    @Telstra one again our pathetic bigpond internet service is continually dropping out today, impossible to work. As usual the bigpond outages page says no issues in our area, what a joke.

    @adenos_tiger @Telstra I think the amount of people that want to modify their software, even side load APKs etc is pretty small, don't think this is a major issue for most.

    @Telstra Jimmy, the new direct debit system you guys run is so bad that even over the phone just now, the poor ******* the phone couldn’t get it to work and now a supervisor has to help her and call us back. Can’t make this up.

    @Telstra My retailer is Aldi who use Telstra. Tried phoning Telstra who were not interested because I was Aldi and therefore not an official Telstra customer. Other people in my house and neighbours also have same problem. We’re sure it’s due to low signal strength in Carlton North.

    @Telstra There is no point, our service in Baulkham hills goes down continually, I don’t have another hour to waste on your chat line. Unreliable service for a high price. Look at all the previous messages and you will see how often it goes down, ridiculous.

    @Telstra No , not the experience you hope I’d have , but at this store it’s what I expect , they are unhelpful, disinterested and rude. I will never walk into that shop again.
