    @jriewolod @Telstra I spent 93(!) hrs on the phone to #Telstra trying to sort a simple issue for my M-i-L. Went to the TIO, eventually ALP member Michelle Rowlands fixed it. LNP Minister Mitch Fifield claimed credit. They offered her $4k phone CREDIT! She was 85. Left Telstra after 40 years.

    @Telstra As a never-again-customer I'd like telstra to look into how cruel their policies are which require ripping people off and making it as difficult as possible to get telstra's errors rectified. The fact you only listen to paying customers says it all.

    @jriewolod @Telstra The surprise is? They wouldn’t let me cancel fathers Telstra account after he died, they needed to speak with the account owner! Took ages to sort that one!

    @jriewolod @Telstra Doesn’t surprise me @Telstra are terrible at service I’ve been waiting for more than 6 months to be refunded, $1500 and more than 15 hours on The phone to be promised it was being sorted.. I’ve got more case numbers than phones number .. it’s appalling ..

    @jriewolod @Telstra Yes Telstra has no customer service - have been 6 months trying to get illegitimate Sensis charges reversed ! No refund and no assistance from Sensis or Telstra who send the bill . Arrogant monopoly !!!!! Wish you well !!!!

    @Telstra @jriewolod Next morning update: I can't stress this enough. Take the issue to the TIO and have them deal with directly Telstra. The TIO will work for you to come to a solution within the Telecommunications legal framework. Telstra will be fined, reported and it may stop it happening again.
