@Telstra Its okay ive already lodged it with them this morning. Christmas is over here anyways, its 10pm.. Not worth further ruining christmas trying to talk to telstra support, its not known for being.... useful. Thanks though, just thought id get some sort of update.

My Mum used her Telstra store credit to get one of their brand phones for my brother, decided he would be too annoying with it, tried to give it to me, I looked up the reviews and the phones just bad so it's gonna rot away in a drawer somewhere. Thankfully she doesn't seem-

@Steve_Marshall9 Also Telstra would shut down down his phone company if they knew they were entrusting their customers details and dealings with a convicted drug dealer who got caught selling thousands of ecstasy pills turned police rat/snitch to get out of jail. He is SATANIC !

@Telstra I did. they just said what you said, to reboot my modem. They barely spoke english and just sent copy and paste responses when i tried to tell them over and over i had tried to reboot both. Its been down all day.

I want to complain about hie **** the @Telstra internet services, combined with @NBN_Australia but I know they're just gonna tweet back the same bullshit, and do absolutely nothing to fix anything. Australia is a first world country. Yet we have 90th world internet.

@Telstra Would be great if in regional QLD we didn't constantly have dropouts around Christmas...and especially not dropouts so bad that it renders my parents (upwards of 60 and customers for over 40 years ) landline completely useless
