@Telstra Did I “open a complaint”? Depends what you mean Did I beg to have my case escalated as I was shunted from one poor bewildered low level person who asked for my MAC number after another, from one platform to another Sure did /2

  • NGruen1 Nicholas Gruen (@NGruen1) reported

@Telstra Did anyone escalate me? Did you escalate me? No You schmoozed me Did anyone have the authority to escalate me? I didn’t find anyone to do so I found lots of nice, bewildered, disempowered people doing their best Did I file a ‘complaint’? I’d call it a complaint /4

  • NGruen1 Nicholas Gruen (@NGruen1) reported

@Telstra But your management system may not Anyway, you’re Telstra — you can look it all up in the notes Except you can’t Because your job is schmoozing, not really solving anyone’s problems And you don’t have access to the system to solve anyone’s problems do you?

  • NGruen1 Nicholas Gruen (@NGruen1) reported

@Telstra Did I beg you guys to help me — you know all four or five of you Sure did Did you shunt me from one person to another, one platform to another where I proved my identity, provided my MAC number, was left to wait and then cut off THREE TIMES Sure did /3

@Telstra just stfu your no, help

  • sarahfield99 Sarah Field (@sarahfield99) reported

@Telstra I think so but signal is still painful slow or non existent. Doing a Speedtest it hardly registers anything. Is there a visible sign on the modem?

  • MauriceWerder Maurice Werder (@MauriceWerder) reported

Phone companies such as Telstra, Optus etc. provide a service to people and entities that allow them to contact and steal from other people. Should Telstra be held accountable like other social media companies and platforms?

  • sarahfield99 Sarah Field (@sarahfield99) reported

@Telstra is there currently an nbn outage? As I have had no internet since 2.30pm. I have checked my address and it will isn’t showing as an outage. I have rebooted my modem a couple of times. Essendon 3040

  • iamshaunbailey Commander In Chief (@iamshaunbailey) reported

@Telstra Your link suggests this is only a problem for android phones? I’m using an iPhone so how do I stop them?

  • JohnVampirz {IR Robot} (@JohnVampirz) reported

And now to add to it, the data allowance for one of my plans has been reduced, even though we still don't have the phones for the new plan. WTF Telstra
