Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Michael Fong (@fkhmichael) reported@Telstra Thanks Phil & Matthew. I was in Lidcombe when the 1st SMS was sent which had such problem. I was near Town Hall when I sent the 2nd SMS. Both happened on Wednesday. I haven't sent any SMS on Thursday so I am not sure if I still have the issue or if the issue has been resolved.

Lindy Bassett ❄️ (@lindybassett) reported@Ballyurra It’s probably Turnbull’s ratshit NBN BUT iiNet service is much nicer than Telstra. Also, log a case with the telecommunications ombudsman online. You get a case reference number immediately and Telstra move your complaint to a team that can actually give you your money back.
