@picklesgin Changed from Telstra to Vodafone about 2 months ago. Telstra took a while to accept change and continued to bill me. NBN didn’t work properly but didn’t notice as had 4G backup Nbn issue all resolved Telstra continued to bill for tech support!!!

What a joke of organisation @Telstra is - 2 weeks without access to our velocity service. Nobody has contacted us and when we try to call we sit on hold for hours without speaking to anybody!

@ParaphenBleats @Telstra I own my iPhone 6 and a half outright. I never lease phones. I also use a 3rd party carrier Innotel, who wholesales Telstra 4G and, unlike Telstra, answers their phone.

So we gave up after nearly 3hrs on the phone waiting for Telstra to answer! Don't have the time to waste on such poor customer service Seems like internet has started working again now, for the time being anyway.

I would however @Telstra appreciate if you would fix our cable connection which seems to be constantly dropping out ever since nbn network was ready. Funny coincidence...... Next you will probably tell me I need to upgrade to nbn on a more expensive plan
