@Telstra 5G internet has been down most of the day in Lennox Head (2478) - when will it be back up and why does it always go down when we get heavy rain!!???

@lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

  • JamesWhitaker78
James Whitaker (@JamesWhitaker78) reported from Bangalow, New South Wales

@Telstra Business your service is unbelievably hopeless... Your staff are unable to pull up my account despite giving them a name, account, address, phone number! We were about to order two new phones but will go elsewhere #telstrabusinessfail

@JBollingmoore Recently we’ve had a Sorry from Origin, Harvey Norman and Telstra for ripping off customers, leaking customer info or failing to provide a service. Not good enough 🤬🤬

@BonoboWanderer @Batman2242 My starlink is super fast and $40 a month cheaper than telstra. I've had no issues at all.

@Gizmologist_ Funny how telco’s never had this problem before wouldn’t surprise me if Telstra orchestrated Optus outage to knock them out of the market like Qantas did to Rex blocking airports We’ve had polair lately at night doing thermal mapping of the area fly round almost 2hrs each time

@teslaownersSV @grok will this include Aldi which piggybacks the Telstra network?

  • mikeoniron
    Mike Lifts (@mikeoniron) reported

@Telstra offered to upgrade my Internet. Apparently 5x the speed. Same cost. Same plan. Sounded like a good deal so I said yes. After about 5 pointless and painful discussions I shut down the process. I’m going to @Starlink with my 5G phones service for back up. They make it easy.

  • charlyjl
    Charly Leetham (@charlyjl) reported

@FranMooMoo This is clearly far more important than the Telstra network being down for hours. Or anything else that might improve Australia.

@JimThom90458694 If you thought Telstra hiccup was bad, MSM, UNIPARTY etc can’t lose as social media will most likely, have a massive (inadvertent!?) crash at the right moment.
