@telstra long time customer and usually have good service. Recently was offered a upfront premium trial plan and signed. The handling of this offer has been shocking. Spoke to various departments/online chats. Still trying to resolve the issue of getting this sorted.

No prior notification of Telstra NBN outage Check status, scheduled, complete at 1.30pm Check status again, confirmed outage, to be restored 6pm tomorrow.... 4G backup 1/4 download speed, 1/30 upload of NBN.... 😡

@beestydi Hate telstra. Complained about intermittent bad landline, and the person on the phone said they could hear how bad it was. Telstra remote diagnostic found no problem. This cycle went on for years. Ombudsman said they could do nothing, because Telstra declared each complaint 1/2

@Sharon_Davis_ My husband has to give his verbal approval to Telstra so that I can discuss our account or issues with them because Telstra won’t put accounts in joint names and always defer to the male of the household.

@Telstra Your message based tech support is equally awful. Jus' saying. If I had any other options I would take them - like so many customers before me. To be fair your mobile service is the best - when it works.
