    @KateEmerson88 We had the same issue and I work for an emergency after hours service at home for aged care and disability. We changed providers and couldn't be happier. Telstra and the NBN are crap

    Could help at @Telstra app be any more agonising? 1st a bot asks inane questions (I ask about internet dropouts; it asks which service) then passes me to an operator who is clearly copying and pasting from a manual without looking at info I've already typed. Elaborate fobbing off

    @Telstra Thanks Lisa still have the issue but a tech is coming to look at it - soonest they can come is Thursday :(

    @linusgsebastian For the record, I've worked as contractor for local telco Telstra, and they throw products about even more freely - especially if you said you suspected your modem faulty - they would send 3-4 of the things before sending techs out to diagnose actual problem...

    @Telstra How good is the service , started this process Feb . Now overseas based on Telstra’s promise of refund in timely manner now we’re potentially in the **** because we’ve been expecting the funds we were promised . Pretty average don’t you think?

    @Telstra 6 months to activate a data sim, I’ve been given such a run around I’m loosing my mind! For the love of god, any god pleeese just activate it, it’s now becoming a #mentalhealth issue

    @Telstra @TimothyJ_23 I think if you look back over the thread Tim has acknowledged that point multiple times but is also seeing customers on other carriers using their data connections without issue.
