@jriewolod @Telstra This is why I have always hated Telstra and made a point of never dealing with them. My nephew years ago as a tweenie ran up a bill of $1,000s he innocently was drawn into with the advent of the internet his parents were forced to honour.

@Telstra Apparently there was no refund made on a service he had never used and did not understand he was paying for in spite of multiple requests. I will supply these details once I have collated the documentation.

@Telstra To be fair, they’ve been through two bereavement teams and more and that is the problem. Explained/cried/pleaded to multiple team members & in shop! Still problems! This just should not happen. They are changing providers to keep sanity. Thanks for offer tho 🙏🏻

@Kermitron they just do not give a ****. I mean, they're not the worst & at least they're not telstra or optus, but goddamn... I wish there was an alternative mid-range provider, but they're all owned by TPG
