@CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Telstra Jessica, I can log in, but I cannot access any service. I get an error saying “something went wrong”. I’ve contacted support many times, they all promise to fix it, no fix. I also cannot access my locator account. It appears something is wrong with my profile.

@Telstra This problem extends to all online services. For example, if I am logged in, I cannot even access the Telstra store... if I log out, I can. This is not an issue with the app, its an issue in Telstra internal systems.

@AlboMP I’ve just posted for the 2nd time a plea to the Federal LNP and Telstra for my cousins in fire ravaged Mallacoota. They can’t work from home as the internet is so slow/ dropping out. If this continues, when the fires come back, as they will, lives will be lost.

@Telstra I am lodging my complaint to the telecommunicatiins ombudsman as I said I would do. Telstra has lost our familily home phone number of 55 years where it is critical now as my Dad is dying of cancer and no family can phone him and all the Doctors have a disconnected #

@Telstra Still recovering from heatstroke and catching up on missed urgent calls on the revived competitor phone (which seems to have now been SIM-hacktivisted or something). Will return to remote outpost service sales outlet & try for refund on dud phone when temperature less threatening

@Telstra @Telstra Nbn gone down... no tech support... 4g back up not working at useable speed unless .012mbs is acceptable. Mobile phone sitting on modem works fine... $90 a month lucky I’m paying the extra $20 over cheaper providers

@Telstra No there are none. This has been the same rubbish service for the last 10 days....and the same for the first 2 weeks of December. Our internet in Australia is an international embarrassment
