    I spend $8k pa with @Telstra through a combo of internet, business phone and family phones. Have done since 2000. Yesterday at 430pm they cut all services - I'd accidentally underpaid my $650 bill by $140. No warning at all. Paid the 140 @ 5pm. >15 hrs later? No service.

    @abcnews From the experience I had at a telstra shop, I am not surprised at all. We went in there to replace a broken phone and ended up signing a contract for 2 latest model even mine was only 1 year old. The high pressure sale & lack of clear explanation left me very unimpressed

    Telstra fined $50 million over unconscionable treatment of Indigenous phone plan customers --and justifiably so What an insidious Communication Company,Needs constant investigation by the ACCC.Their contracts are full of hidden traps and their replies to a complaint is negligible

    @abcnews No Joe, I wasn’t surprised, a long standing company trading on it’s once proud history. A problem, if a journalist is surprised by corruption & abuse imagine how easy it is for companies like Telstra, banks, insurers & others to swindle unsuspecting & uninformed clients

    @Telstra our home internet in Forest Hill Vic has stopped once again. Were told it will take another 12 hours to fix. This is happening far too frequently, at least one a month. Surely we're due a credit or refund?
