@Telstra @Andie1100 That's what I like to know. The last person didn't hang up and did a very good job sorting out my problem. Took 1.5 hrs but was pleased with the result so far.

  • AlexDGlengarry Alex McDonnel (@AlexDGlengarry) reported

@LennaLeprena I did similar 2 weeks ago when my 3 yr old Telstra Smart modem died. Connected my old iPhone 'se' with USB cable & created a 'hot spot' to the net. No problems for 5 days of constant connection.

@Telstra Any explanation as to how Iv managed to use 30GB of data in just over week when my usage hasn't changed since switching and 10GB used to last me 15 days? Do ye think people are stupid?

  • FiggyBushLemons GrannyPI (@FiggyBushLemons) reported

  • StingingPyjamas Mitchell (@StingingPyjamas) reported

@Telstra I also add its intentionally difficult to get though to someone who takes issues seriously and wants to help all they do is suggest I spend money to fix the issue myself

  • mark_perry309 Mark Perry (@mark_perry309) reported

@Telstra No outages. Constant fault that Telstra won't fix.

  • Firedingo Firedingo (@Firedingo) reported

@iDGiam @estate_lost @Bishop64 The issue is the fact it literally costs more than it makes to roll out the towers and maintain them. Telstra has admitted the only reason they even do it is for marketing purposes, heavily subsidised initially by the government/taxpayer.

  • StingingPyjamas Mitchell (@StingingPyjamas) reported

@Telstra As mentioned nobody is gonna pay telstra to test this theory it shouldn't be the customers job to fix a telstra problem
