@PhillipCoorey The bastardised NBN delivered by the LNP using a redundant copper network was a very expensive brain fart. Telstra had not spent a cracker on it since the advent of mobile phones that should have been enough to suggest that it was a bad idea.

@Telstra I’m not making my address public on Twitter . Telstra put us onto NBN and I had huge arguments with them. Telstra would tell us to use mobile. Also along Albany Hwy for 150k near Williams there is no mobile signal even with new phone and aerial. Thousands of cars every day.

@Telstra Doesn’t explain why you need to scan my passport. Telstra doesn’t seem to have any issue with my identity when I pay my bill

@blakandblack @Telstra Has anyone thought of making a complaint phone call or email to the Indian High Commission in Canberra every time they get an Indian scam call? If enough did it, perhaps India might crack down on these criminals? BTW I don't know if the Indian Govt is trying to stop them.

I've been let down by @Telstra and their inability to help will forever make me reconsider using their service. They should have helped and were either unable or unwilling to do so.

@Telstra This is mobile. There’s no phone reception. It’s on your site as having maintenance. We’ve had rolling outages. What if I had an emergency?

@CaroDiRusso Much like idea Conroy had with his Telstra deal. Telstra would end PSTN where NBN cable was rolled out. Customers had phones cutover to NBN network making NBN uptake figures look good, all they had was a phone, no internet. Now Albo will supply internet and no means to access it.

@JonesHowdareyou @SuDharmapala Look. He's not refusing my calls. Telstra has had a problem connecting us, that's all.

@Telstra Yes, Telstra is our non-provider of no nbn. This fiasco has been going on since the 7th of November and now we’re being told there is a networking issue in the field that won’t be fixed unti the 22nd. In the meantime we have to pay through the nose for pre-paid 4g.

@Telstra Tori - an allegory for you. I made a booking to see a human being in a Telstra shop. Long story short, the service is now active. Replacement SIM needed. Colour me old fashioned but this approach will always better using the 24/7 portal.
