@Telstra Thanks Vicky. No I have not. We encounter these speeds every time we come to Wooli on all devices - being 1 iPad, three iPhones and one android phone. Not enough capacity is the problem.

@Telstra I've been DM'ing with you while we have not had a landline for 47 days. I'm not sure what further messages will achieve. Apart from raising my blood pressure. My concern is that after 47 days, I have not receiving one email from @Telstra, explaining the issue, or any resolution

@chaigrima @Optus Bro - I’m telling you. I have had NO issues with Telstra NBN. Especially for streaming etc - Desi has had no issues at all. Sure we pay a bit per month but it’s basically guaranteed to work..

@Glenn02936110 salesforce runs the call centers for most of those businesses. to be fair tho most of the bad accents are folk here in australia, it's just that they tend to be the only ones apart from young teens that apply (source work for telstra call center in doing just that, real **** job)

@adam_turner I loved Vodafone for roaming, but honestly their networks are really hit and miss here, and Optus…. Well it’s been a long time since I’ve found their network reliable. Telstra’s the only option unless you’re in the CBD or inner suburbs. Sad but true.

Question for the telco experts: do you get the exact same mobile performance from the different Telstra Wholesale partners (apart from Boost & Belong which use full Telstra network). If you're getting **** performance from one Telstra MVNO, is it worth trying another?
