    @Telstra I signed in and have no way to report my original complaint as my mobile service is with Boost that operates on Telstra towers and is owned by Telstra

    @Telstra Raised three times now - each time your team close it without any resolution. Just a phone provider so I’ll move the service elsewhere now, you’ve had plenty of chances to either be honest that you can’t service this area or what the fault is and when it will be fixed! Useless!

    @GusWhyte @Telstra Startrack won't deliver to us.. They charge a premium service for next day del. But put a card in our mail box.... Hopefully there is a circle of hell (a La Dante) reserved for couriers

    It took @Telstra and @NBN_Australia 20 days to get the NBN up and running on the south coast--there were 2 faults they had to fix further up the copper lines. Top speed is 28mbps but I still have to pay as if we get 50mbps. 😞 Fibre to the premises better speed up.

    @missy__m I was averaging 250-400mb up & down in Sydney & Brissy CBD with the Telstra one - it honestly smokes any other internet connection in Oz, plus it’s portable!

    @Teltsra @Telstra I’ve been put on hold seven separate times by seven different departments. Each time I’ve had to start from scratch and explain what’s happening over and over again. The customer service, and the language problems is absolutely abysmal.

    @Telstra Just spent 7 hours and 40 minutes over 5 call’s trying to resolve a moving my mobile no to Telstra still not connected!. Absolutely pitiful service & problem solving
