    @RutegerJones @smperris I wish Telstra did family plans. But I live in a regional town and T remains the one very reliable service around our house. Optus is improving though so probably due for a big retest to see how it is.

    @Telstra Have just reinstalled Word10 on my laptop and as updates were not installing properly ie I kept getting an error message about that, so hoping this will help!

    @Aussie_BB Have constant drop outs every few min. It’s why I left Telstra. Now the same problem with Aussie

    @awthorpe @NBN_Australia I understand that Telstra support personnel have not been trained to handle this type of request so there probably isn’t a process in place. I’d just cut the cable at your property line if you don’t get a timely response.

    @vegancheesy it’s bc they legit own all the phone lines like smaller internet companies are still using telstra’s network and telstra “rents” them out so to speak

    @fictillius I am in the midst of a "Gold Member Support" chat with Telstra at the moment.. I've already been told *twice* that my issue is important to them - and that they can "help me with that concern" (despite the fact that I haven't told them what I have an issue with).. #FedUp

    @Telstra EVERY MORNING I WAKE UP AND OPEN PALM SLAM A VHS INTO THE SLOT. IT’S CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK AND RIGHT THEN AND THERE I START DOING THE MOVES ALONGSIDE WITH THE MAIN CHARACTER, RIDDICK. I DO EVERY MOVE AND I DO EVERY MOVE HARD. MAKIN WHOOSHING SOUNDS WHEN I SLAM DOWN SOME NECRO BAS

    @Telstra Hey Whens Andy going to get my phones fixed how bloody long do i have to wait its been 6 weeks, i know that pric doesn't care about little companies and is happy to sabotage them so if he wants trouble then he can have it

    @Telstra internet has been switched to the 4G backup due to an outage for a few days. Repairman comes Monday but the backup keeps going out and back on every few minutes or seconds. The front light on the Telstra modem is either blue or Orange every time it goes out...
