@Telstra Tim My 30 September order remains unfulfilled (promised fulfilment date 10/10). I can’t contact anyone from porting team. I’ve tried repeatedly & spent hours on hold. Whole process is impenetrable. No one I contact will fix it. Worst customer experience ever. HELP!!!

...operator arranged extra mobile data at no cost and a new modem that switches to mobile data when the wifi drops out. Waived the usual delivery charge, too. Very helpful, good service. @Telstra

Got up this morning and the internet was not working. Telstra app initially said there was an outage but no projection on when it would be fixed. Decided to call. Told outage could be until sometime Friday. Asked what they could do to help us out...

One of the big delays in Telstra going to DOCSIS3 was apparently because they had old kit (theirs and customers) still on the network.

Hey @Telstra, how does this work... I cancel a broadband cable that I’ve had with you for years to avoid being forced onto NBN, and instead I commit to you for 3 years with home hub. And you want to charge me cancellation fees. Please explain the sense in that.

@zerogeewhiz @WarWraith Telstra had become completely unusable along the T8 line for me, especially the airport tunnel. Full signal and no data daily. Now on Voda I can stream Netflix and Apple TV+ all the way with no issues.

@Telstra A manager and a lawyer contacting me that social media posts are an ‘issue’ and pumping their chest says it all. Today in less than 60 sec after I sent an email you close the case and now your not even going to honor promises. Might do a social media review.

@Telstra Just sent case number. The case was 9 Months old, you stated no credits for lack of service (which no one disputes) will not be done until resolution. The case manager has disappeared 👻

@Telstra I will have to forgot one year prepaid credit and a friend in Australia has to receive a postpaid sim who then needs to send it via international courier. I can then pay to use roam. Seriously? In 2021? By the market leader in the industry? Very poor. 2/2

I think we should break up @Telstra into about 5000 smaller businesses and ISPs should only be allowed to service up to 100 people. Don't @ me with the logistics of this. It can't be worse than they are now.
