    @Telstra I'm absolutely at my wits end. I have contacted Telstra back in December to cancel my home phone as we have moved and STILL I'm being billed for it. No way 2 cancel!! It's disgraceful & a scam! I want this sorted out! I will not sit on another 1.5 hour call to sort it.

    @Telstra your customer service is an absolute debacle. I have been trying to resolve my Internet issues since Monday and now when I ring the 1800 number as advised I receive a msg that takes me to a link for the My Telstra app that I have already attempted with no success!!!

    @Telstra What do you recommend for my internet that's not working? I'm in 2259 (Tuggerah) and connects but nothing is loading? I've restarted the modem a few times and no luck. Using up the data on my phone very quick.

    @Telstra No customer service. Near impossible to contact. I have tried now on multiple occasions to cancel our home line as we moved. I've eventually spoke to someone who assured me it was finally sorted. Only 2 get ANOTHER bill for the home line. Pathetic!

    @Telstra Yes but I'm not getting anywhere. We have gone through numerous troubleshooting with no success. I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

    I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

    @GusWhyte @caron_chester @Telstra I sometimes believe that 100k each side of the border is classed as a DMZ, Particularly for remote communities that rely on their essential services in another jurisdiction. Think Health, prof services etc The catch cry of you can do it online doesn't stand up with poor networks

    Anyone considering @iiNet just be careful. They sell ex Telstra customers on their ‘better customer service’. It’s no better, it’s reactive, slow and unsympathetic, so just tread carefully before making any moves

    @Telstra No I'm not, but my gf is unable to get past the online chat that appears to be a bot. I'm not going through this again. I'm just pointing that it's been 10 days so far but was told the plan upgrade would occur within 24 hours. The problem is on your end. #telstra
