@WithDownes @myGovau My husband with Parkinson’s gets a lot of these. He gets confused and tries to reply. I’m at the point of maybe his taking his phone away but it’s a lifeline for him and many with mobility/cognitive issues @Telstra what can you do?

Telstra…either up your service game or for the love of god sell all your ******* towers to a company that is easy to deal with coz I cannot with you anymore. You charge twice as much as others and your customer service is twice as ****.

@Telstra #poor performance and #CustomerExperience when I couldn't even get assistance from staff to turn off voicemail as I was told to go to the website and app, ah the reason I contacted staff was because the website and app was useless. 😠😠😠👎👎👎

@Telstra thank you for disconnecting my nbn service at 7:30pm on a Friday night and not providing any support services for me to contact until Monday morning at 8am. This has been an ongoing issue since February and it’s still not rectified. Disappointing

@ProclivityTwo @PrinceISname Also set up 2 goals. I’m not pretending it was his best game by any stretch. But I don’t think he was anywhere near our worst. And I don’t think it helps if things are stagnant in front of him. According to Telstra tracker he covered more ground than anyone else.
