Going strong with @Telstra one hour and 40 mins and i have reset my modem once for no change. This online chat support is awesome. Oh I've been disconnected twice trying to call too due to bad lines of people working from home.

@Telstra i will get that added today- Why do authorities/ contacts on accounts get deactivated after 12 months? I was added as a contact for things like this only to have it taken away with 0 notice and was unable to be given ANY notice of why the service i pay for ISNT given to me.

@Telstra Thanks Renee, nothing’s changed since yesterday. Same issue, download speeds vary from 27mps to 0.1mps depending on which server it attaches to and it seems to switch constantly. Pretty poor service overall.

Haha haha so liaberals got hold of NBN and replaced it with 58k km of copper wire What a joke these idiots are Telstra has to upgrade to fibre but these idiots give there matez the money $27b gone up to $57b ... lower crappier service too many cant connect

@Telstra Not so far, by the time I went to the service page, everything was back up to speed. I think it should be up to Telstra to sort it out with NBN rather than me have it to do it. That would be very good service.
