@DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

@Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

In Australia, Microsoft + Telstra partnered to make this happen. The solution, referred to as Telstra Calling for Office 365, is can be as simple as choosing a quantity of Calling Plans and having those appear in your M365 Tenant. They can help with Phone System licensing, too.

@natalietran I sent mum a $40 Android phone just for checkins. Removed every single icon except Service NSW. She took it to Telstra for a SIM, and they kindly "fixed" it by restoring everything back to normal. Thx guys, A+

@Telstra There was actually, it only took me 7 hours and multiple customer support calls to find someone that was able to resolve the issue, it only took them a couple of clicks, an absolute joke.
