  @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

  @Telstra 5G internet has been down most of the day in Lennox Head (2478) - when will it be back up and why does it always go down when we get heavy rain!!???

  They sent me to a phone repair shop. They fixed issue. Please advise whether a contracted phone has warranty cover? Pretty disappointed as I have been a Telstra customer since its creation. Without examining the phone they assumed it was a build up of dust it was not the problem

  @Telstra needing help with my Telstra TV not finding my WIFI. It can find neighbours. So I’m thinking problem with modem settings. Messaged for help on app but they’re useless. App not working so cannot speak to someone. What is number to call. Thanks.

  @NiKKi_E13 *I was a Telstra customer 1987-2000s and switch because they’re cnuts. Went to Optus and they’re not much better. Had to come back as Optus don’t service this street. Apart from the OS service centres I can’t really fault them.

  @Telstra @telstra you are absolutely hopeless. I am so happy to say that I have never been a Telstra customer and never will be. My friend has no choice because they are rural. This is not good enough. If it was Sydney CBD it wouldn’t take a week to fix. Appalling. Reporting to TIO.
