Mapping when out or really slow, 7 to 10x per day. Took machine in to Telstra, they say nothing wrong with machine

I think I'll have to put in a claim with @Telstra for the service I missing because of their eSIM provisioning system being down for 4 days (so far). It should surely be a priority bug with new iPhone and Apple Watch devices being launched last week...

Telstra's worst problem is the absolutely disgusting sales tactics of the greasy people in the franchises. The largest one here in Townsville should be shut down, for lying to customers. They're notorious.

@Telstra I’ve been telling support since Friday. I’ve been told continually to wait 24-48 hours and that it was because of a mysterious “cancelled order”. Not till I saw this thread was it clear this is a widespread issue. At least let support know so they don’t give us false info!
