    @realmeAustralia I am having an odd issue with your X3 , i am on my second handset, and the problem is that my Telstra Sim no longer allows me access to the internet. Was working perfectly fine up until Friday. Works in my Moto without an issue.

    @Telstra I have spoke with staff 4 times regarding bills you keep charging for a cancelled service, each time being told it was rectified only to get more bills. Now you’re attempting to extort me with debt collection company and when I try contact you I can’t speak with anyone!

    @beestydi Other way around, if YOU call the other party and DONT hang up the phone is engaged Telstra can fix but probably hours. Their may be other variations but what I described USED to work.

    @Telstra I've been a Telstra customer for 15+ years & had to Switch Out recently, as your Customer Service team don't care anymore, about customers like me, who want to pay just for the service they need and use ! $65/Month is definitely a Lot of money, for a Sim Only plan.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia well so much for arranging to have someone at home between 1 and 5 this afternoon for an NBN technician call. Telstra Support has just admitted that NBN cancelled this callout at 9:17a.m. on Saturday morning-a day when we had 7 dropouts of NBN! Outrageous!

    @Uyghhfg @TelstraEnt Just wait Telstra is getting smaller very quickly with their bad performance in service. I am not certain they will be better when they are smaller.
