@ianclarkeAU @QuentinDempster @gavinlmiller1 Hence why it was a terrible decision for LNP to sell telstra as a single entity. There was no incentive there for continual improvement of the infrastructure. Terrible idea to privatise the infrastructure side in the first place

@timrosen35 FWIW I’ve swapped from Optus to Telstra this week after Optus failed to fix a number of issues over the last 3 weeks. Considered Vodafone too but I’m mostly in regional Vic and quite a few people told me VF is good in the city but patchy elsewhere.

Anyone using Vodafone 5g network? How have you found it? (Either through them or TPG etc) Specifically in Melb and Regional Victoria mostly. Likely to go with Telstra, but just curious as I’ve heard they’ve improved lately. Have been with Optus my whole life. But never again!

@lesstenny @RNBreakfast I wasn’t listening this morning, but my thoughts are, rain - our infrastructure never considered there would be rain, mobile coverage infrastructure not keeping up with demand (I am 13km from Sydney GPO on a high point - hopeless with both Telstra and Optus), and NBN no doubt.

Internet disappeared again last night watching Netflix . 10 hours later still gone . Telstra you increase our monthly bill to a ridiculous $110 and provide a really inconsistent ****** service . Lodging a complaint with the TIO . Done with you guys and your lack of help.

@timrosen35 Telstra setup took me 15 mins in store and fixed all the issues I was having with Optus - so far so good but time will tell!
