    @Telstra Was at home. Wasn’t casting just trying to use the app on the TV but it didn’t recognize my login & instruction to go to website diverted back to Telstra. Very confusing & this twitter exchange is more helpful than both companies websites or call centres.

    @LurkingWolfox @hendikins Depending on how plans shape up next year might switch to optus. I have 0 issues with the Telstra network, and you couldnt pay me to ever use Vodafone again as their coverage in the train to work is useless.

    @Telstra I can’t subscribe to it because the Foxtel website keeps redirecting me to my Telstra login. There’s no chat service like Apple has to fix it, just “community” which is useless. When finally get to a person on phone each say go to website. So I’ve given up and will just use Go.

    @Telstra I don’t have time to sit with support, I use my phone for work and these issues are causing me to lose time and money. It is obviously a network issue that you are trying to palm off as something else, we pay a premium

    @Telstra The signal is fine. There’s just no data. Travel through in off peak and you’ll get 100Mbps. During peak hour can’t even ping
