My dads home phone number was hacked by scammers! He has received 100s of calls from people, many abusive! They have requested to change the number but @Telstra still haven’t changed it & the calls are still coming every minute!! It’s a horrible experience & no one seems to care

@Telstra No delay connecting. Connected, worked fine for a week, now drops out. Problem is no singular point of contact to raise/resolve the fault. Multiple service tickets, SMS, app messages. No ability to speak to anyone.

6. 80% of phone order was disclaimers about a landline, which I did not have, want or need. 7. Process to connect to @Telstra NBN was good. 8. It now drops out constantly. Corralled into raising service faults via live chat and SMS has resulted in 4 service tickets, no action.

@Telstra My husband was able to do it from his work & organise the text exchange to troubleshoot the problem and determine that we required a new modem. It would have been quicker and easier to talk to a person. It is fixed now. Thank you.

@AnarchistDicky Years ago had a line fault pre NBN ... had ADSL. Telstra tech attended. Ran out if time, will be back Monday, that was over 3 years ago. Never seen or heard of again. FTTN arrived, had to live with the hand I was dealt. Bye Telstra...The enemy of the people.
