  • TheB00KWarren Book Reviews (@TheB00KWarren) reported

Now @Telstra are asking me to fill on online form or call to be able to help, when they’ve barred my internet. Talk about an oxymoron — Neither works due to the barring they’ve placed on my account. Been without Foxtel for 7mths all while being charged for it @3AWNeilMitchell

  • Fishman_Dan Daniel Cohen (@Fishman_Dan) reported

@MichaelACT123 @TonyHWindsor Pretty poor take. We were taken down a path of hybrid fibre/co-ax that meant Foxtel earned a dollar providing a faux NBN to Foxtel/Telstra customers that was riddled with faults. The network could not function close to its potential. Now don’t start me on “Fixed Wireless”.

  • lousanti Lous (@lousanti) reported

@Telstra Hi, how do I do this as I am an Optus customer, not Telstra?

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra please confirm here the only way one can pay is beforehand & not bpay after a statement. Your staff use Netflix as a comparison but a phone & data service is completely unlike an entertainment subscription. It’s a false equivalent that is designed to deceive. #cxfail

  • rastas46 Rastas46 (@rastas46) reported

@MichaelACT123 @TonyHWindsor Not necessarily I would hardly call Telstra a beacon of hope in a privatised world having experienced their pathetic customer service of late. Ditto for the Electicity providers. Not forgetting in a country like Australia the people beyond the suburbs are a forgotten race.

  • DigitalHeatwave Tamsin (@DigitalHeatwave) reported

Privatising Telstra is a public bad for sure but the buildings they remain to operate in? Public good.

  • TheRealPembo Michael Pemberton (@TheRealPembo) reported

@lilredandy @JennaPrice @Optus Telstra is the only Australian network to have deployed a system that uses heuristics to identify spam-like activity,

  • Saphod Marco Luthe (@Saphod) reported

@Telstra I was contacted by the “My Telstra App Support” via e-mail with some steps to try. The behaviour was the same for the first two tries (i.e. it didn’t work). Then I decided not to click “Done” on the upper right corner when verifying via app, and that seemed to have worked.

  • FishofClay James Walker (Fish) (@FishofClay) reported

@laineyjb @Telstra Never, ever use Telstra. Leave, and realise that you'll need to speak to the Ombudsman to force them to withdraw their claws.

  • rbozinovski Robert Bozinovski (@rbozinovski) reported

@FlashNewsAU your customer service (a term I use loosely) is giving me nonsensical responses about refund of a monthly fee. I didn’t sign up beyond the free trial period offered via @Telstra. Feels like a scam. Refund the fee, please. @acccgovau
