    Yet another indian call centre #scam on the phone, once again "#telstra will cut me off", asked politely "is your mother proud of this work that you do". Wow, so quick today to tell me to "SHUT ******** UP!" and hang up on me. She sounded so scripted up to that point

    @Telstra 5 hours and 4 messaging conversations and still no wifi. It’s been months. This is the worst customer service ever. Cannot understand why we stay with you. Terrible customer service and defective product.

    @Telstra I’ve been on hold on & off with you for at least an hour & a half. This doesn’t include talk time with customer service rep. We’ve had an ongoing issue with our business account that you seem unable to fix. What are my next steps before I go crazy??????

    Reason 3 why to stop using @Telstra. They get a move date wrong and disconnect your service 2 weeks early. When you try to contact them they say they will call back in 24-48 hours.
