Help me @Telstra ... my "Unlimited" internet has found a limit. We have no internet and the ppl on the phone said we have to wait until tomorrow for level 2. I need to send and recieve tcp/ip and udp packets ASAP. Please help. We've had to resort to face to face communication...

  • MopOfVirtue The Mop of Virtue (@MopOfVirtue) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra your internet is down in Concord... again... after being down for half a month and up again for a week. This is bloody pathetic.

  • leo_cadle 💧 Makin' a Mess #ARRF 🇦🇺 (@leo_cadle) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

So mad, Telstra/NBN just disconnected me with not a single email or call, because they want me to move my cable service to nbn, to get the same plan would cost me $60 a month extra, and it will take 10 business days

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported from Newstead, State of Victoria

@Telstra The specialist team never contacted me despite the message here that it had been escalated to them. So many failures from your side in handling this matter.

  • skwashd Dave Hall (@skwashd) reported from Newstead, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks for the boilerplate response. I feel like a valued customer. The issue is the complaints team are unwilling not unable to resolve this matter.

  • iB3nji Ben (@iB3nji) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales

@Telstra_news “Telstra operate the nation’s only 5G network”. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure @Optus has 5G too.

  • eileen_1956 Eileen B Kenny (@eileen_1956) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Red_and_Blue26 You might live to rue going to Optus. They have not purchased adequate broadband & the NBN highlights that. 10 weeks with no solution - hello Telstra, bye bye Optus. Not one second of regret, we have not dropped out once in over 3 months with T.

  • AngelaSlatter Angela Slatter (@AngelaSlatter) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@EmmetOC_ @Telstra "It will take 2 hours to fix." "It will take 24hrs to fix." "No, wait, 1hr." "Or 2-3hrs." "It will be fixed as soon as you get off this call."

  • davidsalesy David Sales (@davidsalesy) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra I don't have a service.... trying to port over. Still waiting. No one can ring me.
