  Telstra has been overcharging me since January. Even after lodging multiple complaints and assurances by complaints resolution team the issue is still ongoing. Surprisingly I get a notice for suspension of service. Day light Robbery for an overpriced service

  @nbnouttage @libbi815 An impossible situation. As a client in a regional city, then a town centre, I had service at Telstra-owned & then a franchised shop like yours. Yours is much better. In my case patient with oldies feeling their way. Charged for some things but worth it to get reliable service.

  @Telstra Ha ha ha. Hilarious. Maybe one day I'll have a response to my complaint (after Telstra allowed a significant privacy breach), more than 1 bar of 4G coverage in the middle of suburbia, or someone to answer my call within 2 hours on hold... but I doubt it. 🤔
