@Telstra That’s gold! The service is capable of high speeds, I’ve got them in the past, up to 600Mbps, I think Telstra should align its service to the price I’m paying @The_Elcat how great is this?

@JezCorden Somehow even unlocked firmware our carriers block updates. I remember keeping a vmo prepaid sim so when updates came out I’d put it in (because simply removing my Telstra sim wasn’t enough) update then put Telstra back in. Could be an Aussie thing but it was bad either way.

@Telstra When the VoIP phone function becomes disconnected inbound and outbound phones fail. You can still connect to LH100 web interface. You only detect these bugs when you try phoning in, or out, and your Internet stops.

@Telstra A number of month ago, Telstra NBN stopped providing an (DHCP) IPv4 address to the LH1000, so no-one on the Internet could connect into the LH1000. Their Indian support are clueless on Internet protocols. Wouldn't be nice to speak with some-one closer to the coalface.

@Telstra @feegle12 This was happening 30 years ago. "I'll look into it" simply isn't good enough. What training are staff receiving to stop this? What actions will be taken? What measures are in place to elevate this issue for permanent resolution? It's not parliament. We want actual change!

@NBN_Australia No you aren’t. Your website changes with planned maintenance and even Telstra don’t know when you are doing it. Middle of a Monday. Great timing. Why not wait until we are all on work calls and school webexs and then cut the internet (oh hang on, that’s exactly what you did)

@JezCorden Idk what it’s like in the UK @JezCorden but in Australia android updates are terrible. I had a nexus and because I had a Telstra (carrier) sim in it they controlled its updates not google. They’d be so slow releasing updates. Sometimes over a year after a manufacturer released.
