    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra And your DM response was to lie, there is no ongoing maintenance. I have been dealing with you and the TIO for 6 months. Even at the maximum speed I cannot use anywhere close to my previously limited download so why are you charging extra for what I can never use?

    @lenoretaylor @knausc Too familiar. what did Telstra pay them again..? And was there a single new product they designed, or a single new customer they acquired? Also be interesting to know if they were asked to answer any questions after the South African corruption judgement against them. Charlatans!

    @Aerohaveno and they are calling from Telstra. I tell them I’m not dealing with Telstra and hang up, and my mother’s callers are told she doesn’t HAVE the Internet! I’ve had several in a day from the same scammers, with different voices.

    @Telstra @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help you would be the two most useless companies to deal with. There is a known fault with the IQ3/4 box. As a customer, I have never been informed of this. You guys have no resolution date and will not compensate me for an underperforming service!

    @RoryBurnside That’s so annoying. Our internet was really bad last Saturday. We complained to Telstra so they credited us $360!! And sent a new modem!

    What the proverbial **** @Telstra ? Why is it that everytime we have high winds in Melbourne we have Internet connection issues???? And maybe if you brain surgeons sent network status updates via SMS to us poor victims, Teleperformance wouldn’t get slammed by high call volumes.
