    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @Optus very disappointed, I was assured I would be called by noon with a plan to fix my ongoing @NBN_Australia problem. No call yet again!! It is clear no interest in keeping me as a customer. @Telstra you want to chat?

    @Telstra Sure, grab a time machine and pop back to 2002. I'm sure you assisted at the time. And probably the poor bugger whose leg was broken at the Julia creek Hotel. Unlikely they wouldn't have had job related health care .

    Dear @Optus & @Telstra is there ANYTHING that you can do to reduce or eradicate the spam text messages that are coming through with context of asking about videos or DHL deliveries - it's beyond a joke with the frequency of receiving them - your help would be much appreciated

    So with the storm internet went down. With Telstra. "If you are experiencing outages visit help" ????? No fkn internet. Ring service " If you ring through the MyTelstraApo answered 4 times quicker." Why????? Then on call wait and disconnects. WTF Telstra

    Finally, we have our internet back after six days. Long story, but it wasn't @Telstra's fault and I've been pleased with its efforts to get NBN to resolve the problem. Helps to get in touch via Twitter in the first instance.

    @Telstra My connection is so slow or intermittent on such a regular basis that I can’t even use the help messaging on your app. Hence the public frustration. Really gets some attention though I must say.
