    Well, the Internet was restored by the lovely Telstra operator, who told me to turn it off and turn it back on again. Currently reconnecting after doing that for the first post-restoration outage.

    @Telstra What do you recommend for my internet that's not working? I'm in 2259 (Tuggerah) and connects but nothing is loading? I've restarted the modem a few times and no luck. Using up the data on my phone very quick.

    @BroHilderchump Telstra (or someone) offers 4G Backup for when the service is interrupted... should have gone for that but I already had an NBN-ready modem so I thought, naah Stupidly But from what you say I’m probably on a better thing

    @jmspool I complained to @Telstra about being put back into SMS marketing list after removing myself twice in the past 6 years. I negotiated two months’ credit for that specific customer disrespect. They now know much of what I think of them, without using a post-support survey.

    @ShiannonC I sort of agree with you! However, Govt and its monopolized and duoplolized sector have created a lot of unproductive and redundant, laidback jobs,like Telstra,NBN many banks, many without competitive service and poor innovation. Banks just punts on real estate.

    @Telstra @newscomauHQ The jobs should never have been outsourced anyway. If you want people in your call centres that can't speak English there are plenty here that probably don't have jobs. Jobs for Australians not India, Malaysia, Phillipines. Support local economy

    @Telstra Thanks Ollie, It’s a brand new (Tue 25/08) NBN connection. I have raised incidents every time except the last two. At the moment it isn’t causing problems I won’t be at work for a week it won’t be monitored as quickly. But please note 0:35, 06:35, & 13:35 daily* when we are home

    I thought the Vodafone network had gone bad, no data at central or the airport train tunnels but i’d accidentally left my primary data SIM as Telstra. Even with the CBD quiet Telstra data is woeful in the CBD.

    @Telstra Not giving me trouble bc I’m not using it!! Fell over yesterday at midday (must be a different timetable on a weekend). First the WiFi then the Ethernet. While this is a public forum and I like to sit my grievances here, I will raise another incident through the app next time

    We are absolutely appalled with the service provided from the @Telstra business systems team. We’ve been charged for 9 months for a service we swapped over in dec 2019. 😞 We’ve been fed misinformation and promises that have not been kept! How can this be?

    @GandWalter @robynbryant33 My mum had a scam call claiming to be from Telstra saying they were going to help her out if she downloaded an app. She did. When I freaked out she said why would she know it was scam? I said when has Telstra ever rang anyone trying to be helpful? That was your no.1 clue.

    @Telstra @telstrahealth Received message to recharge today. Upon doing so via Teltra App, my pre paid service has been removed from dashboard. Link provided in text message to recharge was invalid and received error 76 when trying to pay with recharge link online 1/2
