@Telstra Telstra services are back now. For 5 to 10mins my NBN didn't work, mobile service changed from 5G to 3G and back to 5G. I am guessing its not just me affected.

@paul_jobber23 @Telstra Paul’s phone isn’t the issue. Myself and the majority of people I speak to with Telstra in Port Macquarie are having the same issue. The issue is costing me potential clients and buyers and in real estate this is the only way I get paid…

@Telstra @paul_jobber23 Reporting an issue to the faults team is a painful exercise, considering the Telstra troubleshooting steps include doing a factory reset on your phone first. Staff members at the PMQ Telstra store I spoke with acknowledged there are widespread issues in the area; why not publish?

@Telstra #bigpond it's now over 6 weeks of not being able to access emails online - whether on laptop, ipad or iphone. Constantly timing out and being given an error message. Half hour wait for 'customer service' then disconnected ... PLEASE FIX or let me know what's going on?
