Been told they are aware of an issue, but nearly 2 weeks now, still terrible. Sad for your employees about this breach. Even if it is from 2017, appalling.

Daybreak (@71_Daybreak) reported@Telstra We do not have a reference number. We received 2 texts over the last fortnight saying there was an issue, and telstra were looking into it, but we are still without access 80% of the time. Can't even do online troubleshooting as it keeps dropping out.

You would think a shop selling telephones would have the most sophisticated system for dealing with calls?
