@Telstra Apparently theres an exchange in #Pambula (makes sense) Ive never seen it. It could be from there. 30mins of network monitoring will tell you where the problem is, but given its a regular occurrence @Telstra wont be fixing it anytime soon Im guessing.

@Telstra It would be good if my internet worked. No internet since Sunday 26 December. Not happy !!!!!!! Just keep being told by the techs that they’re working on it. HOW LONG does it take to fix your crap Telstra? So disappointed you have no idea !! Time to move to a different ISP

@Telstra Hi Lisa, Yeah I had another one booked for 4/1/22 after calling to double check. For some reason the original appointment that was confirmed for 31/12/21 was resolved even though no one had come? Thank you for checking though. Looking forward to having full service again 🙏.

@Telstra is there a reason your mobile coverage is utter **** in Westfield Miranda? Couldn't get coverage 85% of the entire time I was there ... Bad enough to consider switching networks...
