@woopdedoo652 @Telstra A trick some seem to use it cancel your plan, you move onto the termination crew who do more to keep you *I've never tried it but seen people report on it working for them when they tried a discount through normal reps.

@BlaueSeelentore @Telstra So frustrating! I just upgraded a modem two weeks ago thinking that was the trouble. Nope. Twice the cost of the old modem yet same result - poor internet. We had excellent service before they started mucking around with it in September.

@HansOrph @mistermouse666 That's the fear factor I'm talking about - Telstra use it as well, despite being a very poor experience. And you can never tell how good the coverage is until you need it...
