    @Telstra Your online tech support is frustrating and unwieldy. However it did say no known issues in this area. Still unacceptably slow!

    @EsotericSpod I’ve been happy with their service and coverage, pretty much identical to full Telstra but you don’t (yet) get VoLTE, instead voice drops back to 3G.

    Stay away from @Telstra Appalling customer service! Charged the mobile service on my iPad but unable to access now dealing with bots asking inane and useless questions. Looks like 150 down the drain.

    @Telstra No thanks. 6 weeks of incompetence and lost business. I can't afford to stay with Telstra. Your techs tried to call me on the number that I reported as not working!! Useless foreign helpdesk. No local support.

    @Telstra I have sent so many times I have so many case numbers and that all I hear. Fix the problem I'm getting sick and tied of nothing been done and so is the rest of Australia

    @Telstra The problem is not related to my phone, it is related to your towers in the area. We have been without reliable service for well over a year now and myself, and many other people in the area are not happy with this.
