Dr Laksmi Sakura (@LaksmiSg) reported@redruby17 @kathy_skidmore1 @Optus I use Aldi - they have an automatic recharge on their prepay so it functions like a plan, use Telstra lines so great regional /rural coverage, unlimited calls/texts and data plans that you can choose from to set your price. Ive never run out and am on the $25/month plan.

Rural AUS Matters! 💉💉💉💉 (@UndaSthnXiStand) reportedFor those who’ve been having mobile phone issues of late, it’s NOT your handset that’s the problem. I discovered yesterday that TELSTRA has already switched off approx 70% of the 3G phone network! Making matters worse, TELSTRA is experiencing significant issues with 4G VoLTE.

Ann Kreger (@AnnKreger) reported@ClareONeilMP I am an Optus and Medicare customer who received a very plausible Telstra bill look alike scam email today. Companies must be required to their improve cybersecurity and have expensive consequences for not protecting customer data.

Megan ((Abortion is Healthcare)) (@427_Impala) reportedYour online SIM activation portal is broken, @telstra. I can't type in half the ID verification fields. Now have to go into a store, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Well done for having worse customer service than Optus. I had almost forgotten.

Craig Healey (@CraigHealey14) reported@Telstra currently 3rd attempt at connecting a new data plan to our account. Just on 2 hours, 3 calls and one hang up #telstramakesbusinesshard
-
Jules (@itsjustjules97) reported@Telstra We called. They said we’d been called twice already. They actually left a note on the case yesterday of what number of ours they should call. I got my phone to work for a couple minutes and your “expert” was calling the phone with the fault that has no service. So doesn’t work.

real halo lore facts (@PostingGeneral) reported@Works_Fudge ALP's plan was to give Telstra $11 billion to disconnect customers from CAN and HFC networks to connect to NBN. Libs just amended the existing agreement to use the networks as well. Telstra's HFC network was used for Foxtel and internet.
