@MelanieTait $30 prepay with Vodafone for my mobile. Not a flawless service delivery, but I couldn't afford anything better anyway. It's $100 a month for our internet & landline with Telstra. I'm pretty sure that's a rip off.

@TelstraEnt Telstra never stands still, otherwise I would catch you... How's the lazy approach to an already lazy financial services/ technology segment going with a full digital economy? Sure, I trust banks and Telstra with my hard earned money, said no one ever... *starts counting coins*

@Telstra The issue first began on Feb 22nd, 2021 when Telstra incorrectly disconnected my service. I have been lied to, mislead, unheard, and treated with absolute and utter contempt while desperately trying to be heard and have the situation corrected.

@Telstra This will be the 15th time I have communicated the issues I am experiencing with someone at Telstra. I have spent over 20 hours and upwards of 10 phone calls (I have lost count at this stage) regarding ongoing account and service issues that I have experienced.

@erstkate You can also get on to Telstra sales and tell them youre moving to Optus. Dealing with Sales can be better than Customer (cough) Service

@MelanieTait Boost- $30/month plan. Bring your own phone on the Telstra network. Unlimited calls and text in Aus and a large number of internationals. Rollover data monthly. Been on it for a couple of years now. Very happy.

@NBN_Australia I've been trying to get meaningful action from Telstra for over 5 years. I've rarely achieved the speeds I was led to expect by Telstras sales team. I've almost given up on getting the service I paid for or some part of the $3500+ I've outlayed refunded.

1) Telstra recently bumped us onto a ‘better’ NBN plan - you guessed - one that cost us more $$, saying old one expired, new one super fast. Ever since the speed and range has been painfully slow. Also billed us 4 FOXTEL that used to be free in package.
