Telstra Service is EXTREMELY BAD. I made numerous calls to sort out an issue with the order I have placed. They sent the wrong product and Now are not solving the issue and sending the correct One. @Telstra @Telstra_news. This is not acceptable

@Telstra That test was from my mobile on apparently a 5G service. My home internet isn't much better as I am forced to use wireless internet as landline service is unavailable at my home. Forced to pay more money for less speed than urban customers. It has been this way for years!

@Telstra Hi Shree. Thank you. Eventually your customer Servide agreed that modem is faulty. It took them 3 hours to conclude while I told them there is no power light coming up. They are planning to send the new modem in 5 days time however itis too long to stay without internet
