    @Telstra your live chat is a total shitshow. I wasted 20 minutes there with an issue and got non coherent answers from a team leader. I’m so sick of you and your shitty service, and your inability to send me a paper bill on time, or in this case at all.

    @Telstra Leasing a phone was the worst choice I made to be honest. I expected I’d receive a call or letter at the 12mo mark with an option to renew, replace or buy out but I wasn’t contacted. I would have bought it out then.

    @Telstra Yeah, I will. It’s a real shame that this service is the norm. There’s a lot cheaper options out there, and you’d think service would be amazing from Telstra, but nope.

    What is going on at Telstra? Now I am talking to a business mobile faults person in India who has just finished training and does not have access to MICA or any other system where they can check what data codes are active on a service. this is insane.

    @Telstra @Aussietranstara Hi had the same problem when I was with @Telstra and as soon as I left them and joined Optus it fixed everything. Best decision ever to leave Telstra

    For ages I have been having a bad time with my phone at home with really pour @Telstra reception, actually @Optus is not much better. so during a recent home network upgrade I re-positioned one of our wifi access points and for some reason my phones wifi signal

    @Telstra I have raised these with TIO and CAV. Despite notifying the complaints team the team does not take the step to just talk to IT. A data issue can be fixed in one day. I work in data, I know. For which no reason to keep me disconnected. This is authoritarian. This is not Australia

    improved nearly full strength so now my phone can route the telstra calls over my NBN connection. Totally happy camper. Yes my mobile signal is still weak however I can make decent calls and that is all that matters to me.

    @Telstra Keeping appointments made and not cancelling them the morning of,after I’ve already taken the day off work. Now I have to cancel other plans for the weekend to accommodate the appointment. I don’t know what you can do, 21029609 is the case number.
