    @mbismark @RobynSchofield3 Telechoice also offer good products that include international calls to some countries. Unlimited Oz calls (they use Telstra network so good coverage) and decent data included. I only pay $25 per month.

    @abcnews What the point? In our area the fed govt funded one operator only (Vodafone) with already awful coverage to build a new tower in our area. Meanwhile Telstra and Optus coverage remains as awful as ever.

    6 hours on hold @Qantas so far…. REALLY! You cancelled my return flight for an overseas holiday. No explanation. Get an error when I try to “manage my booking” as you suggested, and I thought Telstra were bad….

    I just got a data warning informing me I have used 2.8 gigs of data, well telstra, thanks for that, but I have 80 gigs I have to use in 3 days or else it's wasted so chill the heck down and let me use it..

    @ScallywagRay Our internet is down for 11 days...get that 11 days!! Telstra too understaffed to do better but luckily my son an IT expert & so I'm back on my computer & Netflix via my smartphone. Otherwise I was going to go mental watching Free To Air for 11 days😡

    @telstra can you help me with prepaid sim card recharging? 2 identical iPads with prepaid simcards, but a big difference in the plans& annual cost to recharge. Is there a way to get the $50 yearly recharge on both simcards?

    @Telstra Too late, Phil. It was never good enough, I lost count of stuff-ups with mobile phones, broadband, Foxtel. Took all my services, one by one, and went elsewhere.

    Typical weekend stunt from useless @telstra with crap internet & mobile data ongoing since 26 FEBRUARY. As I watch a frikking misleading ad on FTA telling me Telstra is Australia's "best network"! 🤬🤯 More false, deceptive advertising from lying cockwombles. #Telstra stinks.
