@AlanBaxter I switched from Telstra to Telechoice who use the Telstra towers because it’s cheaper and you aren’t paying for features you don’t use. Telstra have been spamming me since and I have an open complaint against them with the TIO as a result.

@jendudley I had a @Telstra tech over yesterday, his boss joined him for a chat - 60m of chatting 15m of getting actual work done. 20m explaining it's not good job but he'll do it. Hope he made it to his next customer. It only took me 4 appointments and five weeks to get 10mbs

@Telstra The amount of absolute ineptitude I have experienced with telstra today is incredible. See this so what happens when you outsource jobs at the cost of customer service. You make your entire customer base suffer. ALL I WANT TO DO IS REPORT AN OUTAGE.

@billshortenmp And Bill did you know yesterday Telstra dropped a bombshell in the core network design contractors by not giving them a contract for design. It’s being done off - shore in India. So effectively hundreds of Aussie jobs gone @billshortenmp @DavidLeydon1

@Telstra The outages show up occasionally but not all the time. It is out right at the moment for example but there is no outage listed. Our internet used to be so reliable :(
