It’s awesome when you‘ve several open issues with @Telstra , & you get a message from Telstra, asking how things are going with your issues, that you spent hours discussing w/ Telstra earlier that day. How is it when a CORP asks you how your issue with same CORP is progressing??

@steveathon @Telstra The problem is a fat middle management with 35 yo UTS degrees in “it business” who just *** cover to improve their KPIs.

@NBN_Australia @telstra Received my bill for the first Two Months service Plus a call-out fee I’m sure I signed for all of that somewhere However I am currently applying for the first month free given the (ongoing) issues we’ve had 🤞 (PS- I got an automated response to my DM)

@MikeCarlton01 @Telstra Suggest a new provider is called for. Never been impressed with Telstra over the years working in different businesses.

@Telstra It asked if the problem was resolved. The only option was to be shown a phone number to call or to not bother calling. No option to be called when a resolution was nearer. Or to access the ticket so more info can be read or added to. No one does “service” like this, only @Telstra

@benbarren @Telstra @AussieBroadband I kinda feel they’d be able to offer a n onshore support if they got their **** together on providing a decent service that doesn’t need massive amounts of offshore support staff. Meanwhile I keep complaining and escalating issues and getting credit.

A 'Heads Up' for @Telstra. Just got a call from a lady who said they worked for you wanting to reset my password for my internet as she reckons it's currently in public mode. Only problem is I'm with @Optus. She said she already new my password & when I asked her to repeat it 1/2

I’d like to report this but do not want to spend an hr on the phone so you can check the same tool I do and see that everything’s fine. The network here isn’t working and I can corroborate this with other Telstra devices and other people

@Telstra I’ve checked status for surrounding suburbs and there’s been no outages reported. So you are under reporting. Outages are understandable but not reporting on them then marketing yourself as the most reliable network is not on.

@DDsD @Telstra Even as you reward me @Telstra , after my complaints of reduced signal strength and reduced connectivity & patchy connectivity I will continue to tell all my connections that a complaint will result in credit to accounts. Give us what we’ve paid for and we won’t have to complain.

@Telstra Thanks have been speaking to support. Waiting to hear the verdict. At the moment my Download speed is 17.3 the upload speed is 1.9. And the Ping speed is 14ms.

@Telstra The problem has been occurring for a week now and the status page is not updated. I don’t buy what you are saying. What I do believe is happening is that Telstra is systematically underreporting network issues to make network reliability stats look better than they actually are.

The worst part was that it was a feedback form that accepted my issue was not yet resolved but they still wanted feedback - too bad it was completely useless to both @telstra and me. I’ve asked Michael Acolander for an interview

@Telstra i think your entire internet network has shat the bed... i'm paying for 250 Mbps down and 22 Mbps up, i'm only getting 6.7 Mbps down and 3.7 Mbps up... your outage search on your site is horrendous as well as it NEVER detects outages or disruptions

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with Telstra and they did the same thing. ‘Improvements’ that meant little to no coverage for weeks. I made a complaint, why should I pay for a service that’s non existent. They gave me a credit on my bill and service was restored the next day.

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I have been with Optus nearly 30 years with no problem, I also ran a Telstra mobile and internet for a while through a business at the same time that was ok but preferred Optus

@Telstra No reply from you help desk Glenn. If that’s your real name. I noticed you replied relatively quickly to my original tweet and that your help desk clearly doesn’t give a shxt. So I’ve concluded that your job is purely damage control for Telstra’s self preservation.

@Telstra They haven’t bothered to respond at all. Maybe move some of your Twitter ‘damage control’ staff to the help desk. Telstra drained my 20GB of my data in 1 hr. From just browsing. Is this how you profit off people?

@Telstra Does it matter? Regardless, it has been 8 weeks. 1/6 of a year. Let me change my order or cancel it. If you don't even have the phone and have no idea when it will come then what does it matter to you?
