@Telstra Looking at our local FB page, my entire suburb is having the same problem. We ring Telstra to complain and they tell us nothing is wrong. Your ads proclaiming to be ‘Australia’s best network’ are a incredibly frustrating. I literally can not stream TV with this type of service.

@Telstra The fact that I can't report an issue UNLESS I'm actually at the location of the fault when I report it (pointless, because I can't use your form with nil service), is what causes me to make the claim that Telstra are disinterested in my feedback.

@lucyrob95 great story tonight... but I can’t believe @Telstra is still ignoring the bush. I went to the Ombudsman about this very issue in about 2002. My parents lived 100km south west of Mackay. Not exactly remote! No mobile service and a landline that didn’t work half the time

@PRIME7NthCoast .@Telstra really needs to stop using offshore call centres. The language barrier is a problem and telephones are an essential service. I've had 10 years of problems with communications by Telstra and unfortunately, there's no alternative service provider where I live.

@FaultyMusic @NBN_Australia Man I went through all this **** not too long ago. Telstra was the only ISP in my area for ADSL2 (others adding a $30/mo fee for rental or some ****). I spent something like 3 hours on an IM chat to get nowhere, THREE TIMES, then reached out to NBN for equally as little help. 1/3
