@Telstra totally get that, however now on day 6 of trying to rectify this problem and having spent close to 18 hours on the phone in the last two days, regardless of your ‘priorities’, we should’ve been able to resolve our outage.

@Telstra I assure you it is more widespread. My whole house is affected. My workplace post code 2477, my Manager's home post code 2484. Yet the outages map is all over the shop. Says only 3G at my place, no probs at my workplace, 4G outage at manager's home.

@Telstra It has been out of service for some days. They are in a suburban area of Lake Macquarie, so not in the bush or anything like it. And they cannot get through to your helpline. I can DM the number is this may help?

my modem broke so telstra sent us a new one in two days (thank you Jyothi) but this one is also broken and so we're using this ancient *** moment with weird tentacles and it's been like 6 hours of swapping cables and freaking over blinking lights

@Telstra Even on the App it is saying a 3G outage, so how can I be sure the techs are checking for 4G fault? And how do I formally report a fault using the App? There is only the messaging function which I used yesterday and didn't get a ref no so its not considered a fault report I guess

@Telstra Clearly the impact radius is not enough for Telstra to act swiftly. The outage map still says just 3G is affected, even though I reported 4G issue 24 hours ago. No doubt this means updates and estimated fix times will be tardy as well.

@Telstra My elderly neighbour was with Telstra but found it cheaper to switch to Aldi. Telstra at Knox Wantirna have told her it's a 6 was wait to switch carriers. She is elderly and needs her phone for emergency. It's been 4 weeks now and very stressful for her. Please help

Hi @Telstra , you totally ruined our Christmas. The inet connection is lagged. We have slow inet connection since Dec 19. We were happy to know that a technician will come to our home yesterday buy did not show up. How can we even video call back home? #telstraRuinschristmas
