    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @janine_hendry @hughriminton We left Optus in 2006 - trying to get someone anyone in Optus to cancel our account was like a comedy skit - good luck Janine & PS during the black summer fires Telstra was the only carrier still working

    Every single interaction with @Telstra customer service has been fantastic and nobody has tried to invalidate my identity like @Optus had been previously. I’m glad I’ve officially ported over after some chaos the past 3 weeks!

    @Telstra It fixed itself within a day. Would like to know what happened and is there any billing compensation for the loss of service.

    @hughriminton I left them years ago bc of bad comms. Same with Telstra. That was in normal times. Your new service provider will do the migration process for you and pro rata bills or credits will be issued. I recommend either EXETEL or AUSSIE BROADBAND, both have heaps better customer service

    @shinyspell Belong is $35 a month for 40gb and until tomorrow they're doing double data for a yr! That's 80gb a month + it rolls over and uses telstra network !

    @Telstra why is it you guys fix heaps of things in your systems and plans then bring out something called auto-pay that doesn't give you same date as your previous bill then takes it out on the 1st instead if the due date 🤔 #frustrating #aussieteclo
