    @Telstra My home modem is running on backup. I’ve used the mytelstra app messaging service and the text tool. The responses are robots. Nobody has ring me despite requesting call backs. The outage tools says no outages on my area... haha. Very very poor service.

    @Telstra We’ve been experiencing frequent internet dropouts for 8 days. In the absence of a Tele technical support (wait time over 2 hours), and a chat team verifying my identity 20 times in the past 8 days rather than fixing the issue, is there hope in these tough times?

    @alexmakin @Telstra the “industry” did. The “industry“ got what they (the big international telecommunications companies) wanted: they got to screw over Australians, lower service levels, overcharge and help this country slide into greater inequality.

    @Telstra It tries to get email and it cones up with Account Error.. i tried ringing 13220 or whatever the number was and it wasn’t receiving any calls. Thats why thought you were having major problems. It is very similar to what happened when you changed servers. Very frustrating, Matt

    @SJOBrien8906 Telstra without a doubt. Sure they can be a little more expensive but its well worth it. Vodafail will never get a dime from me again.
