It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Telstra Given @Telstra didnt assist previously when I flagged these issues, I dont expect any assistance now. I have repeated those issues in a DM but I would prefer to raise this in the open so that your other customers can see how bad it is dealing with you.

@couriermail I worked for Telstra for 26 years - NOW I'm just embarrassed I did. My family was sent to Australia as convicts, it wasn't their choice now this ***** thinks we should be embarrassed. I hope customer churn to other suppliers over her arrogance.

@PhilGould15 @Telstra easier solution would be just make a new throwaway email account and register with that, or even use the misses’ email address. with most apps etc these days you can’t have two accounts under the 1 email, but if you really want the old one ring kayo support 🤝

@Law_Girl_ I hated Telstra from back in the 2000’s because of their **** adsl and customer service. I avoided them for 20 years. Decided to try their 5G. Pretty average coverage. After the behaviour of their CEO I’m heading back to Optus. And to think Telstra was once a government entity.
