    @nineislands My wife and I are with a Vodafone reseller (TPG) and no complaints. The kids are with AldiMobile who use the Telstra network and no complaints there either. I left Telstra in 2011 and never looked back.

    wow @Internode is sooooo not what it used to be. Since when have your phone support services been offshore? Just had a lady trying to convince me to switch my mobile (during an enquiry about my NBN) by telling me Internode is 'merging' with @Telstra.

    @rosaliagordon @JulsTracy @ianbfarquhar Keeping passport details seems like a data gathering function rather than security. What possible reason for a telecom company . Pretty sure Telstra didn’t require passport ID to set up our account or iINET. WTF Optus !

    @nineislands Aldi and Woolworths have good prepaid rates and use Telstra towers so coverage is good. You can join Woolies online if there’s no store near you, possibly same with Aldi. I’m with iiNet - good customer service but poor coverage since they went with Vodafone.
