    @Telstra So Telstra keeps tweeting - "This is a known issue and our dedicated faults team are working on this to be fixed, it is a priority on our end to be resolved ASAP" ... but after 4 weeks .. a MONTH .. 1/12 of a year ... how much of a priority is it really ?????

    @Telstra The only thing is to go to a Telstra shop to rectify - no other course of action. As above, with eSIM this does not need to be the case, but the WORST experience has been to get a human being online. I have chatted to both FB and now Twitter, but no one in support available. Sad.
