    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra I cannot reach out because the person who's name it's under is currently overseas so I cannot access the account. I have however troubleshooted the network with IT professionals, an ISP professional and performed every single step that would be provided to me by Telstra support.

    @Telstra You really don't make it easy to change mobile plans using your website. I have tried Firefox, Google Chrome and Edge to try to downgrade my plan and all browsers fail.

    @Telstra The new 2-Step-Verification via Telstra App and FaceID does not work with Safari on iOS. I sign in, switch to the App to verify, but the Safari window never gets refreshed. I have to use SMS to verify. Please fix. Thanks.

    @BSNLCorporate I can list a few. US - Verizon, UAE - Du, UK - British Telecom, Canada - Rogers, Qatar - Ooredoo, Australia - Telstra, etc. If people in these countries are having issues then people in other countries are also suffering unable to use @BSNLCorporate services

    After seven days and a total of 18 hours on the phone/ webchat with @telstra I finally have a working internet connection. The customer service experience has been abysmal, to put it mildly.
