    @Telstra I have tried 3 times to upgrade my telstra NBN and never got past the chat widget. 5 hours in one instance chatting to 5 different people and with each new person, I had to repeat everything. Finally, a notice comes up saying they are now closed, try again during following hours.

    My partner visited a @Telstra store to pick up our NBN modem two weeks ago, but we've had issues & been relying on "back-up" data since. Turns out Telstra have been trying to connect to THE WRONG ADDRESS, & even sent a technician there yesterday. The ineptitude is staggering 🙄
