    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Minus777 @Telstra Yes I know what you mean I tried the app & just persisted with the “bot” until “it” eventually put me in touch with a human who provided me with a number that could help me. Didn’t take that long thankfully.

    I've had the worst customer experience with @telstra. I've been trying to order a wifi booster since early December. Lots of promises and still no delivery. Such poor service from an Australian company. So #frustrated and #disappointed.

    @Telstra when will your pre paid recharge service issue be fixed? 4 days without phone service is unacceptable when you can walk into a store and buy a new sim activate it and be making calls in 10 minutes….being kept in the dark about the issue isn’t good service either
