    So @Telstra after id etc 13 minutes on hold @Telstra hung up on us. How do you explain this? This is not solving the issue. This is not mitigating the ongoing losses and suffering. The account holder is also a carer of a person with a medical disability. Now at 50th interaction

    .@Telstra 55 minutes ago we asked for a contact number and a person's name in an attempt to resolve Telstra stealing a customer's phone service and leaving them disconnected and selling it to another. You have failed to do so. This has gone on 10 weeks already.

    @Telstra @Twitter .@telstra this incident affects a whole community. This number is a long established account and the number is also the only contact number for a well established and regarded communtiy theatre group which is incapable of operating without the number and the service.

    @Telstra 9 minutes and 30 seconds and not connected to anyone who can resolve the issue. The music on hold is atrocious @Telstra

    @Telstra Is that perhaps the 'Telepathic' secure link? It must be because @telstra has severed this elderly couple's phone and internet links to the outside world & refuse to mitigate the issue they created. Now they refuse to resolve it unless the the couple use the 'secure link'.

    @Telstra what the hell do I have to do to speak to someone? I keep getting told to use the self service tools and get hung up on when all I need is to speak to a bloody person

    @Telstra As I have stated before. Link is for access to my twitter. Telstra needs access to the eldely customers you disconnected. I am willing to loan them my phone to call you. Are you refusing to give them a number to call a person with seniority to resolve the issue and mitigate loss?
