@Telstra But do you have more powers than your customer service, billing and tech teams? Than the many people I’ve already spoken to? If so, will DM details

  • shuffler2001 Coppertine (@shuffler2001) reported

@ElfingKaixxi @PhoenixWarrio12 @Telstra basically, it's a DNS issue. Telstra messed up with it and it's best to change over to a different one or use a VPN

  • AirGuitarBeaker Beaker | Air Guitarist (@AirGuitarBeaker) reported

@Telstra Cas, it’s been “being investigated” for like 6 months now. Your internal help page is full of staff asking what the deal is. When will there be a resolution? And is @AmazonAustralia aware that @Telstra‘s lack of urgency on this is costing them Prime subscriptions?

  • Tchouabenzi 🅾️ (@Tchouabenzi) reported

fark you Telstra, i’ve just had to help my mum pay an extra $260 for a better wifi plan because we thought that was why Restricted mode was on and locked, turns out you’re just a strange company

  • GlitchTheF0x Author | fear the catboy (@GlitchTheF0x) reported

@Telstra @PhoenixWarrio12 I think its pretty clear that this is an issue associated with the Telstra network, when my friend switches to Optus, he is no longer having these issues. I hope that's just a poor choice of words.

  • ReplayTheMaster ReplayTheMaster (@ReplayTheMaster) reported

Hey @Telstra and @NBN_Australia, can you fix the internet at my place? Speeds of less than 1Mb/s for 3 months with dropouts so constant that it can't be used anyway, after a year of less 8Mb/s on a 50Mb/s line. We are being ignored while continuing to pay for our service

  • ReplayTheMaster ReplayTheMaster (@ReplayTheMaster) reported

We also don't have stable mobile data, running at less than 0.5Mb/s from @Telstra, who have confirmed that a tower was removed, and there is no intention to replace it. Meanwhile @NBN_Australia technicians confirmed that we are too far from our node to get good service

  • FionnaYvette Fionna Collantes #PercyNation (@FionnaYvette) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra It's updated, I tried everything... it's your Telstra network...

  • KittStyx Kitt Styx 🏴‍☠️✨ (@KittStyx) reported

I was really, really looking forward to streaming tonight, but due to a state-wide **** up by @Telstra that will not be happening. Hopefully, this is fixed in time for me to work (from home) tomorrow. If it is, I'll stream tomorrow night <3

  • lyelinho Lye Lin Ho (@lyelinho) reported

Why are there so many NBN outages in the inner west of Sydney? It’s a dreadful service particularly when the internet is essential to so many day to day activities and working from home!!! #nbnoutage #telstra @nbn @telstra
