    Lately I'm getting at least one call per day from a robot telling me there's something up with my account with (Telstra, Amazon, etc) and offering to "fix" the problem. Not sure if I'm more annoyed at the attempted fraud or that they keep interrupting my day to try it on 😡

    @IanHartley_ I tell them . . When it's about Telstra, 'I don't use Telstra', About the Phone, 'I don't own a Phone', About the Computer, 'I don't own a Computer', About the Breached Firewall, 'I've called the Fire Brigade', It doesn't work though, they get angry and call back repeatedly?

    @Telstra is the worst company ever they don't communicate with customers all they want is money 🤑🤑🤑🤑 yet they don't answer and you can't organise anything uncontactable and very very annoying and time consuming with no ******* results.

    Hey @telstra Wtf is going on. Phone & internet service has bn dwn for 3 days in a row. Last 2 days went out at 9am. I NEED my ph/net service!!! I PAY for a service!!! Why am I NOT getting service??? (Had to steal a neighbours wifi to send this) So not happy right now.

    @Telstra I’m talking in circles with the chat person about not receiving notifications for new voicemails and they’re trying to tell me it’s a setting on my phone. My phone settings haven’t changed since I switched from Optus and I never had problems receiving their notifications

    @Telstra This link says the fault was only listed today. It has been down since the 9th. They promised us it would be back by the 16th. It makes it look like this only just happened. No more excuses Telstra, we have had enough.

    So I went to @Telstra shop today, paid bill three days earlier than arranged and had the suspension lifted. Now it appears @Telstra is shaping my internet connection and it’s so slow that I can’t pay any other business invoices. Excellent work @Telstra. You’ve surpassed yourself.

    @BroHilderchump their coverage is really bad here for some reason or at least that is what i last heard. it could have changed. for a long while telstra was the only good option...when it is good at least.

    @Tygati The modem is designed to switch to the mobile network if the regular network is disrupted, but mine never switches back again for some reason. After 2 days on the mobile network Telstra cuts the connection speed to force users to switch back, but it never works when I try it.
