@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

  • raywilton4 Ray Wilton (@raywilton4) reported from Lennox Head, State of New South Wales

@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@_AnthonyWA @JaiRitter3 @JJKALE2 I live 100kms from a Telstra shop. Was told to solve my issue had to go there. WHAT THE!!! Telstra is OK if you have no issues, deplorable if you do. Look up their current record number if complaints.

@nineislands Are you after a phone or just a plan? Woolworths is actually reasonable on prices.... and it's still using Telstra network which is useful if you ever leave major cities....

  • PaulLeo14128526 Lenny the Wolf (@PaulLeo14128526) reported

@bustdboozehound @nineislands Yep. Aldi mobile. Two phones, 45 Gig, rollover unused data. Unlimited text and phone to international included. Telstra network without inflated cost. Bonus.

  • Laralotus007 Laralotus (@Laralotus007) reported

@nineislands MATE - you get the telstra coverage with great efficient service and its heaps cheaper.

  • JohnKotlash John Kotlash. Teacher, Unionist (@JohnKotlash) reported

@nineislands Aldi. Uses tbe Telstra network

  • LovelockEdward Edward Lovelock (@LovelockEdward) reported

@RickWatt9 @strangerous10 @softhardworker I’m with both for that reason. The very basic small business plan I took with Optus was much cheaper than Telstra who push “bells and whistles” I don’t need. Telstra has a superior network - less black spots than Optus.

  • tezzr44 Tezzr44 (@tezzr44) reported

@rosaliagordon @JulsTracy @ianbfarquhar Keeping passport details seems like a data gathering function rather than security. What possible reason for a telecom company . Pretty sure Telstra didn’t require passport ID to set up our account or iINET. WTF Optus !

  • CourtneyLee_33 Courtney Lee Thirty Three (@CourtneyLee_33) reported

@PaulMathieson15 @_Anthony_WA @JJKALE2 They have never been better than Telstra. Not in my experiences

  • alexhardyACT Alex Hardy (@alexhardyACT) reported

@Telstra I have been trying for a week to get my Telstra One Number working on a Apple Watch Series 8. Your support people tell me the latest WATCH is not yet supported by Telstra, that contradicts both Apple’s website and common sense. Frustrated.

  • teigra_1 Tahlia Rose (@teigra_1) reported

@nineislands I switched to Voda years ago. Excellent coverage. Where I live Optus is non existent & Telstra drops out. Good prepaid with heaps of data.. $40/month free talk & txt+ heaps of data. Is the only internet I have.Have travelled up to Qld & over to SA with no problems
