@Telstra Yes. We now have no internet or foxtel! Gone from slows speeds unable to load a page for weeks to no having nothing. Initially outages said 2 days...news says tbc. Dreadful service truly dreadful.

@AUSFestivus My date is April 2019, apparently. We get HFC. The Optus HFC service here was so bad I called the TIO in about repeated lies and poor performance, and they ordered Optus to let me out of contract with no penalties. Telstra HFC has been great though, other than tiny upstream.

@JohnWren1950 Self Funded= no pension, no $900 from Kevin07, worked hard for 50 years banked, paid extra into super when l could, got telstra AMP NRMA and NIB shares when the de mutualised. Drawning down on my super to live. Company tax already paid on those shares so that's why l get a credit

That’s a wrap, with the ASX200 closing 0.50% lower. Telstra closed the day the top perfomer after TPG elected to move away from its mobile network, meanwhile Eclipx Group remained parked at the bottom of the ASX200 after a disappointing update... #asx #marketclose #update

To make matters worse, Telstra also have a network outage with their mobile service in the area. This means connectivity to the outside world is void. If you needed to make an emergency call, nope. If people needed to contact you, nope. If you needed to work from home, nope
