  @Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

  @QBCCIntegrity remember when a small fire in a chatswood telstra building took out their whole SMS network? this outage shows us that telstra failed to learn and introduce any sort of redundancy to their critical systems. network is riddled with single point of failure issues.

  We mustn't forget Triple Zero outage yesterday as well under Telstra. Calls went unanswered here in Victoria over 300 calls and people couldn't get through. Victoria has become a 3rd World State. Australia is becoming a third world country!
