    I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

    @Telstra Yes but I'm not getting anywhere. We have gone through numerous troubleshooting with no success. I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

    @Telstra What do you recommend for my internet that's not working? I'm in 2259 (Tuggerah) and connects but nothing is loading? I've restarted the modem a few times and no luck. Using up the data on my phone very quick.

    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    @Telstra your customer service is an absolute debacle. I have been trying to resolve my Internet issues since Monday and now when I ring the 1800 number as advised I receive a msg that takes me to a link for the My Telstra app that I have already attempted with no success!!!

    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    After over 20 years with @Telstra I found myself forced to find another provider. It's a shame because I love their network. My last bill had an $80 charge on it that had never appeared before. I called them to enquire what the charge was and I was directed to a live chat session

    @Telstra I tried logging a complaint but was on hold for ages and couldn’t send an email. My internet speed is atrocious. Can’t watch anything on Netflix/Stan or Telstra TV without continual stoppages. Bought a booster and no change. Paying very good money and getting no value.
