Been on hold for an hour on phone for @Telstra Technician from Total Microsystems who was here for an hour & checked everything said ring Telstra. Speeds upload & down abysmal here. And can't get NBN.

Wow. @telstra have found new ways to fail at customer service. Trying to help my mother out and they have stuffed me around for days. Shouldn’t be this hard in this day and age. Absolutely designed systems to suit them and frustrate you.

@Telstra Thanks Cas. We were never answered after 4 hours and I just gave up and used forums in the end to help fixing it ourselves via the gateway. It really isn’t good customer service when your offshore Telstra customer service team just ignore people though...

@Telstra Reason this didn’t get fixed is coz @Telstra & @NBN_Australia are too busy pointing fingers at each other. NBN roll out is the worst thing that happened to internet in Aus & Telstra is stuck with that but Telstra also has no issue charging arm & a leg for non existent service.
