    @Telstra Thanks Phil & Matthew. I was in Lidcombe when the 1st SMS was sent which had such problem. I was near Town Hall when I sent the 2nd SMS. Both happened on Wednesday. I haven't sent any SMS on Thursday so I am not sure if I still have the issue or if the issue has been resolved.

    @Prof_Lukas @Telstra Get feeling Telstra trying to push pple onto a more expensive deal Don't understand why signal power dropped off so markedly over such short period I had no option other than to move from Belong if I want to use phone at home Phone working ok now on 4G Belong lucky to get 3G

    @Telstra I understand that you are on holidays today but let me give you a hint about customer service. You don't send someone an email saying sorry we've run out of stock of your order and in the same breath take payment for something you aren't delivering! Return my $ asap theives!

    @Telstra @yma6rocks Your service is terrible and your customer service is worse!! your tradesman don't turn up and then you continue to keep pushing back connection dates. as a result I'm unable to operate my business!! PM me to resolve before I take this further

    Dealt with a lot of crap organisations this year @telstra etc. but @mercer is easily the worst. What a bunch of incompetent hopeless fee rending charlatans they are hope they don’t ‘manage’ your super. #AvoidatALLcosts

    @bemusedoz @psyclaw HFC. Agree, the NBN network is the problem. I'm switching to an ISP that will answer the phone and talk about the problem instead of trotting out the Telstra party line. @launtel sound good.

    @Telstra It is interesting that telstra always assumes it is a problem connecting to the internet as a whole. Internet is fine. @NetflixANZ thinks you are using IPv6 or something like that, which makes them think we are using VPN, and they block content because of it.
