@Telstra I also add its intentionally difficult to get though to someone who takes issues seriously and wants to help all they do is suggest I spend money to fix the issue myself

A message gets sent to thousands of users from a number that has never sent a message to any of those users before, containing a URL, and containing keywords like "delivery" "failed" "payment" "bank", and Telstra's like "Sure, why not"

@Telstra Multiple people don't experience the same problems for years we're not stupid, I'm not expecting you to have an answer but acting like you know everything about how coverage works isn't fair either

I assume pure coincidence.. but.. Telstra was receiving $270 million a year from the Gov to provide basic services to every household. (USO) @Optus has rightly so asked for transparency on how this money is spent. @Telstra has never provided anything as far as I know

@Telstra I am getting to the point of getting onto the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman about the fact that I have not had a Landline for 3 weeks and I have been told FIVE different stories about my replacement landline handset, been a customer for over 30 years, this is BS!

Some software engineer inside Telstra must be saying "Geez, parcel delivery in this country is **** right now innit?"

@Telstra I could use sarcasm here but that's the issue from how this all started if you read throughout everything, I've been told that I need to pay for an antenna to boast my signal, this shouldn’t be my job this should be free service as an incentive to stay with telstra
