    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra any idea on when I'll be able to register for this? Can't use telstra app without a login (which I've been able to do since I switched to you), and need to do a recharge in my account in next few days. Some help here would be great.

    @BecWrong I have 3 Aldi TVs. The oldest one is 6 years old. All are fine and have never had a problem. I use a Telstra TV box and have access to Netflix, Britbox, YouTube and all the other apps.

    Bloody Telstra, took 45 minutes in chat to simply get an NBN tech appt for my NBN issues. 5-10 minutes between "expert" responses. Likely working 10 other chats at once. And it was basically closed off with no confirmation of anything, until I asked. Piss poor customer service.

    iPhone issue? My iPhone 12 (on Telstra) doesn’t ring the first time my number is being called. Goes straight to voicemail. Only rings after 2nd attempt.. This also happens to another iPhone 6 (on Voda) that I know of. Does anyone know what it is and whether this is fixable?

    I've had 18 "Amazon Prime" #scam calls from 18 different Melbourne numbers since 12:30pm today. It's way past time @Telstra sorted this spoofing problem. How many years has it been now?
