It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@TheMisterEpic1 @Telstra yeah but here in brazil its kinda worse because of the pandemic, many services have lost speed because of the demand, it loses speed at rainy days, and even stops working quite often on those, providers are only obligated do give 80% of the service; extremley expensive as well

Seriously, every ******* interaction I have ever had with @Telstra has involved waiting for an absurd amount of time on the phone (often more than once) for **** that should just be easy. Stop being incompetent, stop funneling your billions to investors instead of support.

@Telstra Updated my plan to Google Pixel 5 w Redeemable Hub Max. Code never came and have now contacted support 5 seperate times with no code and no resolution. It is a joke and this online only support is terrible, they are useless. THE WORST customer service experience

@garydlum No actually great news now! Telstra modem arrived today & works a treat. So now gotta go back to office works and take the other one that's not working back - fingers crossed I'll get a refund. Pity it didn't come earlier so I didn't up my phone plan! Oh well. I need CFS alerts!

@Biggy1883 Yep, sometimes I even get to talk to the scammer on the other end. I tell them I’ll just go get my husband to speak to them as he works for the tax office/microsoft/Telstra. They hang up immediately and calls drop off for a few weeks til new scammers join the company.
