    @Telstra International roaming is not working since yesterday in India and my phone is completely blocked. Virtual assistant asking to call on Austraila call center. How to call when the phone is not working? Terrible customer service- very frustating

    @SupercoachShark Just a heads up, I have been with Telstra for 3 months as a new customer and their 5g network isn't that great as well. Pretty average. They have issues too

    @Telstra For over a month Telstra have failed to resolve our Internet issues and repeatedly fail to communicate with us. Unacceptably poor service after 30+ years as a customer!
