Hey @Telstra @Telstra_news This number 0438 162 045 Is making pre-recorded calls claiming fraud on "this number" and to press 1 to talk to an executive. And shockingly enough it seems you can call them back - they hang up straight away but looks like not a spoof

@Telstra support is a complete nightmare. Have been shuffled from pillar to post with a 30 minute hold machine at every number I get told to ring, only to be told I need a different number, then finally get cut off 5 minutes into someone actually helping me with no callback. Aaah
