@Telstra Ok. I think my client tried this already, and it kept saying enter the PIN, which after 3 attempts said they were locked out for 10 minutes. It was like the system didn’t know who the client was. I guess that’ll be a call to the Telstra customer service desk?

@Telstra If @Telstra must send a damn default message then change it to a reminder the payment was due on X instead of "we've noticed you missed your payment..." I don't need or want to receive a FALSE default statement.
