  @Master_Of_Me_ I worked for telstra 15 years ago, I used to call our customers and ensure they were on the right plans for mobile and internet and landline. (It was sales based) But they closed down all those call centres about 12 years back.

  @mcewenrobbie @Telstra Wow - I’m certainly not in the camp of loving capitolism to solve all of society’s problems, but in this case it seems helpful to share your poor experience and take your business elsewhere. This company does not seem interested in quality service or its reputation.

  @mcewenrobbie @Telstra I’d tell my story of hell with Telstra but I’d be starting a thread that nobody would read to the end. Suffice to say, I’d rather tin cans and string than use Telstra again. I’d call them garbage but that’d be an insult to rubbish! Over priced & worst service!

  @David_S_Dowling @Telstra My dad has trouble using his landline, let alone accept a push notification. He’d probably assume it’s a legal term for a charge of common assault.

  @suzannelolsenau @Master_Of_Me_ It's got nothing to do with Telstra though they are **** lol. It's a scam. I get them every day at work and my personal phone. Telstra, NBN, Amazon. They are lying to get access your computer and get your details. Just got one while typing this.

  @Vian1138 @BazzaCC Just ask for their Telstra Badge number, and say, "You see I'm from Telstra Security, and as this is an unsolicited call, I need to know your badge number... NOW!" ... they hang up real quick.
