@Telstra how does it take 48 hours for a data top up? The order 1-2998431540132 for data top-up was placed yesterday and the chat service is telling me 48hours… cant understand why it would take so long. Weekend without internet in lockdown. We have Work/school online 2morrow

Hey @Telstra we are having issues with our landline and no one calling from a Telstra phone can get through. Callers from other providers can. Can you please investigate and rectify asap.

@yank_on @Telstra @AFL I’ll go even further. Craig. I have no problem with listening on my iPad, my computer or my Amazon Echo Dot. It’s just my iPhone that this hiccup shows up. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and it still does it.
