@JaneCaro @Telstra Ohhh I can't even imagine your pain! Netflix/ Foxtel etc are the only thing that is going to keep me sane during this sham of an election! I am having to make myself limit my time on social media during the campaign to keep the stress levels down!!!!🙄

@TPythia @Telstra No. I didn't actually. It occurred during the second call when they phoned me and let me know that the issue was more involved than they envisaged, that it had been escalated and they told me they were crediting my account plus more data free of charge for my mobile.

@ellispeta Yeah get it had the same issue when doing telstra games, a lot of my work toward the end of it was trying to develop metrix to report on for a very successful service with largely intangible benifits

@NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

@Niksterisms @BeccaHayne @Telstra Yeah. Not ideal but how else can we watch? Bad enough with what we are talking about now, but add in rugby league, union, basketball, soccer, hockey (field & ice), gymnastics, athletics, state comps you name it... would be enough to fill 🤔

@Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

He was so arrogant & rude. As soon as he left I rang @Telstra straight back & told them what happened & said I'd like the issue escalated immediately which they did. This morning another tech turned up 👇👇👇

@NewcastleGardia @YaThinkN @Telstra From the discussion I had on the phone with Telstra it more seems like they cant post an official outage until they can physically get to the site (be it the exchange or whatever) to confirm it. However, due to the fires here at Peregian, they can’t confirm.

@shapednoise No. The app on the phone is working fine. Just when streamed through Telstra TV keeps failing but we are using same #Fraudband for both. Plus others in other locations having issues too.

On Wednesday I phoned @Telstra bc both of my landline phones were cutting out. Being a priority customer & them needing to fix any fault where possible w/i 24hrs a tech came out Thursday stayed 4 5 mins & said u need 2 go 2 Officeworks & buy a new ph set 👇👇👇

@Telstra No, i am running on 4G... NBN tech cam and put new modem and connectors, still same problem. Then another NBN tech came in the afternoon for neighbor and discovered the 4 houses connected to 1 pit have the same issue..Still not fixed though, waiting for Tap in pit to be replaced

So I've been without Internet for a full week because Telstra won't fix their ****** copper lines and the courier company tasked with sending me a new modem is just sotting sitting on their arse. It was meant to come today at the latest, it's now 6pm and it hasn't shown up.

@Telstra @Telstra this was done through your app. It strike me that any issue that relates to new accounts will be dealt with quickly. Anything that requires a customer service element is complete shambles.
