@Telstra How about a big fat apology to the Gold customers you utterly failed today. There is no good news here, you promised and failed to deliver and a big dose of humility is the least we deserve. Then find us some damn tickets

And Telstra won’t call you... which would have sorted this out a month or so ago and I wouldn’t have wasted so much of my time trying to fix what is essentially Telstra being incompetent.

@Telstra Thanks Tom. I had a good chat with someone in your contact centre (through 24/7 chat) and he’s sent an NBN engineer who’s coming this morning. I did power down the box as you advised yesterday but it didn’t work

@albericie @Optus Not sure if Optus is same as Telstra in this regard- I find it super unethical business practice to have shopfronts readily accessible in 1000s convenient locations across Aust to sell & upsell products & plans, to then not be able to cancel those services in stores.

@Telstra You have without a doubt the worst customer service of any company in Australia. And the fact that we can't speak to anyone on the phone is infuriating. It makes every interaction with you a bigger waste of time and suggests a deep contempt for your customers

@stacky66 @mfw I cancelled my Telstra mobile account over their support for NRL. Why did you cancel, a, b , c etc. I answered "other". But the market research people weren't interested in what my reason was, it didn't fit in their predetermined boxes.

@telstra had enough of your absolutely disgraceful excuse for a service. Attempted to move to your NBN plan on the 15th of December. Still no service. Spent at least 20 hours on phone calls and still no service in sight. 1/2

@spannaforce @Telstra is no longer interested in providing good telecommunications service or connectivity! Their aim is to gauge a premium fee from customers because if it’s historic status in the market, while it allows its reputation to dwindle away when customer realise the fraud

@spannaforce @Telstra I have a house full of teenagers, and ineffectual internet! 6 weeks ago I applied to move my former service to my new house, earlier today they finally called and told me they had FORGOTTEN to connect me
