  @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

  Hey @Telstra, I’m a long time customer with multiple services and frankly not feeling the love. I am wanting to switch internet plans to take advantage of the new Kayo offering. I’ve been told can’t do as I’m not new. What happened to looking after your existing customers?

  @Telstra I mean in general. I’ve called the contact center numerous times and they are unable to transfer me as they are an outbound only team. Which causes major issues when you miss their call

  @markhumphries The NBN fee just replaced the Telstra Connection fee $250 10 yes ago and my landlord paid it back then. FYI Home Wireless BB or 5G are **** when weather is bad. PS: why changing rental so often?
