@easleysgirl Oh, yes, Telstra said I should pay more money to install an aerial. I told them that wasn't part of the deal when they promised the download speeds. I will not be paying for anything more. It's extortion and probably won't help anyway.

@Telstra hi, I have tried to log into ‘mytelstra’ on behalf of my father. He has been charged ongoing for a ‘plan’ that he has not had in over 2 years. He has cancelled and gone with Optus and his number has been changed over. Can someone please contact me regarding this issue?

@FitzalanOscar @RoadknightThe trouble is they are all the same. AussieBB said our average night time speed should be 66mps but we are lucky to get anywhere near that at any time. They all just shrug there shoulders and blame NBN. Telstra is now just a reseller like all the rest.

@FrankLi @GoMeZCSGO @BelongAU I work for Telstra. I do ports everyday, no real issue for the most part and if there is there is a problem it’s usually fixed fast. As for Belong it runs off Telstra though I don’t think it uses ALL the same towers. Look into JB hifi’s Telstra deals (usually better value)

@Telstra close to 4 hours talking to your online support for a refund because your company decided to make a stupid change to the billing system. the refund could've been a simple bank transfer but no i have to follow with my bank and BPAY to a cheque refund... for years of payments
