    @RoadknightThe I had probs years ago with no service to very slow. Telstra said nothing wrong etc etc. Multi complaints. New modem. They sent techs to check my connection, no improvement. Cont to complain. I don’t work Wednesdays so I said send a tech on a Wed. They did. He check my lead in../2

    @Telstra is there any plans to allow us to link old pstn numbers into our Telstra mobile service so when someone calls our home phone it rings on our mobile. Most of the calls are spam but you never know

    @Telstra But how can u increase current contracts have been a customer for 15 year never had a price increase mid contract a contract it’s a contract for a set period of time, for a set price can’t just increase mid contract?

    Dear Telstra, Thanks to your aggressive behaviour, pushing us off our mobile plans, increasing our monthly cost etc we have moved to Optus. Saving $20 a month. And a much stronger signal at home. Goodbye.

    @Telstra @andy_penn I’ve been to the ombudsman about it Telstra said there was nothing they could do about it and offered to cancel all of my services I think there are 10 all up Fat lot of good that would do
