@telstra, wow do you get a complaint escalated out of the overseas call center to an on shore one. 3 months worth of unstable internet and countless phone calls to your call center is taking its toll.

@Telstra That’s a shame as my complaint is as much about how they’ve mis-managed and exasperated my problems as the unstable internet connection and 3 months without a land line.

@tamsinbirch @Optus I’ve hit *exactly* this kind of stupid-unkind behaviour from Optus since using them a dozen years ago. Please know that Telstra, Optus, Vodafone are large companies that want large customers. If you can give your business to AussieBB or Superloop, you’ll be doing better.

How lucky am I?! Just had a call from a gentleman 'from Telstra' wanting to help with 'foreign IP addresses' on my network! And it didn't matter I wasn't with Telstra! "Unfortunately, I don't have Internet", I said. "Well, **** off, then", he replied. Thanks, +63 37 067 5866!

@Telstra another fault with my nbn service today. I have repeatedly had faults over the past couple of weeks since scheduled maintenance occurred. Each has resulted in laborious help desk interaction resulting in a temporary restoration of the service the same fault reappear.

@Telstra I checked the outage tracker and there are none in my area. I have a vce student, two other high school students and two adults who are working from home. I have raised cases with the support service but I am also hampered by our 4G back up service that doesn’t work.

If #COVID isn’t inhibiting small business enough, you can count on @auspost (website is down constantly), @Wix (their platform is simply defective) and @Telstra (cut my net without warning) - aka giant corporations with a lot more money than me - to neglect doing their job.

@MaxLoomes I live in a little town in NSW My apprentice can’t go to TAFE because of lockdown. Last two times she has needed to do her course online our town has had scheduled blackouts for power upgrade. 1.5 hrs and Optus and Telstra go down No NBN nothing 2021 Christ it’s like 1821
