@Telstra Please sort out your Telstra App staff who don’t appear to have customer enquires high on their priority list. It is also disappointing to find out you changed the upfront plans without the #eSim feature which was previously available. 😑

@Telstra Yes, well that’s what I would expect from Telstra. However, the service on the Telstra messaging app is very poor. Experts take ages to respond, encourage you to accept it and some enquires have spanned over a day to resolve. My eSim enquires has been unresolved for two days.
