@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@ObrienBig @Telstra Its to stop people not paying the bill when there service is not working ! NBN mainly as with Covid service has gone the way of the Dinosaurs ! I have lost count of the amount of people not paying till there service is working !

@gabriellechan Yep. At the beginning of the week Optus 4G dropped back to 3G and service died. Swapped SIMs to Telstra 4G on the same tower and all was ok. N idea why. Just happens now and then.

@Telstra no not the same ! Netflix, stan ect. can be canceled ! when a service dose not work ! And never been double charged by them ever ! If there service stops working its $15 down the drain not $100's , no 10 hour phone call or sunting from app to phone with no action ever !!!

@Telstra Not me thank the gods ! Im a tech and deal with it day after day , also try to help people online throw the telstra web forum , and there are 100's of people on there getting the run around as well. Its been bad for years but with covid its know 100's of times worse.

@Telstra All I want to do is update my NBN plan but apparently that’s really complicated even after telling the 24/7 Telstra app messaging service exactly what I want and being told 3 days in a row that it will be done 24 hours and still hasn’t. Help?

@Telstra So telstra I have $145 credit on my telstra bank account but it seems it wasnt reconigsed by your machines and it still tried to withdraw money from my bank account and now says i'm overdue... Can I get some help so the credit pays the overdue bill??

@_Willo_ lodge online. It costs Telstra to deal with the complaint, so they’ll try to resolve it early. I think it’s $500 straight up for them to liaise with the ombudsman’s office. It goes up dramatically if they are found at fault. Telstra have their internal team that will contact you

@Telstra Hi Telstra. When are you going to offshore the technicians as well? I’m sure you’re looking into it. Your appalling autopay and inability of “customer service” to fix it are forcing me to reconsider all my services.
