    Had four or five calls today from dif. numbers all saying they’re the ‘Australian Border Protection Agency’ saying I have a package intercepted etc etc. Can’t Telstra or whoever, shut these scammers down? #telstra #jailscammers

    @Telstra another fault with my nbn service today. I have repeatedly had faults over the past couple of weeks since scheduled maintenance occurred. Each has resulted in laborious help desk interaction resulting in a temporary restoration of the service the same fault reappear.

    @tamsinbirch @Optus I’ve hit *exactly* this kind of stupid-unkind behaviour from Optus since using them a dozen years ago. Please know that Telstra, Optus, Vodafone are large companies that want large customers. If you can give your business to AussieBB or Superloop, you’ll be doing better.

    @Telstra #auspol #Australia Day seven of a Telstra failure. No change in the failed broadband that we pay to use. Second day a promised site visit by Telstra has not happened. No explanation. No call. Just did not bother to turn up. We phone, they promise, they fail. 😡😡
