    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    My international roaming experience using @Telstra has be woeful - from no data and no phone connection to consistently being unable to access message bank. Have lost valuable work time reporting with no permanent fix - service has been appalling! #notgoodenough @Telstra_news

    @Telstra Well it's been going on since Feb so I'm not holding my breath Dan.Nothing wrong with customer service ppl & not their fault.Too hard trying to run a rural business without phone or internet. We're not asking for anything other than to have great service restored to what it was.

    @Magpie1954nBird Maybe add what the issue is? If it's their customer service, there are other providers who use telstra towers. If it's the reception that's the issue, check the optus coverage map online, then get a cheap pre-paid sim card to test at home before you actually move your number.

    @Magpie1954nBird They've just increased their lowest level to $15 pm now, with 3gb of data. Belong owned by Telstra, We've never run low on data, 'cos on wifi at home. We save the banked data for holidays, which we're not bothered abt taking atm. Never had a prob of note & their support is good.

    @Telstra After working with your support team who failed 8 times to connect nbn to my house in Lorne I think I’ll pass up wasting my time. At a high level, your business knows there is a black spot. Just fix it.

    @Magpie1954nBird I use Aldi and Boost. Boost apparently uses the "full" Telstra service while Aldi is on the B-team. Haven't really noticed in city and country areas.
