    @Telstra Network s very bad in Sydney cbd. I am getting 3g most of the times and no internet connection at all. This s d worst service.

    @Telstra I've tried calling and never get through I have called previously to have them send out bills instead of email they said it's done yet the bill is coming as email and not mail

    @72Hallam Telstra don't do customer service and they are far too expensive. Telstra isn't interested in retail customers.
