    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @ScallywagRay @Telstra When you privatise an essential service like Telstra -companies cut services to the bone and so we end up with an inefficient service with a backlog due to fewer staff.

    @Telstra Wow, how good is this #auspol. I got a real bloke (not a robot) from @Telstra (Phil) to help me with my internet outage. If he comes good with his promises, I want to buy him a beer.

    @abcnews What the point? In our area the fed govt funded one operator only (Vodafone) with already awful coverage to build a new tower in our area. Meanwhile Telstra and Optus coverage remains as awful as ever.

    @ScallywagRay Our internet is down for 11 days...get that 11 days!! Telstra too understaffed to do better but luckily my son an IT expert & so I'm back on my computer & Netflix via my smartphone. Otherwise I was going to go mental watching Free To Air for 11 days😡

    6 hours on hold @Qantas so far…. REALLY! You cancelled my return flight for an overseas holiday. No explanation. Get an error when I try to “manage my booking” as you suggested, and I thought Telstra were bad, but Qantas customer service would be the worst ever.
