    @Telstra I HAVE! Over and over again. Only signing on new customers… been off contract for years but never left and as soon as I try to upgrade…webpage working fine if I sign up as a new customer.

    Thought I’d wait until the @Telstra IPhone 14 shitstorm was over to order. Sadly it still doesn’t work! The ID form is broken. Honestly. I’ve been an existing customer for years. Why is this so hard!

    Stayed up waiting to order the new iPhone 14 Pro through @telstra . Here I am 10 hours later and I still can’t because apparently I don’t have any services to upgrade. The gold member support hasn’t been any help either

    Went to @Telstra website to make a complaint. It takes you to the app home page. Where you then have to go to ‘get help’ to make a complaint.
