    @a_cul21 Can’t even watch the game myself, the hostel here In Ayr only give me 500mb of WiFi and my Telstra signal is non existent 😂

    @sammiedude88 @Telstra I changed my plan to the new ones after the @Telstra app bugged me about them. Can confirm my speed reduced from 40 down to 20. Apparently they can’t change it back, waiting for a response to my complaint in getting this resolved. Same plan name, different speeds 😡

    @Fillydrunk Telstra is horrible - always had slow connection with them + now you can’t get through to them at all bc their customer service is non-existent. Telstra is by far the worst of them all. Optus has been lots of help over the phone but they need to do better with this appt thing :/

    @Telstra waited 5 hours on the online chat with Telstra. In 2020 when U need internet use ANYONE but Telstra. There goes 20+years of service. What a joke

    @Telstra I get a "There was an issue displaying your account" message from the MyTelstra app. I've twice been taken through all the "have you tried this" steps, promised that the "back of house team" will be in contact, and heard nothing.

    Hey @Telstra your 1800 135 103 says it’s not open til 1:00, that has well passed, I’m hold to your help line for 45 mins and no one is responding to chat. Is anybody out there??

    @Telstra I have an incident that has been closed.. no contact no discussion, just closed.. do we think it might be an idea to let the customer know any findings..? Maybe even contact that customer? #serviceorlackof #telstra

    @Telstra how do I actually get someone to respond? I have followed all your ridiculous processes fir logging issues and nothing. I even have a fully managed business service and they don’t respond either.
