    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @vincentMnard2 @elonmusk @SpaceX Out of interest, is your mobile internet bad? In Australia my Telstra 4g mobile internet is up at 200Mbps, and would be a real alternative if I didn’t have cable internet. (If push came to shove and my whole suburb needed it it’d be less congested that all going to Starlink too).

    . @Telstra is literally the worst internet provider ever. have had no internet for 3 days and your staff do not respond to messages and dodge phone calls every chance they get. absolutely disgusted

    @Telstra Nope no known issues, you have had problems with this area before. Same issues at 40 Marcus Clarke st canberra.

    Can anyone recommend an internet/NBN provider? Have called @Telstra “customer service” several times but keep getting sent links then hung up on 😕😣 not great customer service so thinking to go elsewhere. Help please! 🙌🏼

    My @Telstra cable internet got cut off on Saturday. Waiting over 2.5 hours for online support for the 3rd time just for a human to acknowledge let alone try to fix. Nothing. No other way to contact them. Time to move to a diff telco, one who uses humans in Australia.
