 battery fail in 25 years.
