Hi @Telstra just had the worse experience in your store today. Currently paying for services I’m not using & need two new phones. What is your customer relations number? I’d swap to Optus if we didn’t need rural service. How do I get serviced???

I normally support @Telstra. Business account, billed extra for paper bill, but just checked, not eligible for email bill. No comms to me on the issue. Social media team couldn't help with business account and recommended 132000. Sure. "Busier than normal", wait times 45-60 mins.

@Telstra Hi Telstra, I have been chatting online to Telstra for an hour & 15 minutes. I’ve been in store & wasted a day trying to get service. I’ve called 3 times? I what point do I warrant a call or a number where I can speak to someone?

@Telstra I have lodged complaint with the TIO as this has taken 5hrs now to try and resolve this. I am not even at home anymore and when I am connection keeps dropping and I can't chat.
