    @Telstra It's ongoing. I'm told it's to do with bandwidth being "gobbled up!" during high usage. Connecting to nbn will ease my issues...

    @Telstra He did say he got more service from the Geelong store over the phone than what he received from store manager at Leopold who was apparently quite rude and not helpful.

They ended up awarding me a $500 credit after and long and drawn out escalated complaint, but since I’ve cancelled my internet and gone with someone else, it is proving impossible to get the $. I have made repeated contact
