By the way! It seems that TELSTRA fixed the problems they were having in my area! Initially they said it wouldn't be fixed till the 25. Another two days still! I bet they were getting alot of complaints. INCLUDING MINE! BUT the thing is. They never said what the problem was

@Telstra What are you going to do about it? We need to able to access our emails on our desktops or laptops while writing, we should not have to run to our mobile phones all the time for login codes. We have passwords for that!

@Telstra Different customers that contacted telstra about the outage got replies that ranged from this arvo to tomorrow arvo. The response I got was 2:01 AM. I'm not holding my breath.

@Telstra All good Jax.I spent 45 mins with a Telstra tech on the phone at 9am only to be told that the issue is at my residence only. (Which was telstras way of saying they're not aware of their own network status) So I was just venting.Clearly someone hasn't got their act together today

@lhjh70 You can also order Aldi ones on their website, came in a couple of days from memory. Uses Telstra network and is heaps cheap.

I just don’t trust @Telstra anymore. Can’t wait until my **** is done with them so I can leave and never come back to them. Absolutely disgusting service.
