@Telstra you have disconnected my email without notice. It is literally impossible to get help with this issue via your app as it no longer has my email service listed in my account. I have been on hold for 30+ minutes after your automated call said the wait time was 4 minutes.

@Telstra It is a sad day when @Telstra disconnects the internet and phones for a Dental practice and tells them can't reconnect them. The recourse Sorry so sad you will have to wait 3-4 weeks until you get the NBN for your phone and Internet service to be restored. Seriously!?
