Ugh, had a big talk with Telstra customer service about upgrading my phone. Had to pay-out my current one. Seems they processed that part where I pay them, but not the part of ordering me the new phone 🙄🙄🙄🙄

@trevorlong What’s to say they wouldn’t increase prices to account for their increased coverage? They just need to be slightly cheaper than Telstra if they have the network to match. And do we know if the mvno’s would’ve had access to the Telstra network also?

Actually love Vodafone, unlimited monthly mobile data sims on my dual sim phone are bloody good value, but... I have never had one scam/phishing msg/call on my permanent telstra/boost number in near a decade, unlike every new voda sim/number I get. Voda has a personnel problem.

@_kyuneho Oh bestie i hope things sort out for you! If not you should check out Aussie Broadband, I used to be with Optus and Telstra in the past and my god Aussie Broadband is so much more stable and their customer service is mint
