    @hgo7627 @nikt50 @Telstra Their ISP should be sorting it. I'm with optus and they organised nbn technician within 24 hours. I know they said telstra was messing them around. I can't offer much help sorry.

    @NebelMarie @SpotifyStatus @spotifyfrance I’ve got the same issue. Apparently it’s an issue with the Telstra network. I’ve tried using another SIM card and Spotify was able to work but as soon as I switched over to Telstra it didn’t. Both Spotify and Telstra said they’re “investigating” on the issue.

    @SpotifyCares Hi - as my message said, this is clearly a larger issue and telling people to DM for troubleshooting isn’t helpful. Nothing works. Like a lot of people on here I’m in Australia and use Telstra. The problem is with mobile data, and the usual steps won’t fix that.
