@Telstra Hi Laura, thanks for the reply. Yes we’ve tried everything: resetting mobile network, switch on/off airplane mode, restarting phone, upgrade to iOS 15, turn off private relay etc. We found one solution that is to use a VPN. I’m happy to provide more info via DM.

@Telstra Provided by Telstra call centre for nbn to come here today to fix. I still believe it is a Telstra exchange fault as previously when call centre says the lines are ok. Why can’t they see when there is a Telstra problem? Can I have a Telstra tech yet to fix?
