  @Mornings9 Telstra using the excuse of mouse plague as a reason for no phone service is an absolute joke. I live in Werris Creek, NSW and we are always having outages - so it’s just another excuse they can fob off on us. No compensation is ever offered. Thumbs down @Telstra

  @Telstra @Twitter To make it clear @telstra, I will loan my phone to the elderly couple you disconnected, probably unlawfully, 10 weeks ago and have done nothing to restore their service since, so they can call the person whose detail you provide. They may then appoint me as their representative.

  @andy_penn we've had daily dropouts of our internet for 8 weeks. I've contacted Telstra multiple times. We've been given every excuse you can think of. We've had a technician out on April 19, who didn't fix the issue. Today even mobile backup won't stay on. Help, please!
