    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra Herne Hill, Western Australia has no signal from your towers at all at the moment and have been fluctuating for days. Called your support line they ended the call. Can you send someone to investigate and fix.

    @Telstra I have been dealing with these issues for years, multiple modem changes do nothing, NBN techs have tested from my end and the problems are external to my equipment. But the old "you're connected, that's good enough" policy means no matter how slow it gets, nothing will be done.

    I am AMAZING and Telstra sucks ***** big time. Took me about 15 minutes to get up and running with AussieBB, talk to tech support for two minutes, reconnect the TV and get the Sonos working.
