    @cathywilcox1 @Optus We've got Aldi Mobile on both our phones, never had a problem. On the Telstra network anyway. We have so much data because it rolls over every month.

    @Telstra And I keep being charged at ridiculous rates. I've spent hours and hours on line to your respectful workers in Hyderabad but the problem is with the exchange here in Sydney @Telstra_news @Telstra

    @eloise__sykes @cathywilcox1 @Optus I'm with Aldi and it only uses "part" of Telstra's network. There are plenty of blank spots especially out west NSW and Queensland where you get Telstra but not Aldi.

    @TonyHWindsor @cruicerod @CroweDM Tell me about it. I live 90 minutes from Melbourne's CBD. Because my mobile phone service is so bad, I have had to install a landline and Telstra had to refund my telephone plan. .2Mbps. .2!!!

    @Telstra Hi there. We signed up for Series S all access when it was first released. We were under the impression that it came with 24 months access to ultimate, however the subscription has seemingly run out. How do I resolve this issue?

    @Telstra Yeah stop ripping us off and changing my plans without permission!! I've already made a TIO complaint regarding this. You increase it and then say "we are using more data" bull fkn shite. Just a bloody excuse to rip us off
