    @Telstra Problem not resolved. Completely atrocious service given I’m receiving late night calls for your Indian call centre on a weekly basis now. Surely there’s rules about repeated A/H phone calls from one of your overseas call centres?

    @Telstra @networkoutage I'm pretty sure the connectivity is dropping down to 3G. Signal for 4G is very weak at the exact same location, and I can't get more then 1-2 MB/s of download speed (if I'm lucky). Yesterday the same devices at the same location was clocking 50+ MB/s.

    Watching the Seven News report and story about Indian scammers,it’s amazing how one bloke can jam and pin point hackers, yet Telstra, Optus with all their technology and resources can’t look after their customers,maybe a law suit might help stir some action!

    @RCoops1978 @MikeCarlton01 It pains me to disagree on one of your points, but Telecom was not great. Actually, it was about the worst. So many lost hours and dollars in my youth. Telstra is a better service provider imo, but lets us down as a nation in many other ways.

    @telstra @networkoutage 4G internet connectivity has been down in the Palmerston City area for 8 hours and talking to support on the phone has been extremely frustrating – I have 3 separate devices connected to the Telstra network, rebooting them over and over won't help.

    @Telstra @acccgovau I’ll DM you the case number. I’ve wasted enough time speaking to frontline staff who can’t fix it. I still intend to involve the ACCC though. Your statement is false and Telstra should be pursued for it regardless of what you do for me.
