    Is Telstra mobile really crap in the Mountains, or is it because I’m using a cheap reseller? I can rarely watch a 3m video without massive pauses, even with 2-3-4 bars of reception.

    So @Telstra, you took $340 of my wife’s money, but cut off her phone claiming she does not have an account for the new phone you sent her. You disconnected her while our daughter has Covid & we are in lockdown. Now she’s stuck in an infinite loop of complaint handling. Hopeless!

    @MichelePlayfair Seriously!!!! And people on the call keep suggesting that "everyone chip in so that Nafees can get a better Internet" as if I chose the cheapest Internet bundle to inflict this pain upon myself. While I am at it, @Telstra, please fix my reception problem.

    Ordered a major xmas gift on **11 Oct** with @Telstra. Still dont have it. Have been lied to re delivery date every week for a month now. Help operators are useless. No answer to basic qs. Thought I’d use some reward pts since they were just sitting there. Never again.

    @Optus How about warning network when this is happening, it’s called customer service @VodafoneAU and @Telstra are all over me to switch. Maybe a credit for customers for lack of contract performance? Or do we switch?

    Hi @Telstra. My internet has been down for 3 weeks. The @NBN tech was a no show for the first appointment. Just had an SMS scheduling another appt for tomorrow. The @Telstra faults operater in Australia just hung up on me. If I ran my med practice that way, I would be in jail.

    @Sandra_Sully @Telstra I hope you get a helpful response to this, Sandra. I had a similar experience in 2020 that wasn’t resolved & the 89yo man I was helping gave up. Multiple calls not returned, promises of action & follow-up never kept. Fancy ads with tinkly music mean nothing.

    @Telstra Happy to say that I rang the First Nations Hotline @Telstra and the customer service was exceptional. After several weeks of trying to get this sorted I found someone that took time to listen and sort the issue out. Thank you Sanisha you deserve a medal 🥇

    @Telstra The @Telstra faults person hung up on me when I insisted she contact @NBN to find out what was going on. Is the fault at my premisis, or in the area as I was previously told? As far as DMs go. I've wasted hours down that rabbit hole before, for absolutely no gain.

    @Telstra Greg. My order is sitting in a depot and neither Telstra (on call or in shop) will or can help and your delivery partner StarTrack said they cannot either. I was told “I cannot talk to my team” and “You cannot lodge a complaint in store” by your team right now. Horrendous

    @Aussie_BB @Optus 4G coverage is horrible. 3G works fine. Go figure. Had zero issues when you had Telstra backing the mobile services.

    @Telstra yes. the problem exists right through the town from the tower in the direction of the post office/caravan park. most recent, 2/10 mbps. upload more than download tells me there is a capacity problem. please fix. #mobile
