@w_m_evans Telstra are a nightmare to deal with I took them to the ombudsman and they didn't give a **** they are corporate criminals

  • farmgrrrl82 Mel McAndrew (@farmgrrrl82) reported

@Telstra @danking265 Telstra boosters are a waste of time! I had to get a Yagi & a smart antenna to get service and it still only works half the time. If there's a cloud in the sky forget it.

  • LadyDaemontus 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕄𝕚𝕟𝕩𝕠𝕘𝕪𝕟𝕚𝕤𝕥™🦇🔞(OG 𝐿𝒶𝒹𝓎 𝒟) (@LadyDaemontus) reported

@Avigncourt Exactly but explaining that and trying to get that through to them is the nightmare part. Also explaining to them what landline connections are for the modems that Telstra still sends. One lady my uncle spoke to didn’t understand what ******** a landline was.

  • ZeroZelath Zero (@ZeroZelath) reported

@Optus @caraxian yes you guys need to fix this so we can play... maybe you can also sort your network routing entirely so it's not 200ms to JP servers instead of 130ms that telstra has.

  • ShyAlbatross79 Bruce Hutchison 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⛵⏳ (@ShyAlbatross79) reported

@JaneCaro The way it goes. MyGov, Telstra & co - "operational changes to make life easier". Never is. #loosinghair

  • sarahgilard76 Sarah Gillard (@sarahgilard76) reported

@Telstra I’m a gold status customer and this connection is over 2 years. I was told after three cancellations for a technician it’s been sent to level 2 support? Whatever that is and that someone would call me in 12 hours. That’s after I spent 3 hours on the phone. And no one has called

  • joelpearson22 Joel Pearson (@joelpearson22) reported

@Telstra the customer assistant bot is pathetic, any way I can chat with an actual person. About to switch to another provider it’s that bad.

  • sarahgilard76 Sarah Gillard (@sarahgilard76) reported

@Telstra Yes that’s right. I’ve lodged a complaint as after weeks and cancelled appointments we still have no internet. I can work, my daughter is doing her HSC. It’s unacceptable after weeks we still have no resolution. And going off Telstra DMs there is nothing you can do either

  • shusseina Steve (@shusseina) reported

@Telstra Hi Tom, I wish to raise a complaint with Telstra, how do I do that?

  • sarah_andros88 Xr globalised (@sarah_andros88) reported
