Joshua McKinnon (@corduroy) reported from Blaxland, New South WalesIs Telstra mobile really crap in the Mountains, or is it because I’m using a cheap reseller? I can rarely watch a 3m video without massive pauses, even with 2-3-4 bars of reception.
-
Shaun Ewing (@swewing) reported from Glenbrook, New South WalesWith @Telstra being down there’s no EFTPOS at my local shops. Couldn’t get cash from any of the ATMs as they’re all down too. Managed to withdraw cash at the post office to pay for groceries. Thanks for still providing that service @auspost - we’re not going to be cashless yet.

Belindasmilne (@belindasmilne) reported@PerrettReport Yep. Heaps of times. Windows too (I’m a Mac user) I usually tell them “I’m not with Telstra and neither are you” If it’s Windows I tell them “the only Windows around here have curtains in them” These days I let the answering machine get them (they always hang up)

Kstov (@cjsz90) reportedCountless hours trouble shooting and doing Telstra job. I no longer have the patience to explain the issue to 4, different people only to have then run through the same steps. I'm done with jumping through hoops for a paid service that isn't delivered as required.

Kstov (@cjsz90) reported@Telstra After following the link, it advises if there are any medical conditions to call 13 22 03. The land line is not working and I dont get reception where I live.
