Internet gone tonight. At the bottom of our driveway is a Telstra pit where the copper wire comes to our house - it’s under water! Shame we never got Labor’s FTTP, the Libs copper is useless.

@Telstra arrive at store at 4:30 only to be told we can’t help and now we want to go home so we aren’t really interested. Have to make another call. Bottom line is we don’t care if you leave and we don’t care when we couldn’t provide internet service for 1 week. 25 years who care

So I can't get onto my email account. Telstra support won't change the verification phone number until I send back the number they send me. Which I can't get because they are sending it to the wrong number. FFS

@hirschirsch That's poor form. Shocking to say the least🤷 on the flipside @SAPowerNetworks fixed my SWER line issue by replacing transformer-magic (180v not ideal) & Optus/Telstra installed tower🎉 all in 2 months. I'm on 🚜 and can actually be productive 👍hope its contagious
