    @Telstra Disappointed in your services this week! Not only did the outage on Wednesday affect me (which caused me to use a credit voucher because I thought I was out of credit, of which I still cannot access the balance amount), you're forcing customers to get the app.

    @MikkaylaMossop Our neighbour still has the circular dial type, in the garage, hardwired and bolted to the wall. When she had some issues Telstra ask me to unplug this old phone. Ummmm, not N easy job. Kind of bolted to the wall.

    @Telstra service is hopeless. FOUR MONTHS and I STILL don’t have my work phone moved across to me after being told it was done. UNBELIEVABLE. I should move back to @VodafoneAU - their signal wasn’t great, but they looked after me.

    @OMGTheMess Our QLD hospitals in ruins. People have died You ring 000 & get a Telstra message. Police having to drive people to hospital. Where is the Premier - on holidays. If it was Morrison people would be screaming about it Premier you have had 9 years to fix it

    @Telstra So the only solution is for my parents to pay more money for the poor service provided by Telstra? This is not a reasonable option for any rural Australian. This has been ongoing for decades. Telstra should be providing the booster to these areas.

    @RetroGamerNatn This was on my mobile (Telstra), so I was able to block the number afterwards. I was just really surprised that it went to the trouble of leaving a message as I've not had that happen before.
