Telstra: We're killing IDSN. Also Telstra: we're not replacing it with anything so that rural site with no NBN or reliable 4G you have will need a five-figure fibre installation and a quadrupling of the monthly service cost

  • laoweek0 Clem (@laoweek0) reported

@Telstra I can understand that, except the email/sms literally says Telstra staff would never ask for your pin. That sure creates a lot of confusion.

@Telstra I am sorry but your customer service is awful. I have tried a number of ways to get an issue resolved and all that it results in is no resolution and plenty of frustration.

Hi @Optus, me again. Just letting you know yet again that your service is awful. @Telstra are more expensive, but they can't be less reliable.

  • thorntonp Peter Thornton (@thorntonp) reported

@Telstra are there issues with 5g home internet in Gympie 4570 today. Getting less than 1mbps to 2mbps all day. Almost unusable. A lot of sites timing out.

  • garyrlooney Gary Robert Looney (@garyrlooney) reported

@AlboMP I want it to be understood, the reply from PayPal 5 May us very concerning. My life has been ruined and you have no right to demand I do anything. This has been the problem, Government persecution then demands for fix. I really do want to sue Gov and PayPal and Telstra.

  • skdossi Sandra D (@skdossi) reported

@Telstra Clearly there is an issue on my end because there is no send icon, could you please initiate a DM I can reply to

  • chubacker Lee Maynard (@chubacker) reported

@andy_penn maybe what should be on your mind is the shambles that the organisation you lead is in. Stop concerning yourself with issues you can't directly affect. your job which you are currently not doing is to fix the absolute shitfight that is Telstra. FFS DO YOUR JOB.
