    @Telstra Long story. Telstra suspended my service without reason or warning. Lifting the suspension should only take an hour according to your website, but your call centre advises 24-48 hours. Not nearly good enough, and this is the second time you’ve done this to me in less than a year.

    I'm having trouble with @Telstra resolving my issue with the phone unlock, for the last 4 weeks +. I have paid unlock fee. I reached customer service only to hear it is being investigated. Help me exercise my consumer rights for all the trauma, is consumer VIC the place to go?

    @EffingHardy @Telstra Telstra pulled in favours and talked M.Turnbull to pay for the decrepit copper wires that Telstra owns. Attaching fibre to that dinosaur of a network is going to cause problems. BTW my ISP - Internode, yay! - is switching me over to NBN in the next week or so. Fingers crossed.

    @Telstra Thought so, worried that elderly non online savvy customers may not realise this. After picking up receiver there is the usual mechanical sounding pause before an accented voice cheerily says they are from you & asks about internet, then I hang up!

    @Telstra Maybe if you told people this is related to the uniti buying Telstra velocity last year and this outage is related to massive problems with the switching to their gear, we would all be more informed... no ?
