    @Telstra My personal mobile phone number also lives in my head. But I pay Telstra monthly for it, despite having no access to my phone. I’ve submitted several complaints and spent at least 200 hours trying to resolve my complaint

    @h_81 @Telstra Ahhh, you should try the 28 days plan with the auto re-charge which is the same day each month, so you run out of credit for 2 or 3 days per month and get no service until it re-charges. You give up and re-charge but can't delete the auto recharge so you pay double!

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia no response from app help chat. Twitter rep tells me use the diagnostic tool, the tool doesn't work when there's no connection, the tool reports no fault when it can connect - funny that eh. Highlight the paradox, referred back to chat

    Aw🥲 Sitting waiting for Telstra to help then end up struggling to hold back tears, not only have I lost access to Tilly’s little baby videos and random status’s about her growing up, I realised I’ve also lost Justin and some of our photos from before he passed away. Shattered.

    @Russputin2 I just hang up! But not had one for a while. It's the Telstra ones that bug me, all about my Telstra broadband which I don't have!
