@simonahac @Telstra Telstra is the absolute worst ISP in Australia. Couldn't get a human being on the phone for weeks when we moved. Finally managed to dump them completely a couple months ago. No regrets. Good luck.

@Telstra It depends. If I'm watching a movie I've seen before with people who know I've seen it before, I think an occasional look is OK. However, a movie I've never seen requires my full attention.

@Telstra What's it take to get an estimated time of a hardware delivery delay? I ordered the 5th gen iPad Pro on day 1, was told 3-5 b.days several times by your in app support, then when that elapsed, was told "Please don't worry, the order will be delivered as soon as possible"

@simonahac @Telstra Telstra provide such truly ‘remarkable’ service that we are taking our business elsewhere. Latest debacle. Wanted to buy another Telstra phone. Couldn’t buy online was told to go to Telstra Shop who told us to go to the Good Guys. GG had only cheap rubbish referred us elsewhere.

@Telstra Yes, they can't re-establish a connection We are having to go through a re-order for all residences. options? for a temporary solution as NBN Have refused to allow a reestablished internet connection.... But Looks like I will be getting a bill courtesy of Telstra Failing.
