  Update with my @Telstra saga. Spent >4 hours today with 4 different support people. Nothing resolved. 'That's best we can do; you are online, it's either NBN or your equipment -all Telstra! But I do have a case no. Their social watchers all trying to get me offline. No chance.

  Still no working phone service from @telstra. It’s currently “stuck” with provisioning (for over a week now). 😡

  @Telstra Thanks for responding Evie, I’ve been down this path many, many times for more than 7 years and Telstra don’t want to know about it. Optus ain’t much better. The ENTIRE suburb has no mobile reception. Don’t waste your time. Have a good night Evie.

  @MissHissyKat Their 'service ' is absolutely dismal, I was told to wait 24 hr, so i mentioned to the tech guy we are in the 21st century and mobiles have been around for the last 40 years or so, surly it's not a big thing. Every time I have trouble with Telstra

  Seriously has something happened at @Telstra ? I literally tried to recontract with them and after two weeks of delays, mistakes, etc. I missed the plan I had wanted. Now they keep offering to call me about my phone that is not working...on the number that is not working

  Every time I have some dealings with Telstra I walk away frustrated. Just bought a new SIM at a Telstra store for my second mobile, they activated it, I paid and vola 7hr later still no service. 🤬
