    @lachiemc64 I’m told we’ve no choice now FRAUDBAND is in our area. So much for lnp’s free market bullshit. Only when it suits their greedy parasitic mates. ADSL, though slow, never drops out although I note Telstra will still charge like the “Light Brigade” to fix the loose copper to my home

    @Telstra So you can refund my father for the equipment that doesn’t work? I’ve been through this so many times now. The facts are that your set box doesn’t work if the signal is too weak and clearly the signal is too weak. How is Telstra now going to fix that? You don’t have any answers.

    @Telstra So appointment booked for NBN tech coming between 8-12 today. Will contact you? Reference INC17485706. No tech, no call, no service. Have a mate in City Power , they don't make an appointment the company gets fined $1,000. Just wish Telstra and NBN fined, me recompensed.

    @roseannebyrne @shamathahaven @Telstra I had so much trouble with overseas call centres since the pandemic started because of the lack of understanding of Australian consumer rights. One was with a credit card, and the guy was seriously unhinged that I wanted to close my account. He probably thought he'd lose his job.

    @Telstra @MitchPommers Hey I would like help, I've been trying to activate all day and the website and app keeps crashing, it takes me to the last step of activation and then the whole thing shuts down, have to start all over again, very frustrating. I tried "message us" function and it has not helped

    @Telstra Telstra TV. You must have known the signal was inadequate when you sold us this equipment. We can see the tower from our backyard. We’re on a hill. There are no disruptions to receiving the signal. It’s just a **** signal. Can’t even use your set box.

    @Telstra what a joke! Just bought your wifi booster for $288 with supposedly 24/7 support, set up Tuesday, keeps stopping working all the time! Your support says take it into a store! Erm I have this little thing you may have heard of called a job!!!!!! You can have it back!!!
