@TPG_Telecom apartment is being renovated, incorrect installation of NBN wall socket, no power point close. rendering it useless. Issue been highlighted for greater than 1 week. No contact with technician to fix issue. You have until Monday otherwise its 5G with @Telstra instead

Funny @Telstra 🤔 When I have an issue with my car, the OEM never asks me to dive under the bonnet with a fistful of spanners to try diagnose what might be going on before deeming my situation worthy of sending a mechanic.

@Telstra I don't know why staff needs to write tweets that they know are incorrect? As I reported several damaged pits and covers in #Brisbane and all Telstra done months later was to dumped a yellow lid on the damage no proper repairs.
