    @Telstra It’s resolved now, thanks. I’ve been happy to pay a bit more for Telstra to get better service (I’ve been a long term customer), but now the service has gone so downhill (except you’re v nice Laura!) - I can’t see a reason to pay more, so am looking at moving when I get NBN.

    @Telstra As I haven't been a @telstra customer for 6 years its clearly a significant problem the company has with its systems. Hopefully the @OAICgov will sort them out.

    @Telstra Oh goodness, hullo Telstra. I made a complaint last year about service so details will be on my record. Then, & again recently with an issue, it’s been almost impossible to speak to a person when I really needed to. One time I lost net access for 10d WFH.

    @IndigoDaya I was a Telstra customer for 20 yrs. When we moved we got fetch and unlimited data for $89 a mth. It’s been faultless.

    @Telstra Why do ex-customers have to spent days debugging bad systems from mega companies like @telstra? Today's announcement was that @telstra found an old system that contained wrong information about me that wasn't migrated properly to a new system.

    How is it that when I try to call @Telstra, they hang up on me and tell me to use their chat function - to only have them do nothing after 3 hours? What the hell is this service?
