Day Three without home internet. @Telstra continues to offer no solution for me. I can’t commit hours to a phone call that leads nowhere. I need a solution. One voicemail and one email since filing with their “complaints”. Quicker to sign on with someone else #goodbyetelstra

@AsterSola My life story with internet is quite a doozy. Which leads me to Telstra, where I pay a painful $120p/m. The reason I do this is when the NBN does fail (& somewhat often) my modem automatically switches to the 4G wireless network. It's not as fast, but YouTube & games are np!

I was threatened with disconnection if I didn’t sign up for their @Telstra NBN plan - I ordered the NBN. A service #telstra couldn’t provide - so they disconnected me anyway. I’m still being charged for a plan I don’t have #goodbyetelstra #australiaiswhy
