Telstra fuckups are like bad luck, they always come in 3s. I'm being billed for O365 with no warning previous free offer had expired. 10 digit account numbers allow access to different products compared to a 13 digit one. Getting an Apple Watch on a business plan is a major PITA.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@TelstraEnt Then be honest & tell people that all new accounts are only direct debit & if they need customer service then they'll have to talk to a very arrogant & rude company called Siebel who will do nothing to help. DO NOT JOIN TELSTRA/SIEBEL AUSTRALIA..#auspol

@Telstra I've spent over a week texting & talking to your Siebel representative who told me that Siebel now control all Telstra accounts & all payment options are being removed. That is from your customer service. I've been a customer for over 40 years & I'm disgusted in the attitude.

Why isn't this part of the service like churning a mobile phone? How can Telstra charge for two services that literally can no longer be in use? Why are they not notified that NBN is installed and then proactively contact the person to cancel their account?

@amygillettfdn @Telstra @RideArenberg This is just a marketing gimmick and does little to educate drivers or Lobby Gov. to build infrastructure like bike trails and safer bike lanes. And no I don't want a 5G rf signal device on my or my childs helmet at brain level.

@Telstra Thanks 4 checking back. We r still offline due a combination of last weeks storm, our cable ripped off the pole & a network outage that started Wednesday last week. Reported faults & damage to telstra & nbn but no help to date. No clearer as 2 when cable will be reinstated.
