    @Peter_Fitz Constantly. Tax Office, Microsoft, Telstra scams galore. I usually say β€œWhat a coincidence! My husband works for your organisation. I’ll just put him on the phone and you can talk to him.” They can’t hang up quickly enough.

    @Telstra #Telstra I've been with you for more than a decade now. You recently disconnected my prepaid mobile number while I'm stuck outside Australia. (thanks COVID) Now I don't have access to any accounts because of 2FA. I've tried support, but apparently, it's too hard to fix.

    @Telstra To be clear I am not defending you directly but all customer service advisors. With that said I am a customer and I have found that by being polite your customer service has always helped me to the best of their abilities. Things that were not fixed were out of their control.

    @iiNet Have paid my bill and service not reinstated but no one at iiNet to speak to - what a joke of a telephony company. Go with the strength Australia - go with Telstra or Optus
