@Telstra As I said the speeds are better using the sim backup service than the fixed main line. As this was sold as a streaming service if 1.5mbs min then as you can see from your own app streaming is not capable of being delivered. So I have been sold a false deal @andy_penn

Epic #fail @Telstra! I’ve been trying to set up broadband internet since 18th Dec and nothing! Now I have a bill for $174 and no service. I’ve have countless conversations with your call centres and complaints dept and I’m going insane trying to get this sorted. I’ve had enough!

The internet here is so slow it is infuriating @Telstra Ditto my Telstra mobile service even tho paid $1000 for an aerial on roof. And have booster etc for WiFi. No NBN in this street cos of TREES. Feel like selling up some days.
