    @Telstra So today we've had: -technician didn't show up to fix connection -20 minutes on hold, verbally abused, hung up on. -30 minutes on hold. Receptionist couldn't help. Took message and will get someone to call in 3-5 business days

    @bogues2zoners Ffs I've been doing it all wrong not only am I at uni via interweb I also stream and download on 4g. Router with a sim card is all you need 4g Aldi works better than 4g telstra even though it's the same network

    @Telstra Want to help a small business from going bust because of your faulty NBN service, so far in the last 2 days all we have got is run around from your call centres. Need you to show compassion and customer care to restore their NBN service. As without this bus can't work

    @StreamersTarkov @afraid_au @bstategames It’s an issue with Telstra/Optus connections to some of the EFT servers. Routing issue causing you to be routed to the US and then SEA and then back to Sydney. Any players with this issue can try something like Exitlag to help with routing but also make sure to do a bug report
