    @johnbarrington @Telstra Change providers. @westnet provides great customer service. If they don’t pick up they call back within minutes. I’ve been happy customer for 15 years.

    @LisaMosley @jacksongs Telecom Tower was, back before Howard sold Telstra, an icon. Now it is a dogs breakfast, run down, tired and in need of makeover. Public money built the tower and private enterprise is destroying it. ACT government needs to step up and reclaim the Tower, kick Telstra out.

    .@Andy_penn I received a marketing text today that I haven’t subscribed to, to unsubscribe I have to CALL @Telstra press 1 to give them my details press 2, press 3 and all of sudden I find myself shouting down the phone, I’m in the Telstra nightmare just to unsubscribe.

    @Telstra been on the phone support for ages. Why we cannot download a copy of the signed contract for a mobile phone plan. Checked my Telstra website and the app. Need it for Samsung redemption.

    When will Telstra do the right thing and shut down spoofing? Never is the answer, telstra makes to much from spammers? It is a legitimate service, allowing anyone to spoof numbers they do not own. Bit like COVAXVIC and Devian thanks for geting vaccinated. Go TELSTRA

    @Telstra_news i cant get an answer from telstra on outages in 2121 and my so called gold member telstra chat support tells me i cancelled my service with Telstra. WHAT THE???

    @ElysseMorgan block, and write down the numbers & report to telco provider. am told optus and telstra have dedicated teams now working on this.
