@InCythera Many Telstra customers not price sensitive, they believe they’re getting the best service and a 5% discount for bundling. Like a bank, it’s a love hate relationship. We get what we deserve.

@SlapHappy666 @TelstraEnt We’ve been advised by Telstra we won’t get 5G for another 5 years. Never known so many people on drugs in one company. We take Telstra with a bit of salt ! Have done for years. Indian advertising will never change!!!

@Telstra @NBN_Australia Very intermittent - we pay for the highest speeds but currently getting 30-40mb/s, which then sometimes just gets cut out completely

@Telstra to investigate does the NBN sends a NBN technician then if they can't find the NBN connection fault (issue) or NBN conclude it is a Telstra issue then NBN asks Telstra to send a Telstra technician to check (test) everything

@Telstra or @NBN_Australia - please fix your ****. In Bass Hill we’ve had nothing but constant drop outs and loss of connection for the last month or two. We’ve been on the phone with Telstra way more than we’ve needed to be. My partner and I are losing work hours due to this.

@Telstra why is it so hard to upgrade from NBN FTTN to NBN FTTP? I have received letters that I can upgrade and the nbn website says to contact you but when I go into the store or contact “gold” support I get silence? Why is it so hard to help your customers?

@Telstra Well change your system!! Dont harrass your customers because you prefer them to go Direct Debt, even to update my phone online which Ive had for 6yrs only option is for a Direct Debt account, there is no way with how bad your service can be. So close to changing carriers.
