@Telstra It's actually insane that a Telstra agent can manage to cancel the wrong account, despite being told the correct account number to cancel MULTIPLE TIMES on the call, and NEVER being told the account number she actually cancelled. And then 3 days for reconnect. FIX THIS

@thespecialbka Hilariously as a Telstra customer, the NBN techs are the ones I've had problems with, not Telstra. Which... is apparently rare... but I totally agree with that recommendation. XD

@drajm Agree that the cost is too much. Should be no more than $60 a month for 100/20 rather than $80 to 90. I've not had issues with drop outs on HFC nbn but I've been with Telstra, origin (which is ABB) and superloop. I recall one of the reasons for the cost blow out...

@thespecialbka Telstra let Mullumbimby down - for an entire week when our town was in the heaviest crises - flooded - with people trapped in the hills, mudslides, roads washed out, when this town was in dire need to connect - we had nothing - no internet, no phones

@Telstra it seems like the whole of Australia has problems with Telstra. I see on the complaints site and my problems is not alone. So in thinking about it. Is the whole of the 5g network has become a failure and we all paying for a system that not working.
