    @negri_thomas @ClaytonTFord Likely to be just Optus' fixed backhaul, no reports of an issue with Telstra I can find, and Optus mobile data working. @Optus please provide more details of this significant outage! (ping @NBN_Australia)

    Now @Telstra apparently have the required info.....didn’t believe me the first 12 time’s I said it mind you......but still my order from 7 May has not arrived. Cool service 🙄🙄🙄

    @tomwoodau @negri_thomas @ClaytonTFord @Optus @NBN_Australia Our next-door neighbour has @Telstra an has had no issues. It’s interesting that the cable/wire issue doesn’t seem to be affecting all providers atm - just @Optus... absolutely poor customer service also

    @Telstra Hi Matthew, i got a Telstra text & my channels were blocked & F1040 on 26th. I finally got my service resumed on 27th but the bill is overcharging me $100s again. I have not heard from a manager up to now even though i asked for contact asap. My issues started Dec 12th.

    @onlytruewill Optus!! In Australia there are only two providers that manage their own towers, Optus and Telstra, Telstra is more expensive but better coverage in rural areas but Optus support and pricing is so much better and the app is amazing dm for aus related questions if any

    Trumble (sic) you are the mug. A chancer who got lucky in the dial up Internet era & you thought you knew it all. The decaying ex Telstra infrastructure you you said would give us a quicker cheaper nbn is a slow moving disaster. It is inadequate & will cost billions to replace

    @Telstra i moved house in december and am still having several problems with my foxtel with telstra. Twice on to complaints dept but more issues started. Dodgy app/website and massive waits on the phone.😡 it started before covid. Disgraceful service.

    Sorry to say this @Telstra no one appears to be helping out sorting my Internet connection issue. Today is the 10th day with drop outs at least every 2-3hrs.

    Cancel @NBN_Australia install through @Telstra (a story in itself) using the app to continue to see out our contract on ADSL but continue to get calls to book another install time. Try calling to resolve and they won’t take my call despite an email telling me to call 😡

    Hi @Telstra I'm stuck in a loop trying to fix my email - the password has been changed (not by me) so I am not getting my emails which is concerning. But I can't get into the account to change it back because the recovery is only that email, which I don't get. Please help.

    @Glenn02936110 well I can report, that there is corroded copper wire to My house, Internet! and the NBN will Not be out to Fix it Oct 2023😮 therefore to get this result I have been sleeping with Telstra, you are in a Cue😧

    Why is any contact with @telstra customer service always so gruesome? I did a chat with a 'person' explaining clearly what I wanted including a link to their website info that wasn't working for me and still had to explain it four times because they kept giving me wrong info.

    @Aussie_BB Is there yet another outage in Wonthaggi? Again, no coverage. Again, nothing on your website or twitter. I know your tech staff use Telstra mobiles because their coverage is better, but I'd like to stick with Aussie Broadband rather than be bullied back to Telstra.

    @MPX_Trader @Telstra Just a thought, Mandi, but I had issues with my internet one time, guy did something I'd never seen anyone do, he recabled the connections from the modem to the cable connector (fresh wire, stripped and re-added new connectors). Perfect afterwards.
