    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @CoastlineSA @AmandaRishworth I used to handle my Mum's govt issues, and Telstra etc. Feel your pain. There are much better ways to run these depts. I am sure the inbuilt difficulties are based on the concept that a certain percentage of people will give up on claiming their full eligibilities.

    @WhistleOut_AU My Telstra Premium NBN for which I've paid since NBN was available. Was faster, however, I received a message telling me my area was not capable of the speed I supposedly had, in fact was only capable of about 50% of it. The very next day it became so slow I cancelled Netflix...

    @IaenCordell If they are anything like my experience with Telstra, they won’t admit there’s any problem while there’s an outage. But tomorrow they will tell you all about what went wrong yesterday.

    @telstra why did you change the payment system for mobile phones? Why do we need to login with a password? Obviously so enjoyable to keep track. And your positive feedback form ran into a problem so I can't use it. Please restore Pay now.

    @amy001m @rgell1 @kayosports_help I did that too.. Wi-Fi and 4G. Browser and app on both iPad and iPhone, and soon Telstra tv. Absolutely no luck 😭 I’ve never had the paid version
