@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra I have checked my address and there were no issues. My internet speed has now gone back to its normal, criminally slow, 6mpbs down and 0.2mbps up that drops out every 30 minutes.

@StevenGeorgant1 @PCKJ3627 @AussiemacJ The black hole of internet land. Telstra has a terrible reputation in our region. A local community centre cldnt get them to fix their internet access (crashed) 4 over 3 months. Eventually changed providers and were able to get access in a day or so.

Years ago, I hit the wrong thing and ended up booking a flight to Los Angeles when I thought I was clicking for more details. Luckily we wanted to go there.

@Telstra Hi, I'm trying to port my landline number, only you disconnected it without giving me any kind of notification. You still sent me a bill for the service, though! Now your support is telling me I'll need to pay for a NEW service to get my number reconnected.
