Hey @Telstra your customer service has gone to hell, after being charged $15 'late fee' for a bill I paid in full just 4 (four) working days after the due date, sure you've waved it now, but this draconian stringent gouging of customers is not going unnoticed, pathetic greed

@Telstra yes Luke, you can ask yourself or your superiors how charging a $15 late fee helps people pay their bill.. if they couldn't get the money on time by the due date, how will an extra $15 help?

@Telstra #auspol The most surprising point about communications scammers posing as Telstra & NBN. They call you and when disconnected they call back. They offer to fix your computer. They scam less money than Telstra charges and offer a better service. No wonder people accept!
