@Telstra I’ve been told it’s with a case manager for like the 4th time now. They use the exact same response as yours also. Please advise what do I need to do to get a Telstra staff fix this issue ?

@anthonybayss @Telstra I’m having the same problem! I forward each spam text to @acmadotgov but I can’t actually make a complaint because it different number & different link each time. The Telco really should help 15 per week for a month. I report,block,delete each one. #SMSspam

@Telstra So happy I was finally able to give Telstra the flick (country Vic) New provider offers zero service, so I am comfortable with that after years with Telstra. And Telstra taught me how to handle my own problems. is better, price lower.

@deeplongstop @Telstra They are hopeless aren't they. Years back I had an issue, was assigned a case manager... Case Manager then went on extended leave (maternity leave perhaps) and NOBODY else would help me, I had to wait till she fixed it because she was my case manager...

Hey Telstra , we lost our internet Friday 15th Oct up here in Peregian Springs (4573) . Your site said no outages but when I rang your call centre ( in the Phillipines I think ) , they said yes they could see an outage since 2pm Friday . They gave me Oct 26th as an ETA to fix !
