hometown hero (@bigtruth2) reported from Central Coast, New South Wales@telstra credit management is a misnomer- deserve no credit and certainly can’t manage Invent debt when in credit- restrict services 27 June but still can’t lift the restrictions even though they acknowledge they made a mistake and should never had restrictions and was in credit

Also get a $50 credit for each customer that signs up by referral.

Telstra Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
landman (@hasselljpb) reported@Tedthekelpie @Telstra Right at the minute I’m more concerned about whether the poor girl will survive but I’m meeting with Telstra shortly. (Local)
-
SNOOPREY (@SNOOPREY77) reported@Telstra Actually it’s more like 2-3 bars reception at the moment but the issues weren’t from today it was through the week
-
calmingdown (@joey8bitz) reported@enz2g @1WeakGuttedDog Telstra is really going to hinder its own company 🙄 You, are the ******. Telstra has shareholders that want as MUCH money as possible. There is no way they would intentionally jeopardise that. You are full of ****, plain and simple.
-
Andrew Thorpe (@awthorpe) reported@Telstra It isn’t unplanned outages there is a lack of capacity in the Telstra network in that part of the cbd. It has been bad for ages like dial up speeds but is getting worse to the point of unusable. How do you let the network engineers know that they need to review and do something
-
Jayden (@Ballzzzz16) reported@Telstra @Optus So you’re no help either, will be cancelling all Telstra plans and moving to Optus in the morning
-
Murray (@MyNameIsMurray) reported@DavidLeyonhjelm @georgios197 @DanielPriestley Luck... and both the timely full privatisation of Telstra, and the complete offloading of Australian gold reserves (nearly tanking our, and world markets in the process). Howard only balanced the books by selling off a LOT of stuff that ended up creating problems later on.
-
JimBobSquarePants 🇺🇦 (@James_M_South) reported@Telstra Your customer service team are disgusting. They mixed up NBN and Optimcomm and not one person answered a single question I asked. Absolutely disgusting. I want to raise a formal complaint.
-
Con (@ConPaffas) reported@MPolyalloy Now do the ALP list or does that not suit the agenda? Btw, I don’t support government selling assets. Or military bases for that matter. The only one that was good sale was Telstra, because they got a lot more than what it was worth and it hasn’t appreciated. Tech killed Telstra
-
Brendon Patterson - My Wife & I are PRGuy (@Brendon5374) reported@DanielWeisman5 how are large private corporations any different with service? Complained to Telstra lately? Qantas? One of the major reasons public hospital have a huge waiting list at emergency is because private clinics close early, and are fairly useless and always sending patients there.

Jean-Pierre YIN (@kalsue) reported@llelectronics @thesamuelnam Vodafone Network: Unlike Telstra and Optus, offers a 90-day grace period for international visitors with non-compliant phones. If you use a Vodafone local SIM or purchase a travel eSIM that specifically runs on the Vodafone Australia network, your phone will work normally.
