@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@simonahac @Telstra What I really dislike is the dampening down of the up and download speeds to below the contracted levels. On purpose and against any rational reasoning. Our NBN Wifi tower feeds directly into the main arterial but we get ridiculously slow speeds. Hours spent on the app!!

@simonahac @Telstra Urgh, don't sugar coat their customer support. Don't publicise this like they actually did anything. I'm glad you got what you needed but my god, these giants are PAAA-LAYING with their customers NON. STOP. They're giant corporate babies. Don't praise them for the bare minimum.

@nathaus83 @simonahac @Telstra After having been with 2 other providers I find Telstra the best. For $15 extra business charge I get access to a better service. Worth it when you work from home. With a tricky issue they gave me a hotline number & the person that came to check the problem took his shoes off!

@Telstra The Telstra Complaints team told me I had nothing to complain about. Telstra didn't care that sick kids lives were put in danger. I complained and got nowhere, and my case was closed without resolution. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Happy to discuss this in the open. No DMs.
