So if there is a way to get someone from the Mobile Faults team who can help me with an issue setting up Telstra One Number on an Apple watch, let me know and I'll DM my details.

@theheraldsun Staggered why people stick with @Telstra . Overpriced to the hilt with **** customer service is best how to describe when I was with them 10 years ago. It seems nothing has changed ...

@Telstra Had a problem the other day but pulled out everything from the black box and put it back in which fixed it for now. Too hard for me to turn power on and off each time because of location on powerpoint behind pc desk.

@Telstra Thank you very much for your advice. I was shocked when that imposter called my mum's mobile service threatening through her about my own Telstra service. Criminals obtained my mum's Vodafone number. I have criminal neighbours who we suspect also of these.

@Telstra It means that the wifi network name gets reset back to the factory default name printed on the label under the modem. My guess is that the engineers testing the remote firmware update never tested with a custom wifi network name.

AFL Live Pass. The one thing that had me invested in my Telstra plan, gets scrapped in favour of charging customers with a 1-year metred Kayo deal which includes additional sports I show no interest in. **** Off!

  • JarrodWeir JarrodWeir (@JarrodWeir) reported

@Telstra A rebate would fall under the refund category, he specifically said compensation, I made sure to clarify, I am happy to upload the audio of the call if that helps. I would assume a rebate will apply, because you are about to direct debit my account for a service you aren't 1/2

@RahsAlGhul18 @NetballAust @SuperNetball Plus, Foxtel is talking about doing netball specific chat shows, much like its show The Blast for the WBBL. We never had anything like that on Nine. Sure Telstra had some online, but we’re talking about netball analysis style shows becoming a regular thing on TV. I like that.
