    @SarahHarris @Telstra i had a heap of trouble also what i had to do was delete my telstra ID and reapply for the telstra ID and then the telstra app worked

    @Telstra Yes, but I just found out its not an outage but someone in the call centre cancelled all my email addresses and just got told it would be 5 days to get them reconnected???!!! This is going to cost me work!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @SarahHarris @Telstra Yes it is complete crap. If u have multiple residential and business accounts inc internet/mobile etc just can’t handle it

    @Telstra At this stage, I have been waiting for Telstra to provision my new phone for 4 days. The Rubbish team at Telstra Penrith say they can do nothing except raise a complaint which will take a further 7 days!!! What sort of bullsh_t is that? #auspol
