    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @Telstra / @NBN_Australia another day and another outage. There are NO CONFIRMED outages in our area on Telstra or NBN side. Can someone PLEASE tell me what the hell is happening in the Bass Hill 2197 area? We’ve had this ongoing now for over 6 weeks.

    If you rebranded Porsche by Volkswagen, sales would plummet. The Porsche customers don’t see themselves as Volkswagen drivers, take Boost Australia we use the powered by Telstra Network but not "By Telstra" minor difference in words by major impact in consumers minds.

    @Telstra Thanks Cas. We tried that. Yesterday. Didn't work. So we tried again today. Staff told us that a fix wasn't possible and neither was a refund. Really poor service.

    Terrible experience at #Telstra. Been on the service for a year, but needed to go in store to verify my ID to purchase another device outright. Not even a passport, Aus drivers license, 2 credit cards, Medicare card could I be verified to purchase the item. Dehumanizing.

    @DocB__ @iiNet It’s not a comp, I know, but it took me three months to cancel my Telstra account….rural nsw, hopeless, replaced them with a local company run by switched on kids who have comms tower on a nearby hill, faster, very reliable, friendly and cheaper….
