I have contacted Telstra back in December to cancel my home phone as we have moved and STILL I'm being billed for it. No way 2 cancel!! It's disgraceful & a scam! I want this sorted out! I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

Kept charging me without me knowing as I thought it was cancelled. Not one bill or email. Now trying to get a loan and a default has appeared. But they can’t help me. Sending back and forth.

I logged a call (INC 40508228) as a @Telstra Gold member 6 months ago, today they told me it was fixed. It ain’t fixed. Still no 4G/5G and I’m paying for 4G backup on my NBN modem.
