  @AnnaVidot @MatthewBevan Let's just say: seen any Telstra country exchanges lately... there used to be a few PC desktops and base station set-ups, you were never allowed to touch, with ole CRT monitors. If they didn't look good, well, you knew it wasn't good. But they did a work horse load of technology.

  Almost one month without wifi & @Telstra managers can't be bothered to call to sort it out. I've lived in 3 other countries & @Telstra is - by far - the worst internet provider I've dealt with. Just one issue after another, with resolution always absurdly slow. Time to leave.
