@marcuskelson Forced to switch to NBN. After 40 years with Telstra I swapped to Aussie Broadband . Fantastic service by staff in Australia, download is great .

What’s the point in contacting @Telstra? They know when their customers are having regular dropouts or limited bandwidth or no service at all. We constantly have inconsistent service and because NOBODY is directly responsible this atrocious situation continues.
