@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

Telstra: contact us to gift loyalty points to another member. Four days of back and forth with @Telstra: They also need to contact support to list you as an authorised representative. I could’ve transferred @Qantas points in 10 mins. Why do Telstra treat customers like this?

@Telstra I've tried 10+ times. The end result is the same: they monitor the line for a few hours and say there is no problem and close the ticket. I keep telling them to monitor the line for a few days because the dropouts don't occur everyday but they don't listen. So we go round&round

Filled out the @Telstra name change form a few months ago, nothing got updated so reached out to their chat support tonight, looks like the agents are unable to check an account without forcing you to deadname yourself. I'd rather they fix their system than update my account

@somewherein84 Telstra is by far the most expensive provider and also the worst for customer service. If you need the telstra service go through Woolworths.
