    @aaronmoodie @Telstra I gave telstra the flick last year and haven't looked back. Plenty of cheap MVNOs reselling their network that are just as good - perhaps less coverage on paper, but in practice I haven't noticed it (even out bush)

    Hi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

    @Telstra Nope they havent and only tells me that they can reapply international calling but nit sure why it charged. Also its wrong that you are saying abt prioritizing medical support because when i called customer care and opted sales for new plan i was able to connect obviously.

    @Telstra I did escalate Jessica, but I got notified that they have limited power being a chat support to redirdct for voice support.

    @Telstra Resolution was to be: A call back to me between 12:30 to 3:30pm today to resolve 3 issues. 3-hours; I wanted to be generous. No call back received. <sigh> Why did I choose @Telstra? I'm trying to think... @Optus are you better over there re customer service?

    @Telstra @TelstraEnt Whats the way to connect to customer service with whom we can actually talk?? This is the 4th time i am connecting to chart support for resolving my billing issue and everytime with a promise that issue resolved, bills keep increasing? And then reexplain

    @SimonRoyal1 @Telstra I have been dealing with Ticketmaster. Calls go unanswered left messages ignored. They responded promptly to my Tweet tho. Fed up trying to use their system, I told them to cut the crap and email my tix with barcodes. Came thro this a.m. Back to retirement

    @Telstra All good. After a 17 minute wait on 132000 number I got through to a very helpful person. She help out and all sorted. Thumbs down to chat support.

    Anyone have knowledge (inside info, witnessing technicians, etc) as to what is causing the @NBN_Australia outage (parts of Melbourne)? I'd like to get a sense of how long the outage is going to be. All I can see is my @Telstra modem doing DHCP requests & retrying. #NBNOutage
