    My only internet connection is with Telstra via my iPhone but that has only one bar in signal strength sitting in my room.

    @Telstra I would like to know the phone number I can call Telstra on for help with my internet connection. The webchat helpline is useless.

    @Telstra Yes. When I get some service I will send you the details. The first bot did well enough, my speed went from 1.9 to 4 but the second time I could not stay online with that bot and haven’t been able to since. I could give you my modem number.

    @debbie_prest Try talking to any one in person at Telstra. All by messaging system and go round and round where you are referred to someone else and you have to repeat why you need help. Talk about backward step and shocking customer service
