@Telstra No. I do not have time to explain the whole debacle to another person at Telstra. Power outage in our area today meant the technician did not attend, but I met with him on the road after driving 20km to get internet. Four days later, still no working phone. Awaiting next appt.

@Telstra Restarting a device doesn’t solve the problem. It is an ongoing issue in Gisborne. It is not a maintenance or outage issue, it’s an infrastructure investment issue.

@Telstra No. Took the NightHawk device to the store, not faulty. Spent literally hours on the phone and on the app with tech support. The mobile tower is 500m from the house so distance is not the problem.

Flying to Melb tomorrow to do a run around the state in a hire car to see my sister (after 2 years) and rellies and friends. Good timing: a lightning strike fried my compu and router last Sunday. Reduced to mobile phone use until next Tues-Wed. Poor response from Telstra

@DodoAustralia @NBN_Australia NBN service due to the amount of metal in our walls, our Optus signal is actually just as bad as telstra. So if we are sending our calls over your network I might as well DM you what we are using for mobile.

So when is @SamsungMobile fixing the Battery draining issue from Android 11 UI 3 updates in our Flagship phones such as Note 10 plus? I literally used it 4 months before being forced 2 buy a Chinese Realme for better battery and 5G. @Telstra under contract with you & it's useless
