@Telstra No case manager, I’ve even filed a complaint. Seems that no one at @telstra knows what’s going on. Every time an order gets cancelled all that I’m offered is an assurance that the next order will go through and no new hardware will be sent out.

@Telstra adsl out since 1000 when are you planning on fixing it? And when will you reimburse us for our streaming services which dont work. Useless as ever Telstra. What customer service for rural customers? None

Worse than waiting in a foetal position on the phone for Telstra so-called "customer support" is going into one of their stores and having an arrogant "person" telling you that your Telstra-generated username/pw is wrong and your fault. Such incompetence should foster humility.

@Telstra Yes, new connection, I’m familiar with “get help”, currently I have 2 bundle orders pending. I also have 3 bundle orders that have been cancelled, 2 cancelled modify service orders, 1 completed disconnect order, 2 suspend service orders and 2 resume service orders dating to Feb17

@Telstra 'FYI backup mode' if it works DOES NOT ALLOW use of streaming services which we are all paying for. More costs from Telstra and little service
