@Telstra how are you meant to reset a message bank pin, online support won’t do it, you talk to anyone on the phone, and we are in full lockdown so are not meant to go to stores

@NBN_Australia Yes, we’ve had technicians coming for 1.5 years and little progress. I’ve been told need to organise through Telstra but they have no customer service atm. Outside work done, but can’t seem to connect to house.

On the brights side, it looks like Telstra disabled SMS 2FA verification on my account in the past few days, as a few days ago I couldn't log in to my account as Telstra were sending 2FA SMS' to the disconnected service!

@BreakfastNews Could we please get adequate mobile coverage in the bush. Even with a 1000$ @Telstra booster I don’t have service between home and Dubbo a major regional hub. Lithgow to Mudgee also terrible too.
