    @NRL Telstra has ongoing glitches with it mobile data network and nobody gives a ****! Yeah! Possibly the phone network too but nobody answers calls these days.

    I’m a Telstra customer. I got an email apologising for the outage. That’s fine with me. Commercial customers maybe not so much.

    A reminder that for the half-yearly fiscal report of 2025/26 Telstra posted $1.2B in profit. For HALF A YEAR. But the best they can do when their national network is crippled for their back-end ****-up is a half hearted shrug and a milquetoast "oopsie" email.
