    @Telstra Thanks Kailyn - whilst this may be @Telstra preferred payment method, this does not work for everyone. Holding network coverage to ransom is not the way to go. By all means, if people WANT that option, great! But it does not work for everyone. #telstrafail

    @Telstra Previous one was pretty bad and they replaced it. It was stable for nearly 12 months and this started yesterday.

    @Telstra Because you do not provide adsl or nbn or even a landline in country areas where people once had landlines. But my 90 year old mother in law can walk 10kms from the farm to the nearest free payphone to get help when next she falls and breaks her hip.

    Attempting to resolve a simple query via the @Telstra message service. Absolutely absurd. Appalling customer service.
