    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra 5G internet has been down most of the day in Lennox Head (2478) - when will it be back up and why does it always go down when we get heavy rain!!???

    @HibiscusHoney17 @Sparkymannz The only reason I use Telstra (Pre-paid - would never touch one of their rip-off plans) is long hours driving in remote areas where theirs is the only (occasional) signal. Otherwise I’d be with someone else like a shot.

    @samanthamaiden @lucethoughts @Telstra As soon as I detect that the call is from a robocaller, I hang up and then block the number. After years of doing that, only good things have resulted. One - seriously - was Telstra fixing my internet, because the Twitter-based service was better than the guy using a robocaller.

    Massive shout out to Tori from @Telstra twitter account who deserves a massive pay raise. Solved a problem in half an hour that their overseas support had spent over a week screwing up and going in circles. I would have left #Telstra if it hadn't been for Tori. #toriforCEO
