    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @IanSamuels3 They can be annoying Ian, like any other company can be, the area I live in which is western Sydney Telstra is the only internet that works without having black out spots, I’ve had issues but not as bad as other companies overall. We have a new tower which didn’t help with it all

    I bet banking outage across the country because Telstra usually is, they connect most of the financial /payment system in Australia. No coincidence there network today is not good, barely get reception in suburbia . But happy lol my payment went through for my coffee haha

    @Telstra Hi, they promised to send an engineer down, but they never came to our knowledge and said they did and now our net is supposedly fix! You won’t take our case seriously because we need to disconnect 5x within the day. When we do disconnect 5x, your system says otherwise.

    @Telstra How about not incorrectly transfer my client's numbers to my company and breaching their privacy. Followed by not correctly refunding us for the overcharge and complaint team not properly addressing the issue!

    @SC21012022 Telstra seems to be the way to go other providers either use part of the Telstra network or that of Optus and Vodafone.

    @JonesHowdareyou Customer service & service delivery a thing of the past. Lucky you had NBN tech fix it. In prevs place, Telstra sent ~6 modems in a period of 12mths. Turns out it wasn't faulty modems. NBN visited & id'd copper wiring to the house as culprit. Waste really annoys me
