@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra It took me going to the TIO to even get an update on a replacement modem. Unfortunately that looks like the same day my service will switch to TPG. How about looking after your customers when you have them instead of only paying attention after we have to take to social media

@telstracareers is there any issue with Telstra network? I received sms from Telstra which was supposed to be for 30th oct about expiry of service due on 31/10. But I received it on 4/11. which is 5 days late ?

@Telstra I am about 500 metres from the tower on Mt Rogers on one side, and can see Black Mountain tower on the other side, so 2 bars is I suppose a reasonable signal.

If you can’t use the Telstra app on your iPhone try updating your apps as Telstra over iPhone got an update yesterday and that should help as it is working fine now for me and it loads better.

@Telstra It is in the suburb I live in, a magical 2 bars of service, however I spend much of my day in the Belconnen Town Centre and get a max of 1 bar of service at times, very difficult to make and receive calls.

@peters_malcolm It does make you wonder how bad the service needs to get before the Generals get treated like the Grunts have been at Qantas.Reminds me of the 3 Amigos at Telstra and Trumbull at AMP. Shareholders have skewered customers at Qantas. Goyder and Co win again.
