@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Telstra I wonder how many customers you are losing. Our office recently changed and with one pre-paid, locked handset, you'd think a professional organisation like @Telstra would help out an unlock (the 6 year old) device. So far, nothing been on the app all week #wasteoftime

Getting beyond a joke @telstra signal in #mooneeponds so poor it’s ridiculous. I have 2 phones on your network and almost unusabe. This the 3rd day in a row. All ok til I come here to MooneePonds i here a lot Pls fix #telstra my friends on other networks ok.

@GeoffreyHuntley Why all three? For areas where only one has coverage? What do you find with that? I've been testing coverage in the bush of the Blue Mountains with an Optus and Telstra service in my phone. It's very, very rare to have one and not the other.

Gee me @Telstra internet at the new place spends more time dropped out than actually working. So much so I’ve got a text from them pretty much each day I’ve had it hooked up saying there’s an issue. Kinda thankful I don’t get one every time it’s out or I’d get 100 a day easy.

@HalcyonDivide Fellow Aussie here! I tried Xcloud on my friend's phone with a Switch Pro Controller! Connection: 5GHZ NBN Telstra Speeds: 42 down 16-18 up Generally latency was pretty good, just expect slightly less than a traditional console. First person shooters are aren't recommended
