@LevinHall123 @PotionSwordRun @Boogie2988 Telecom was a state service in Australia, until it was sold off by the Howard government and became Telstra. Water in Victoria is still public. There was a time utilities were provided by the state. Then a government wants less accountability/cover debts, but run out of assets.

@KaurnaCopia @Telstra Pocophonef1, got it around when i first came out and have stuck with it Like when I play games its smooth cause the specs are pretty good but like every now and then id just have like a screen freeze and like they fixed most of it by this point but it had a lotta issue initially

@Telstra sales people sold us upgrade and protect as insurance against loss and damage and compare it against competition. When we reported a stolen phone, we were told the phone is not insured, we are on our own.

@Telstra Well the store said they wont take the chance as they may decline the credit.maybe someone needs to make the notes clearer so that the store can actually swap the phone over.apparently if it said the store would get reimbursed they were willing to do it.nobody wants to help

@Telstra your customer support is appalling!! Why is it so difficult to speak to someone to get help?? Call centre only open business hours M-F. Messaging has to be done through your app and virtually impossible. Sort it out, please!

@Telstra I contacted #Telstra through MyTelstra and 5 hours later I was contacted .... after another hour of contact, I was told they will log a ticket and someone will contact me in 1 to days.Not good enough. You are meant to be the flagship carrier ... fail.@andy_penn
