Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

I had Foxtel, dropped as soon as I could unbundle it. The paclage I have now (off-contract) is $119 per month including the speed pack for 100/5Mbps. HFC arrives April. I can get a better plan from @Aussie_BB. Tough call (not).

Telstra make up your mind and please communicate with your call centre in the Phillipines. It is not fair to them . A more accurate outcome timevwould be helpful too....

It is not due to be fixed until Friday 25th Feb . I would like 5 days credit please ....
