    Hey @Telstra, we've had no landline for 2 days now, and seeking help via your app sends us to a web page where we sign in. Then if we want help, we are told to download the app, WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY DONE. This is garbage.

    been waiting for half an hour for someone at telstra to get back to me bc OBVIOUSLY my data isnt going to reconnect by itself and it doesnt matter how many reconnection forms i fill in bc day 3, still down

    @optus Coming from a long time telstra customer made move to optus. We booked NBN initiation date for 1.12 and was told modem would arrive before. Modem no was a show. When I called to follow up modem was told delay and no technician was coming bc my house was NBN ready (pt1)

    I hate that the @NBN_Australia and @Telstra are ******* screwing us over, we haven't had Internet for days and they can't get their **** together. Not worth spending 100 dollars a month when you can't get Internet for 5/30 days. Stop blaming the other company just fix it 😡

    @Telstra The way you phrase this excludes the fact that extreme weather is getting worse because of #climatechange. Why not acknowledge the facts? we can't assume the weather will be what it has been. That would help change peoples' perspective to do something.

    @ahmcguffin @Telstra They answer every couple of hours, with requests for my details, &ask of I’m having problems connecting to the internet (*sigh, No), so I have to retell them the complicated issue, then they go silent &two hours later, tell me they’re going to fix that for me, &then go silent.
