@farmercate2 @Telstra It’s obviously a outage issue would have been nice if he had said that instead of making me f around with the modem

  • m1ke7asker mike. (@m1ke7asker) reported

@Telstra It came good, then dropped out again between 11-5ish yesterday. Couldn’t find anything on the outages page yesterday. See if it happens again.. never had a problem before. Odd

So PM Morrison how come $20000 watches given to executive's of Telstra for $70 millons of busines contracts achieved by those executives was a crime and NBN executives which never done anything on time and blowed the cost by $billions suddenly receiving multi $ millions bonuses.

@elonmusk @teslaownersSV This system would be much appreciated in Australia especially rural. We get royally screwed for Internet here and pay ridiculous costs. My friend in W.A pays 99 bucks a month and all Telstra can give them is barely 1mb down and 400kbs up

  • debkev62 Deb B (@debkev62) reported

@Telstra I can just imagine how long your Telstra Chet would run for whilst trying to get that credit applied to your bill. Telstra stands for ZERO customer service. Don’t be fooled people. Buy your phone elsewhere.

  • 4Boat 4boat (@4Boat) reported

I made my first Dial Before You Dig request last night. Within half an hour I had 8 detailed responses, with maps, from different agencies, to help me Not Die. And a form from Telstra to apply for an account with them because I need to pay for that information.

  • bandidoofoz Pedro fp (@bandidoofoz) reported

@IanHartley_ Got one earlier today, saying my TFN was being suspended pending tax prosecution. Another a couple of days ago about my Telstra account... I’m not a Telstra customer.

  • ColsMako Colin Hempel (@ColsMako) reported

@Telstra @andy_penn its ironic you are largely a phone company but refuse to use them yourselves Is that in case you need your own help line

  • Robert6420 Robert Tunn (@Robert6420) reported

@TelstraEnt Telstra purple. What a load of PR bullshit It is really something when you have to distance yourself from your own brand by inventing a stupid second name. Only the few technicians left with good knowledge holding this terrible shadow of it's former self together. Sack the CEO

  • liliabernede Lilia (@liliabernede) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra We were trying to connect a new cable adapter which we were given by Telstra because the performance of our old one was slow. The new adapter was not connecting but no one could tell us why. We have had to switch back to using the slow old adapter....
