    @NBN_Australia Amy, thank you. But the problem is, it's Friday Peak, & @telstra can only provide a service from your NBN infrastructure. Yes all Telcos in Australia are terrible because what you have given them is terrible. This is the NBNs fault. Antiquated infrastructure from you.

    Hey @Telstra just got a call from 0405 400 829 with a recorded message telling me you are going to terminate my internet service unless I press 1 and pay my outstanding balance. Funny, I don’t have an outstanding balance!

    Are @Telstra the worst provider for @NBN_Australia ?? Asking for a friend. Second night sitting here without internet. Im a teacher. I was also out for days in December whilst at home trying to conduct parent teacher interviews. Who’s going to explain to irate parents?

    @Telstra And now 4 days later someone is now telling me this can’t be sorted out online. I have to go into an actual store to fix my problem. Why didn’t someone tell me that the first time I spoke to a rep? Telstra you’ve wasted my time and shown how awful you are at customer service.

    IPrimus dodo Telstra and Optus worked together to fake a fault on my phone so a technician was called to fix it. Then they got Dun and Bradstreet to hassle me to collect a payment

    WOOLWORTHS has cheapest mobile phone prepaid in country at moment. Even cheaper than DODO. On top row of WOOLLIES mobile sim card section is $20 for 28 days. Except when you pay, it is ONLY $8 for 28 days. 6gb and unlimited calls and texts. 4g network Telstra tho. #auspol

    @SpotlightForYou @Telstra Switch to @ALDIMobileAU ... they use telstra network, unlimited domestic calls, international calls to HEAPS of countries, data allocation is generous and rolls over forever. I do not work for ALDImobile, but I use the service.👍
