    Telstra....missed your recharge message because the service has been so fuckung bad for weeks that people's personal SOS devices haven't been working. Have been hotspotting with Optus device.

    @Kate3015 It’d really not that hard to spot but to the untrained eye they always look legitimate. My husband a case in point. He doesn’t click on the link but always asks me how to deal with it. Every time I,show- block the email via,the contact card, delete, simple. Government departments never send you anything, just a notification to go to My Gov. Telstra has the email in the App. If it’s not there it’s not real. There are couple I can think of.

    @MelPalling @Telstra Hi Ivan, you've clearly never been to Clyde, Victoria. It's a bottomless pit for Service. You cannot get service inside anyone's homes, and once you find a 'service' area, you dare not move, as it will drop straight right out. It's a huge growth area

    Just been asked to complete an oxymoron. A Telstra customer satisfaction survey. Reminded me of a 1980s Telecom survey that found customers hated them, leads to a management recommendation to educate customers…(who they called “subscribers”)

    @ruicharadrius My partners father works for Telstra and their internet NEVER WORKS. HOW DO YOU WORK FOR THE BIGGEST INTERNET COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA AND YET YOUR HOME INTERNET DOESNT WORK😭😭😭

    @NicFromOz They use Telstra wholesale network, coverage shouldn’t change from what you have now, 4G, no 5G, I have used them, changed to Superloop though, tied in with NBN plan for bundle discount.

    @KymRob25112 No idea in Qld. But in Sydney Telstra has sadly become the only option. The complete mess up with triple zero calls ( carrier errors) no mistake in that. The tower's aren't coping with this change. Regional with fewer options. That's harsh. Hope 🙏
