    @telstra, wow do you get a complaint escalated out of the overseas call center to an on shore one. 3 months worth of unstable internet and countless phone calls to your call center is taking its toll.

    @Telstra You neglected to include that one of my case managers offered to reimburse me for the time I was required to wait for a technician to attend my house (2 days) when the Telstra systems broke down and eventually sent the technician on the 3rd day.2/4

    @Telstra That’s a shame as my complaint is as much about how they’ve mis-managed and exasperated my problems as the unstable internet connection and 3 months without a land line.

    @melkettle @Telstra TELSTRA has had another system change, which corrupted account info. Without my consent or any request, my acc has changed to email billing, account info has changed & TELSTRA is refusing to accept complaints over the phone. They tell you to lodge it online & hang up!! 😡

    OMFG @Telstra 1hr and 3 people later you still can’t give me any definitive answers. If you are going to out source your “customer service” at least try and find people who actually know what the hell they are doing 🤬 I am so done with the bullshit

    @Telstra @jimmyrees Hi telstra on 10 Aug one guy placed 2 sim plan orders for 45 xs and 15 xs mobile broadband never heard or got the order only ref he gave me 17284681 and ref GESPO000453669 spoke to cust serv they say will follow call never did and got stopped from. Chat messages failed to help.

    @Telstra 25 mins on the phone to be told right at end of T&Cs that I am calling too early (4 weeks before) to arrange my internet and need to call back in 3 weeks. Why? Why do I need to call in the first place? I have an account and all the details you need. Just awful.
