@corymedia @Telstra Yep just some bullshit from them. I have no problem with being charged a fee for being later with me bill (which I never am), but I do have a problem with them telling me there's only one way for me to pay my bill - and that's them take the money from my account. I'm done.

@Telstra And why the hell does a tech PHONE company allow a customer to ring a closed Telstra shop and not give them some indication that their call will not be answered. It beggars belief. Customer experience 0/10

@StanSportAU have turned off and gone to Gem, cause the stan app on the Samsung TV is dropping out. Similar issues with the Telstra TV. I'll test the Android app at half time.

In 4 weeks my Telstra NBN went from most reliable service to 22 outages per day. 3 different call centres acknowledged “no issues, see issues, your line is bad”. @Telstra how can I help you to help me? I really don’t want to cancel contract or ask for refund.

@Telstra It has not. I have an IQ2, and am trying to arrange a satellite install. Your text support gets as far as asking me for my account number, then goes radio silent. Repeat for every single day this week.

@x_MsAu Been with Telstra basically all my life and holy **** I can’t wait to move out, nothing but problems with Telstra and the customer service is the absolute worst. I’ve spent 10 years trying to get mum to switch providers. Literally anyone other then Telstra
