@MyView82876237 @ClareONeilMP They’re limited there because of competition from Telstra and Vodafone. And with the bad publicity from they’re getting any price rises will result in a lot of lost customers.

  • gundary4 Gundary4🇦🇺🦘 (@gundary4) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I know they have a bad name but I've been with Telstra since they became Telstra. Only had one minor problem and they said because I was a loyal customer they re- imbursed me.

  • KelvinBPersonMe Kelvin Person 🥳🥳🌏❤💉💉💉 (@KelvinBPersonMe) reported

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I don't have any problems with TPG.Been with them yonks. WiFi and landline. Anyone except Telstra. Have you tried Dodo?

  • krunchymoses Joel Hill (@krunchymoses) reported

The Optus data leak is bad, but @Telstra has linked several accounts to mine in my Telstra app and after several calls still haven't removed them. I've got control over other people's accounts in my app. I can see their bills and their details. I've asked Telstra to remove them

  • VascosNebula 💧Vasco Pajama 🌴 (@VascosNebula) reported

@odonoghue_dm @darwinb0y @jasonjordan Amaysim leases Optus network infrastructure. Amaysim is a separate Co in its own right. Telstra n Optus own/control the hard telecommunications infrastructure. All other service/sim providers lease access. From Amaysim to Virgin.

  • iamalbyg Al Garlando (@iamalbyg) reported

@TheShovel The hacker arrived on the Ruby Princess for which Optus is not responsible. This is clearly a Telstra issue.

  • krunchymoses Joel Hill (@krunchymoses) reported

@Telstra It's this complete inability to see the issue in a practical sense that has left the issue unresolved despite my efforts to simply give people I've helped in the past some privacy. But yeah I'm thinking data privacy isn't your concern. You're a telco - why should you care?

  • paige_trnr Paige against the machine 🏳️‍🌈 (@paige_trnr) reported

@dmf_feistytige Ugh. This is my concern. It says ‘PART of Telstra network’, and 75% of aus

  • smd_donald Scott (@smd_donald) reported

@Telstra Just been on phone with customer service to pay a bill. Not receiving bills due to changing address. Wanted them sent via email like my other accounts but told it cant be done. WTF? Some help would be great.

  • krunchymoses Joel Hill (@krunchymoses) reported

@Telstra Yeah. So I can make changes to the account. If I call up and ask. Not to link my accounts in the app where i can simply go and look at their personal details. Years after the authorisation mind you. If you can't see the problem with this then maybe that's the problem.
