@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

@Telstra just so you know, I too am pissed off. I've been happily BPaying for the last 15 years and had no issues and now you're forcing me into an auto payment or telling me to find a new provider? Some kind of bulshit. I don't agree. Just let me pay my own way FFS.

@Telstra I haven't spoken to the technical support team. The issue is with the service. Since the upgrades service has gone back to pre dial up, it's horrendous all around the north east of Victoria. @Optus customers have zero issues, only your customers are having issues
