    @GrogsGamut Telstra has probably sold our numbers for cash. Can’t deliver service so try and make money where they can. Only provider to charge you for 5G

    @hgo7627 @nikt50 @Telstra Their ISP should be sorting it. I'm with optus and they organised nbn technician within 24 hours. I know they said telstra was messing them around. I can't offer much help sorry.

    @Telstra Doesn’t work. Just says “something went wrong. Try again”. Spotify support says it’s your issue. Who knows ?!?!

    @Telstra 2 hours. 4g went to LTE. Good speed but very slow data flow...re started phone new Samsung S21... no change

    @chrismurphys @Telstra Chris, Telstra sending half their senior staff off to do in-service workshops on providing quality service, but they cannot actually the basic services required by ordinary customers. Time for a class action mate?

    @chrismurphys @Telstra I don’t know what modem or router you’re using. However, the Telstra supplied equipment is very poor. So bad that they eventually gave me two months credit towards my plan. They have a fundamental customer service issue.

    @Telstra But that post made my Spotify was made on the 10th- it is now the 13th of December. Surely, something has to be done. I’ve had this Spotify account for years. And now there’s problems? It has to be resolved. Especially when you pay for premium products.
