So 35 mins waiting for @Telstra support. Telstra refusing to provide a trouble ticket or a phone number for support. #TIO off until 4Jan. No home phone, no internet, iPhone app is broken, troubleshooting service is broken. I guess that $1.2 billion profit is not being spent on us

  • hldz_ hldz_ (@hldz_) reported

Hey @Telstra since about 6 months ago, everytime it rains heavy my internet goes down for hours on end. Why is this?

  • SilkCharm Laurel Papworth (@SilkCharm) reported

@Telstra No. Public customer service is the only way. Or public lack of customer service.

  • borgc 💧Carmen Borg 🇲🇹 (@borgc) reported

Well done Telstra, NOT, when needing to use the I/net most, NO DICE despite having FTTH. You never cease to disappoint when the chips are down. DISGRACEFUL.

  • TheKurtox Kurt OX (@TheKurtox) reported

@TurnbullMalcolm @MrKRudd Now Scomo has announced that much of the fttn network will now be updated to ftth which will now cost even more. Thanks for giving us Telstra 2.0. Watching you on the abc trying to sell fttn was a joke and you were in over your head. Why was this not left to networking engineers?

Modem unplugged in storm last Sat. Won’t start. Tried to set up Dlink modem for hours. No! Drove 3 hour round trip in driving rain to get new modem. Needed hours of help to set up from Telstra. Turned off today in bad electrical storm. ****** won’t come back on properly! #tech

  • JUSTDEVOY Just Coz (@JUSTDEVOY) reported

@telstra I need someone to assist me with a problem with a prepaid sim - I’ve been online, on the chat, on the phone - for NINE hours. Any chance anyone within Telstra can assist me and not just hang up on me

@PCKJ3627 @Telstra @AussiemacJ Yes I have the same experience Pauline... They have increased it and I have buggar all internet... My daughter sent me some pics several days ago it took 3 to 4 days to upload them....They are going backwards with service

  • to_morrison MorrisonHasToGo (@to_morrison) reported

@colleenmenzies @Telstra Was it The Nationals who were extra keen to privatise Telstra on the false hope it would lead to better services for the bush? Far from it, and almost zero chance of raising a complaint with a person @Telstra these days. They are swift to send a bill & charge for no services.
