@Telstra I cannot find our interaction. My complaints person (no reference #) never called when agreed. Now a second loved one has passed with us not finding out in a timely matter. Telstra failing loved ones daily. I'm very ill, they should call as agreed. I'm refuting bill.

  • DenisGraham12 Denis Graham (@DenisGraham12) reported

@Raf_Epstein @ScottMorrisonMP Conversation was getting interesting until weasel @andrewprobyn was given the signal, by Morrison, to ask the Dorothy Dixer about Telstra/Digitel deal.

  • Catharz Craig Read (@Catharz) reported

@aemeredith I've been using Aldi for a few years. Mostly because it's cheap, the data rolls over, and it has reasonable coverage (Telstra network).

  • deliciouslybad Evalicious (@deliciouslybad) reported

I was just about to write a Tweet complaining about @Telstra phone reception in Nambour and then I remembered I changed to @Optus and I really wish I hadn't done that. What a joke of a phone service they are.

  • vibelane Shaun (@vibelane) reported

@Telstra Tell you what, I'll save myself the time. I'll be using your messaging app to cancel all of my current plans. If it's this hard to speak to someone I'll happily move over to @Optus

  • SharLivingstone Sharon Livingstone (@SharLivingstone) reported

@Perorationer @Telstra They have now moved to no phone contact and force you into their "chat", where you don't know how many people you're speaking to because they repeat the same questions you've already answered. There's no wearing them down, they have set us up to fail deliberately.
