Kenneth Briggs (@Bushpatriot) reported@Telstra @7NewsMelbourne It’s almost impossible to call a local Telstra store, and you get anybody in the call centre line most times they either don’t understand your problem or put you back to somebody that knows less, now the costs are going up but the service hasn’t improved that’s it!

Jonathan (@zeppblueprints) reported@razethecage @AnthonyLee900 That’s not correct. Woolworths mobile use the telstra network, but not the entire network. If you are travelling to remote regions of Australia, only Telstra will have coverage. This is because of agreements between the gov and Telstra to ensure small remote towns are serviced.
