    @Telstra I've been critical in the past about ur poor service so when my recharge didn't work i was directed to messages i wasn't impressed yet they fixed it within 2 mins i had been charged twice totally my fault op said no probs refunded within 6hrs very impressed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Thanks for nothing @Telstra and @startrack , urgent parcel, no calling card, hard to believe a wife can’t pick up her husband’s mail when he’s travelling overseas. A case of common sense not being very common. Broken system with unnecessary consequences.

    So when you're out of action due to having covid, you get to do some crappy tasks you've put off for weeks. Yesterday was budgeting. Today is trying to fix our Telstra nbn issues. Tomorrow I rest. I hope.

    @Telstra your customer service agent gave me wrong information that roaming service is available on prepaid now. Even after asking multiple times, he said that roaming is now available. And now I am overseas without even a signal on Telstra sim. 😡😡😡😡

    @Telstra If only the NBN service was reliable. Five days now with intermittent internet. Not helpful when you are trying to run a business! Can't seem to resolve the issue just keep being told there is an issue with the network. Really? it's 2022 guys!

    @Telstra it’s no wonder your share price is down, it is not possible to speak to an actual person to get help. my problem doesn’t fit into one of your pre-programmed fixes, so you hang up on me. I’m sorry I wasted $150 for 4.05GB of data. This is not customer service. I’m leaving
