    Having given Telstra a spray earlier I should acknowledge that they got onto the issue and had it sorted by mid afternoon.. which was awesome.. Not so awesome that I had to go via Twitter.. but squeaky wheels I guess

    @Telstra and PS: Yea, you ARE forcing customers to use this method because when trying to cancel it, the customer receives the message that the customer’s service will be impacted by the cancellation. This is coercion of the worst kind.

    @Telstra Yes. In three weeks time - so super convenient… mostly though you should be concerned about how your store staff are speaking to people. That person was unbelievably rude

    @Telstra I highly doubt you actually care. The horrible harm caused by your organisation over many years has been ignored and your incompetent staff have no ******* idea. Your systems don't work, you can't do the most basic things, and you seem to think it's ok.

    @BartMcCarthy3 Hi Bart, besides notifying our customers about these SMS', we've also had over 100 of these sites shut down. In addition to this we're working with telecommunications providers, including Optus, Telstra and Vodafone, to identify and block phone numbers sending these texts. CS

    @Telstra Still nowhere. 2 ******* hours with no phone services, multiple calls end with nothing and ended. No chat support, can't log into the app or my account. Nothing. It's been this way for 40 ******* years.
