@loganthefirst Also authentic & honest while ignorant don’t make you a genius. You’re still an ignorant genius. He’s done amazing work with Telstra, SpaceX etc but I’m afraid his legacy will be tarnished by his awful tactics and lack of class.

@prkaye @NBN_Australia That is "we are ignoring your question in the hope you go away. I can't wait to check with Telstra again to find them say "no, NBN paid us $11b for all the infra, it's their problem."

Hi @Telstra I see that you continue to pick and choose who you respond to on Twitter. I've been trying to get through for 3 days in regards to no internet . Work at home starts at 9am. You have abandoned your customers bc u never had contingency plan. #telstra

@NoAdaniOz @DavidHuggan1 @Telstra Most other essential services are able to navigate around this pandemic and support their customers #telstra clearly only worried about $$$ bc overseas workers are cheaper. They've got nothing, not 1 way of helping us. Pple are losing $$ bc they cannot work for home.

@Telstra My internet is having connection issues. I have tried every method that Telstra 24x7 app has told me. I have tried to call Telstra but I keep on getting an automated response telling me to call a later time. Please help.

So @telstra my #smarthub appears to be a bit stupid because when the Wi-Fi goes off and allegedly switches to 4G we have no connection! Or is it a dumb operator 😂

@sdomsta @Optus The irony was in my setup I couldn’t even login to the Telstra app - was stuck in some loop were I basically couldn’t do anything other than wait on the phone for hours.

@royfrancisbrown @ssharwood @NBN_Australia @Telstra I thought they acquired it, then realised what a steaming pile of crap it was, and decided not to bother using it. Optus and Telstra cable largely shadowed each other anyway. No point having both for the majority of locations.

@Telstra still no internet service. No customers service. No up to date OUTAGES on your website. No updates on any social media. No issues in taking my $$$ for a non service 👍#telstra

@phazzles yep, Telstra don't care and won't fix it. If you're on an iPhone you can send all numbers not in your contacts to voicemail and that will catch most of them. (Any legitimate caller will leave a message and you can call them back)

@macsween_prue @Telstra I think there may be bats in your belfry Prue, cutting off the 5G signal. Hard to blame Telstra for that.

@renzylart @Telstra Apparently our area will be without Wi-Fi until the 8th. Not that #telstra told us. It's still stating that our area and my house has no issues. #telstra was always going to let Australia down though

@joshh_dp In recent years I’ve gone Optus > Telstra > Voda and I can say that at least Optus tried to come up with compromises whereas Telstra basically told me to suck it up. I haven’t had to seek support from Voda yet.

@leisa @sherifmansour @Telstra @Optus @teltra As a long time customer of both - it's hard to split the difference sometimes. Both treat new customers far better than existing ones.

... no change. hopefully there was an outage and its fixed by morning otherwise I'm going to take this modem to my nearest Telstra shop and tell them about it. It sucks when you pay for a service and you don't get it, then they cover their ***, saying that there's no problem.

@ms_dingo Same here. Zero service since early afternoon, yesterday. Messaging has been inconsistent. First, “There are no known outages.” Then this morning. A message on Telstra outages site saying service is down due to update; will be restored by 6 p.m. Its 7:40 p.m. now—still no service

Why is it that businesses and companies that make a boast of being Australian give the worst customer service- Qantas, Jetstar, Australia Post, NBN, Telstra the four big banks; also our government services - Centrelink, ATO, Medicare, NDIS.

@DaveMilbo I just lost my Telstra HFC cable in December. Telstra did a horrible job of the transfer. Then lied and said I couldn't get the 100 FTTC plan after stuffing me around for two weeks. Dumped them and went AussieBB, get 100 down 40 up.

@peterMVFC @Telstra Totally agree they are pathetic. You know it’s not about the customer it’s all about the shareholders and the way the are going they will lose their customers then nothing for the shareholders, sucked in Greed

It's horrible when your internet suddenly goes down. No outages reported by the NBN or Telstra but I know there has to be one. Went around checking my WiFi extenders, then checked on the Telstra modem, it's led was green, it was saying it was online but no internet.
-

@Telstra who can I call as a customer to get free tech support for internet issues? Why should i pay $30 for the privilege? Your auto system via telstra app couldn't detect the problem. The problem is your supplied router is continually dropping out.

I never have a problem with my service, just the people who provide it. @telstra forces their angry customers onto faulty online systems and fails to understand why they lose market share, continually. Go figure
