    @PRIME7NthCoast .@Telstra really needs to stop using offshore call centres. The language barrier is a problem and telephones are an essential service. I've had 10 years of problems with communications by Telstra and unfortunately, there's no alternative service provider where I live.

    For the last 3 days, my telstra mobile data is either very slow or non existent. I have tried turning the phone off and on, it's not my phone. A colleague at work is having the same difficulties. Please can you help??? @telstra @networkoutage

    @Telstra I have submitted a name change form and documentation 2 times & now I'm told to redo the form again or go to a store by your online chat team. Terrible customer service and the chat is useless! #telstra #Terrible #CustomerService
