    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra A late fee? The issue is being charged for services that were impacted i.e. unavailable completely or at very slow speeds. And yes a late fee charged for non-payment of none to poor services.

    @Optus You are such a disappointment. Your customer service is dead. 2.5 hours I have been trying to get help and still not resolved. I think it is time to change to @Telstra.

    @roobiefox Moved house 18mnths ago, the absolute worst NBN, @Telstra contacted almost weekly...crickets...eventually complained to TIO and falling now over themselves, sending out a tech..."Platinum" one no less...to fix a problem I supposedly don't have...we'll see if the tech turns up...

    ... (Continued from above) .. When the Copper Wire Network was (supposedly) Turned Off, Telstra or the N.B.N. should've Replaced Those Copper Wires, at 'THEIR' EXPENSE: It wasn't the Choice of Subscribers, so We Shouldn't Have To Pay For It.

    @Torkium @Telstra Kogan mobile is definitely the cheapest if you wait for their deals. Have the young fella on a 365 day prepaid - 300gb unlimited calls & text & only paid $140. Also using Felix mobile for a modem as we don't have an nbn box. Unlimited data, calls & text for $35 pm. Works a treat

    @roobiefox I am still furious about all the upselling that Telstra did to my elderly parents. Some of the bills for their antiquated flip usage were over $900 - & they barely knew how to turn them on! The helpful Telstra salesperson just kept adding more useless features. **** Telstra.

    @roobiefox Telstra still operates like a monopoly, charge as a premium service which they aren’t, is very difficult to fix things. I am in the process of disengaging entirely from any of their products and will never go back. @Telstra
