    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    @BeachGirlJan @Telstra Go to the downstairs Telstra shop near Comm Bank at Robina and ask for Roy. Get him to set you up with a new 5G internet modem. I'm getting 347 upload and 41 down speeds. Costs the same as Broadband

    @Telstra love trying to download games on steam and my internet dies until I reset it and then it dies again after 10 mins of downloading. Repeat till I’ve downloaded anything. Great service 10/10

    I find it both interesting and sad that my 4G mobile hotspot on Telstra provided a much better streaming experience last night (as in very minimal frame drops) than my NBN Fixed Wireless service. I dunno what’s going on but my NBN hates uploads it seems.

    @Telstra when will you finally fix your network at the @karrinyupcentre? Your coverage is atrocious throughout the centre, to the point where people need to leave the building to use your network.

    @BeachGirlJan @MarkThommo352 @Telstra If the router says it’s ok my bet the tv has just lost the network connection try turning tv power off at wall count to 10 switch back on start tv see if it picks up wifi again the settings should not have changed.

    @Telstra I have been on your live chat for over 2 1/2 hours and no one can help me and I have a reference # for the outstanding issue. Seriously how hard can it be. I simply need mobile data reinstated that you took away which I have a plan for until 30 June 2022!
