    @Telstra @sharanjit Genuinely, what on earth is this response? I mean, the "page" (Hi! This isn't Facebook!) he is "spamming on" is his personal twitter account. Second, tagging the company he is talking about doesn't constitute spamming. Third, customer relationships? You're doing it very wrong.

    @Telstra You are actually a joke. How hard is it to do a change of ownership? I’ve been waiting 2 months, been on hold for a grand total of 4 hours and been into store 3 times (when I was told they couldn’t help me). Why is it so hard?

    @Telstra you'd be able to access my account & see what me last plan on my mobile was when the bushfires were last really bad in 2019-2020 i think, wouldn't you, as was some special deal & being able to convey to international operators what i mean would be really difficult & frustrating

    On hold for half hr to speak with Telstra. Ever few minutes a recorded voice comes on saying Telstra has invested in providing a faster service, which is by way of downloading a Telstra app. Pity they they didn't think of, say, hiring staff to answer the phone.

    @Telstra All alone mate, just me & my dog who were living in isolation before the pandemic. No worries I'll get the courage up to talk to one of the foreign operators & I mean that because I apparently signed up for a new mobile phone plan I never used for several years b4 working out

    Anyway. Who knows what tomorrow will bring? I’m totally willing to bet it won’t be a new iPhone. I’ll keep you updated. But remember the moral of the story. Never buy a mobile phone from @Telstra online - and never ever get involved with the TELSTRA CONTROL GROUP. 51/🧡

    @Telstra so frustrated with your mobile network at Castle Towers shopping centre, almost every day the network seems to be giving trouble. Everywhere else it works fine. Signal shows plenty of bars, but can't use any internet based services like banking apps, weather etc.

    @thetopjob I bought my first home as a single parent in the 80's. I worked for Telstra as a clerical assistant and my interest rate was topped at 13%. That could/would never happen now.

    As we get close to finishing the new house build it's time to get the internet connected. Spoke with both @NBN_Australia and @Telstra today to learn where the process was at. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, I really do appreciate good customer service.

    @Telstra As I said Telstra is a disgrace, this happens every single day and has been for many years. Have been in touch with Telstra yet they cannot increase or will not increase service to customers in my area. It’s a disgrace
