@TynanBuckley @MclennanAustin @TelstraBcast Precisely what I was thinking tynan. Optus provided a coverage commitment, so I took a 14 day contract. Optus works great. Full 5 bar service. No drop outs. 500GB. 67.50/mth. Telstra has crap coverage for us.

@chrismurphys @Telstra It took my Mum 12 months to get her landline phone back on. She lost Foxtel and internet too, never bothered getting Foxtel re-connected.

@AshSkittle My boss ended up switching to telstra and she said it hasn't been too bad and she generally gets reception but ill definitely need to look at switching, thank u !!

@RMurtgh No judgement here. I only suggest that, as it has been the fix for what I have waited days for telstra to tell me. I don't care- i don't want to know how to fix it!

ugh. the mobile tower up the road might as well be a damn stick. I considered filing a complaint to telstra bc I can't report a black spot on their website but I don't think it'll legitimately do anything. So much for 'priority assist'.
