@pauls_boutique Apart from illegal Streaming? Kayo Sports is much cheaper, plus you can get it for $15 a month ($10 off) if you’re a Telstra customer.

  • DazInSydney Seriously. Bitch, please. (@DazInSydney) reported

@dats_moy Have DMd you to say hello! Look I used to have Optus but ditched them for Telstra about 5 yrs back. Never looked back. Was a bit sketchy at firstz but honestly they are more expensive for a reason. The service is, I have found, generally very, very good.

@Telstra Hi, Amber. Outages map shows only 3G is affected. Telstra message centre staff confirmed this, but had no idea 4G was affected. Say they are looking into it and I was the first to report 4G issue. Its ridiculous - 4G has been affected for 11 days now.

my modem broke so telstra sent us a new one in two days (thank you Jyothi) but this one is also broken and so we're using this ancient *** moment with weird tentacles and it's been like 6 hours of swapping cables and freaking over blinking lights

  • dagavah (-_-(^_^)-_-) (@dagavah) reported

@Telstra I have. You passed it onto Foxtel so now I wait. Which I won’t. I’m cancelling the service

  • barmat1725 mat bar 79 (@barmat1725) reported

@Telstra Her landline service is on NBN and she has not reported fault on her landline. NBN was put on 17 Dec. All she needs is a 16 digit Telstra code to unlock her phone. That's all she is requesting for.

How can they be so ******* bad at this? Every interaction I've ever had with @Telstra has been horrible, and they just don't learn anything, ever. All I wanted was a simple retail service, the thing their network of stores exists to sell, and they can't not screw it up.

@Cookie I enjoyed reading "3 VCs discuss space junk..." Would love to connect you with Telstra Ventures. They won big w. Skillz, BigCommerce IPOs & are using data science to help guide 2021 investments, incl. gaming/esports, insurtech disruption, and Chinese B2B2C cos. Connect?
