    Got an email from @Telstra saying due to increasing cost of providing internet services, they’ve HAD to increase prices. My plan will go from $90 to $95 p/m. This from a company who provide **** service & in the 2020 financial year totalled revenue of approx 23 billion. #telstra

    Went to Telstra shop today to ask for assistance but was told they can’t directly assist customers in the lockdown and gave me the main Telstra number to call for assistance they will only help customers with orders of products and people have to call the shop for appointments.

    Hey @Telstra. Got an email saying my NBN plan is going up $5 a month and my speed is being halved. Not feeling like a valued customer. Gotta wonder what your marketing guys are thinking, especially when I can get much better value elsewhere.

    @Telstra I really don't dig being the twitter call out guy but I have been trying to get help from overseas for a cancelled contract which you have asked debt collectors to action for $100, despite the fact you actually owe me a refund. It was possible to chat online --

    @Telstra Hi Brandon, I have spoken and been on chat with your faults team on numerous occasions and I have a technician coming tomorrow. The same technician appointment from last Friday which was not honoured as it was assumed they had restored my service with no obvious activity.
