    @Telstra That’s a shame as my complaint is as much about how they’ve mis-managed and exasperated my problems as the unstable internet connection and 3 months without a land line.

    @Telstra You neglected to include that one of my case managers offered to reimburse me for the time I was required to wait for a technician to attend my house (2 days) when the Telstra systems broke down and eventually sent the technician on the 3rd day.2/4

    @telstra, wow do you get a complaint escalated out of the overseas call center to an on shore one. 3 months worth of unstable internet and countless phone calls to your call center is taking its toll.

    @Telstra I accidentally hit the $150 pre-paid recharge and I'm having great difficulty finding a way to correct my error or talk to a human. I will go hungry if I can't correct this. I have an ABI so please don't offer a complicated solution, I'm already shaking with trauma..

    @Telstra Why should I consider your service if you only price match. That sounds like you’re trying to put real price cutters out of business whereas they should be encouraged. Far too many of big players indulge in this game rather than being competitive. #ShareholdersBeforeCustomers!!

    Telstra screwed up our work phone for 3 months as we exited Lockdown in November. No patients could contact us, message services jammed and we suffered immeasurably. It took the Ombudsman's intervention to fix the issue.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia we are now on day I can't remember of the runaround over our NBN issue. It is groundhog day again and we are over it BIG TIME. If one of you doesn't get this sorted quickly it will end at the ombudsman. Sort it please.

    My God, hundreds of phone calls, attempts to talk to virtual assistants, complaints to consumer advocates, calls to Indian call centres, and social media team, and five weeks on, @Telstra continues to cancel my orders, send the wrong modem, not connect NBN, REPEATEDLY.
