@DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

  • adlrope Adam Rope (reality is stranger than fiction) (@adlrope) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales

@Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

  • LeonieGSmith The Cyber Safety Lady (@LeonieGSmith) reported

No @Telstra signal in Warriewood Square east end to be able to QR code in to the shops in that location. Retail been asking @Telstra for 5 Years for a booster! You have to scan the code, leave arcade go outside to carpark, then return to arcade. Hopeless. @NSWHealth #nswcovid

  • SharLivingstone Sharon Livingstone (@SharLivingstone) reported

I should make it clear, I'm simply following up with @Telstra to see what action they have taken on my previously reported issue.

  • amaracampbell amara campbell (@amaracampbell) reported

@Telstra Thanks. I was talking to a woman on here. She was patiently waiting me getting past blind rage to clamer. Now I'm just damn tired. And very bloody sad. Will DM thanks Anto.

  • SharLivingstone Sharon Livingstone (@SharLivingstone) reported

@FeathersMcGee @Telstra Nope. This is @Telstra chat. I have an issue with the data they say I'm using and have tried to follow up to see if they've discussed it with NBN Co, which was the issue last time this happened. The help is woeful - you talk to multiple people without realising it.

  • realadriankelly Adrian Kelly (@realadriankelly) reported

@Telstra I don't expect much anymore since you did not even check about a point in the house then promise for an appointment Monday that never got booked and well let's hope there is an appointment soon. I may get internet in the middle of Sydney maybe next year at this stage.

  • deliciouslybad Evalicious (@deliciouslybad) reported

I was just about to write a Tweet complaining about @Telstra phone reception in Nambour and then I remembered I changed to @Optus and I really wish I hadn't done that. What a joke of a phone service they are.

  • MWatsonSYD1 Michael Watson (@MWatsonSYD1) reported

  • WhiteboardKing BB (@WhiteboardKing) reported

@Telstra I have on over 12 occasions. Just giving everyone else the information to make informed choices. You guys have been able to help me.

  • Nat30378206 Nat (@Nat30378206) reported

@Telstra You are the epitome of bad service. Consistently unreliable broadband service. I am endlessly pinged around India, and if the call is not disconnected- and they never ring back, it is just endlessly the same, ineffective troubleshooting. Then the cycle repeats…
