I never expect much from @telstra support, but the service is next level unhelpful. I just got told by a support member it’s my fault that Telstra has been billing me twice for internet every month for what looks nearly a year.

@Telstra disappointed that no one from your customer service, knows a Telstra tough 5 phone and how it’s settings work. My 79 year old Dad has been changed over his plan for the past two months and we’d just like this explained to us. He’s a 20+ Telstra customer, just poor form

@RoryBurnside I’m with @Telstra with the home phone, they gave me a call guardian home phone, when set up, it forces spam calls to announce themselves, call centre workers never do, they just hang up. Haven’t had a single scam call in months

@Telstra really. Pay a bill 2 days late and get slugged with a late fee that is 20% of the bill. That is really poor, greedy and nasty. So much for customer loyalty!

@bkubel That’s Telstra, did #StayHome March last year then #StaySafe most of the last year or so, and updated to #LetsVaxx around like June. So far as I know it’s on all phones they support

It was doggies essendon game. another doggies fan was like, "the essendon kid next to me is crying, I asked him how many premierships he'd seen." @jono_hayward Literally 6 MONTHS of the worst customer support in my life. Even now I've just been told that this router can't activate because their system is trying to sign me up for Fetch for a THIRD TIME. I'm losing my mind. Would not recommend Optus to anyone. Wait for Telstra.

@Telstra It's not a hand I need @Telstra its a solution, you see the person on the phone said I could not be verified and the one on the message thing took 7 hours without offering a real suggestion and turned my NBN issue into what type of mobile I own and you are just as unhelpful

@NBN_Australia @Optus Our SP has been equally hopeless at every step. This outage happened on Thursday morning, and still nobody has a clue how to get it fixed. Telcos are lightning quick to get paid, but when it comes to fixing a tech problem: dumb as dogsh!t. @Telstra incl. Get it together, you lot.

I have been waiting for my phone now for 4 weeks. 5 phone calls later im being told to chase up Star track myself. @Telstra this is really poor customer service and trying to get hold of a team leader to find a resolution is a joke.
