We just phoned Telstra to arrange service. The "team member" closed our conversation by ordering us to 'GET VACCINATED!" We couldn't help replying that our vax would never happen, and that Telstra should be ASHAMED of promoting these lies.

@Telstra Driving to a store isn't an "easy fix". btw the real fix for this problem is @andy_penn investing time and resources into completely overhauling the chat "service". It is seriously broken on so many levels.

@AlertsXbox TBH, PS5 is my priority. so many ps4 game discs and still not able to secure one. The Microsoft store is robust than others. It may be out of stock, but at least it is not crashing. Now I think I might want to cancel my Telstra all access order so someone else can wait less

@jeremy_graham @LesStonehouse Plodding along. On the upside, I just had some excellent help from Telstra recovering OH's email & password. I think it had expired since he hadn't used it in the 8 - 9 years that he'd had it.

@Telstra signed up for the iPhone 13 THREE times now…the 1st time, ur staff signed me up for the wrong phone, 2nd put through wrong address,3rd was over the phone coz the address issue couldn’t simply be fixed so the whole order had to be cancelled & reordered can u pls escalate

@Telstra Thanks Tori, I think I was able to self manage. The support paths for Velocity customers seem to have been down specked. I was disappointed being palmed off when Telstra caused the email problem is platform transition.
