    @Telstra how can it be so difficult to order an e-sim and have it activated? A week to get it in the post... then activation fails and it gets hand balled from person to person. Terrible experience. 36 hours without service post “activation”. #customerservice

    @ajtjewellery @Telstra Jeeze you're lucky you get to be on hold. When call though (when I am eventually able to find a number) it just tells me noone will likely answer and goes straight to voicemail. Oh I long to be be put on hold... Never thought I would ever say that in my life.

    @NBN_Australia The connection has been dropping out at least 20 times per day or more. The NBN modem is dropping the connection. Telstra can't seem to troubleshoot the issue. This has been getting worse over the past few weeks. I pay for the fastest to be able to work from home, now I can't.

    @Telstra I’ve received a message from you saying that you are upgrading the mobile network in my town. I’m telling you now that you had better improve it because I’m getting absolutely sick of changing from 4g to 3G and back again because they slow down all the time!!!
