    @Telstra I have had to place a complaint about the complaints department, believe it or not. I'm over it. It was actually the complaints supervisor who gave me that timeframe. So much for overseas call centres.

    @Telstra Your immediate solution to our internet connection issue was to send out someone that wasn’t equipped fix the issue you’ve known about for 2 weeks! #unprofessional have someone competent contact me by end of business or this goes to the #ombudsman and a complaints to corporate!

    @Telstra I never agreed to anything like these charges. The people I spoke to on the phone tonight were extremely unhelpful and uncaring and couldn’t even get their facts straight.

    There should be a compatibilitywith SAT Technologies, feel like making an exit, switch to the longer distance better devices, I see the telstra yellow pages have them mentioned. Availability a problem on that reguard.

    @Telstra Yes, my wife phoned and apparently it’s been ‘elevated to Level 2’, but we’re at the end of Day 6 with still no service and no information.

    @FionaLakeAus @always_farmer @GusWhyte @Telstra The local @Telstra store is appalling, told my father in his late 60s to wait and hour and a half to pay a bill. Won’t let you in basically as there is a gatekeeper who trolls the entrance collecting details and assigning you a spot in line. Absolutely no customer service at all

    @Telstra Sure; just trying to get the facts straight for when I make that complaint. From what you’re saying, it sounds like that SIM shouldn’t have worked at all! (Since it wasn’t on a valid plan for overseas)

    I’m quick enough to take @Telstra to task when there’s a problem, so I’ll be just as quick to give credit where it’s due. They texted me to say “No extra charge but we’re speeding up your cable internet”. And man, have they! 80-85 Mbps. Very happy, thank you!

    Stressed out today. Going onto the dreaded NBN HFC. Heard nothing but bad things about the Arcadyan Modem from Telstra. Especially how its causing all sorts of issues with Xbox.

    @Telstra your service is disgraceful. I have four accounts with you and yet you continue to bombard me daily with automated phone calls for an individual called ‘Casey Robinson’ that is not me. I call to tell you to stop and your call centre staff could not care less. Appalling.

    Thank God my @Telstra email problem is fixed. Wished I had have rung @Telstra sooner because it was slowing down dramatically for weeks before & I thought it was my problem. Won't do that again ie wait so long! It's all working as it should again ie no lag time between actions!

    @Telstra But not every call I receive activates it? and none are answered. How do I disable without disabling text receiving also? The old system never an issue you could disable roaming packs now it's automatic.

    Not for the 1st time @Telstra @TelstraBcast delivering disgraceful service. Our internet hasn’t worked for 6 days and they said they’d call me tonight to discuss/resolve issue but guess what? Yep, no call and still no service #poorcustomerservice

    @Telstra No and no. Toowong shop on Tuesday (2 hour wait). Brookside Thursday afternoon (no more bookings for day due to short staff). In both cases guy walking around with tablet didn’t appear to be servicing a customer. Will try and do by phone.

    @Telstra I did that last night to Evie.. didn’t get a response.. I repeat, I need to TALK to someone.. I’m about to call the 13220 number where I’m EVER hopeful of help. What time does call centre open.
