@TrainLinkNorth No, that's OK. I don't know what the issue was but some people may not have received the text (Telstra 4G here has been on/off for the last few days), or had time to get cash.

@saltywater33 @MrKRudd @realestate_au I respectfully say be careful with feely good actions but by all means your right. Lots of ppl like Woolworths but hate pokers not knowing that Woolies owns poker businesses. Telstra part owns Foxtel but not necessarily bad coz of that. Oh how we fall for simplistic “feel-goods”

@Telstra It has, but took far too long and I missed my exam. 26 hours of texting with your “customer service” is far too long. I was told we could keep our email free for first 12 months. Is this no longer correct?

@MorpheusBeing @CatPurry9 Good luck getting landline fixed! I had a huge argument with Telstra when NBN was installed. In the end all it took was for a new handset they supplied and somehow magic! Only took 3 months for them to figure it out. Useless! Hope you get it fix especially as it for medical 🤞

@cornflakes64 @CatPurry9 The in-place booster is just over $1K, and because of the terrain and distance from nearest tower, will need a Yagi antennae to get a good signal, from on top of my shed. To get the height needed, will need to be braced. And Telstra charge a lot to do the installation.

@andy_penn @Telstra trying to order 2nd wifi booster for over a week under your house coverage guarantee. Had to deal with >5 people on the message app and still no order. Level 2 case files opened and then closed with no knowledge. Customer service - ZERO!!
