  • CSHauteCouture Collezione Santina (@CSHauteCouture) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I refuse to call your tech teams. They’re useless! Just like the service. This isn’t the first time. Sick of being told there is nothing wrong. Still no service inside buildings

  • amasses Matthew Lewis (@amasses) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Thanks, but that doesn’t really help. Seems like mobile Internet has been crappy on the rail corridor the whole trip.

  • libbymcd66 Libby (@libbymcd66) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra could learn a thing or two about customer service from @AussieBroadband

  • pat_norman Pat Norman (@pat_norman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@simonjourno Telstra, iPhone 12 Pro. Whatever their most expensive plan is but with some discount they were offering when the phone launches. Tbh it’s not worth the cost - 4G is still good. But doing a zoom meeting on the run with zero problems streaming and crystal clarity...pretty amazing

  • expenman Scout (@expenman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@ianbfarquhar I wasn’t part of the negotiations of course but heard that Telstra engineers found it hard to accept a rival source of expertise, took a ‘you’ll take what we give you’ attitude. I knew then that they’d have trouble with retail customer service, became an ABT person.

  • BradleyWDeacon Bradley Deacon (MAISA)🇦🇺 (@BradleyWDeacon) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Great service @Optus for my home Internet, it’s a massive improvement compared to what I experienced with @Telstra I can now connect less than 24 hours from placing order and saving $30 per month! #winwin

  • skylxrksays SKYLXRK.DNG (@skylxrksays) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Do I want to pay out $800 on my phone repayments early so I can stop struggling with the V*daf*ne network and switch back to Telstra for actual reception when and where I need it 🤨

  • DavidTSimpson David Simpson (@DavidTSimpson) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra your system and people are so frustrating. I’ve been trying to get a replacement on a faulty product for months and everyone I contact goes “It’s not my problem, try here” resulting in me going back and forth.

  • ThLittleGeneral Michelle MacGregor 🐀 (@ThLittleGeneral) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Just for fun .... the “planned” outage doesn’t 4 last hours it lasts 4 days. So a town of roughly 200 people have no access to basic amenities as no access to online banking, Eftpos or getting cash out of the ATM. Pay for petrol drive 100ks to work? @Telstra #employmentkiller

  • libbymcd66 Libby (@libbymcd66) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra today you have lost a loyal customer of over 20 years . Your off shore tech support for my NBN services were beyond useless and after two days and more calls and app chats ..enough is enough... that’s two accounts gone but hello to @AussieBroadband

  • DavidTSimpson David Simpson (@DavidTSimpson) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I went into the store 2 weeks ago with the devices, the team there said they couldn’t help and put in a complaint for me and said someone would call me back. No call since then. I finally called a few days ago and was told a Telstra Plus representative would contact me.

  • DavidTSimpson David Simpson (@DavidTSimpson) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra The Telstra Plus employee emailed me and basically said “not my problem” and that I’d have to go into the store. See my problem?

Network connectivity at Mardi Gras is spotty at best @Telstra @Optus @VodafoneAU

  • CSHauteCouture Collezione Santina (@CSHauteCouture) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra you’re an absolute disgrace of a company. 165- 183 Regent St Redfern has had no signal on network for over 7 days. AGAIN we don’t want automated scripted responses. We want a reliable service so we can conduct our business. I’m having to stand in the street to get

@Kathblue We signed up for Binge (there was a movie we wanted to watch for that is was only there) but only for the free period. We already have Netflix & Disney+ & with the new phones & car we can’t justify another streaming service. Telstra Box Office has plenty of moves to rent from $4

  • robbiejwood Robbie Wood (@robbiejwood) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@chileaus @EFTM It’s actually good value for the Telstra network plus the unlimited data banking. I noticed they stop selling the $10 per month 1G plan. My parents are still on it but looks like you can buy it as a new customer.

@Telstra get home without being able to resolve the problem. Can we work on chat being able to resolve any customer enquiries? They want ID verified, I login with my account, enter the OTC received by text or email, both if you want, provide details for verification, what is that

  • ARealJourno Eeee! long Musk rat (@ARealJourno) reported

@Green_Girl100 @jeffreys_jake @btckr The problem is severe lack of competition in the relatively tiny Australian market. Telstra are incompetent bandits and Vodafone is no better than Optus.

  • jphannaford 💧Julie Hannaford (@jphannaford) reported

@Telstra No Matthew, lagging download has not improved. Could someone from Telstra please contact me about this. I believe it is a Telstra issue as Twitter is downloading without issue on 4G

  • Willtech101 Willtech (@Willtech101) reported

@Telstra Chat is a good idea for accountability, at least there is chat history. It is far better than going to the store where they do not know what the person I spoke with on the telephone has organised and then never being able to get back onto the person who assisted when I

  • DarkMJC James Carthew (@DarkMJC) reported

@PeterWMurphy1 Telecom wasn't an achievement. It set the nation up for private ownership of Telstra, an unmitigated disaster that was unwound by NBN. Advance Australia Fair was also a bad call.

  • Blazeo16 Blazeo (@Blazeo16) reported

Thanks a lot @Telstra you useless pieces of ******* ****

  • pauloliver9999 Paul Oliver (@pauloliver9999) reported

@elonmusk -Starlink in Australia $139 per month and a $450 sign on fee. You obvipusly have never spent time in Australia, Telstra / optus $110 per month no upfront fee.

  • raejmorgan Rae 🎃🔪 (@raejmorgan) reported

Lol @Telstra sending me on a wild goose chase from one store to another, to wait 90 minutes to be told that their system won't allow them to process anything there. Your customer service is an actual joke.

  • daveray99 Dave Ray (@daveray99) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Am I the only person thinking @Telstra's "5G" mobile network is utter trash? For the last week it's been abysmal. And yes: I've cleared the cache and restarted my device.

  • freddie_moffat Freddie Moffat (@freddie_moffat) reported

@Telstra is there an NBN outage in 3161 Caulfield North? NBN hasn't been working since last night. The uplink light on my connection box is continuously blinking.
