    @JamesSmithAu @Telstra In what way? They are doing nothing but saying, "the problem will be resolved as soon as possible." It's not ASAP. If it was ASAP it would be escalated and resolved. ASAP to them means, as soon as we get through our unnecessary internal red tape.

    @sbuckshum @Telstra Last te this happened to us it was an admin issue, nothing wrong technical. Though the best tech support ever had was a call about EFT lines down at the store. The tech support said 'well pick them up' 😵‍💫

    Getting stuffed around with the nearby Telstra mobile network “upgrades” which are causing outages. Time critical stuff with/for octogenarian. Can’t get it to work, insufficient working (workarounds) writing today off in absolute hot anger. “Australia’s best network” borked 4me.

    Still no working phone service from @telstra. It’s currently “stuck” with provisioning (for over a week now). 😡
