    @Aussie_BB This is SO disappointing. As one who has invested in your company AND recommended it to clients and friends I'm left wondering where to now. It certainly won't be on the Optus network. The way this was sold to existing clients is right out of Telstra's playbook. Poor show ABB.😡

    So @Foxtel my wife was just told that in order to upgrade our box to an iq4 we need to switch from cable to satellite? Why would this be necessary? Currently we use your service via a @telstra bundle but have lost On-demand access due to you crippling the old iq2 box.

    @justin_j_vv Hey JJ - we chose Optus is for a number of reasons, including better plan options, more data, wifi calling as well as being able to take advantage of the full Optus Network (rather than limited Telstra coverage) :) Kindest, Lizzie

    @Telstra why have a rewards centre for direct messaging, when the customer service representatives are in India.. so helpful having customer service reps that can check outage maps and do nothing else. Hacked, spam phone calls, out of country reps... trash nbn, about done.
