    @Telstra I called Telstra. There’s apparently no way to view past months data usage on up front plans. Pretty poor service by Telstra again, but you come to expect that

    @Telstra 9 days, 5 phone calls, one store visit later and apparently only now are they submitting an order. What a great experience as a new customer 👌

    Telstra used to have such a useful chat-system for support and customer service. Could use it while you work. They somehow changed “platform” and now it is useless bots which only make you call them.

    @Telstra Could you please explain to me why our Pharmacy business still has no internet after 48 hours, even though we were promised a technician within 24 hours. We provide vital medications to nursing homes and we cannot do our work. Pathetic service by Telstra.
