    @Telstra You neglected to include that one of my case managers offered to reimburse me for the time I was required to wait for a technician to attend my house (2 days) when the Telstra systems broke down and eventually sent the technician on the 3rd day.2/4

    @Telstra That’s a shame as my complaint is as much about how they’ve mis-managed and exasperated my problems as the unstable internet connection and 3 months without a land line.

    @telstra, wow do you get a complaint escalated out of the overseas call center to an on shore one. 3 months worth of unstable internet and countless phone calls to your call center is taking its toll.

    @Optus My Feedback to you guys. Been a customer for a long time first time the network had a outage since I become a customer very happy with service I love to say Optus is the best network I like it more then Telstra. Telstra is rip off network

    @timdawes @Telstra I have never spoken to an Australian on the phone when calling Telstra. I ask them everytime where they are located and they tell me, every time, Philippines.

    @Telstra Yep I think the issue is my phone is provided by work thats the $5 offer, I guess my almost $400 a month spend isn't enough for that level discount.

    Dear @Telstra may a human please help fix an issue you promised was fixed in December 2020. I tried to call but got redirected to lodge the fault via a text msg. The landline / internet for our old house was transferred to the new owners but we have received the last two bills.

    @Telstra_news Yes cause your Indian call centre workers turned my service off after two days because it wasn't meant to be on for 13 days. Telstra good for stealing Aussies money. Take your company to India and ****** stay there.
