    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Telstra as a 30 year business customer all I want to do is see my accounts online and via the app just like I have always done and pay my bills but I can’t even pay my accounts because Telstra says I have none, it is impossible to actually EVER speak to anybody

    @jason_domenic @Telstra Every minute that I phoned Telstra I kept a note of. When I spoke to ombudsman I presented the argument that Telstra weren't abiding by our contract in that they had failed to provide the service that we had agreed upon. I was doing all the leg work so I billed them. Good luck.

    @Boatyboy1 I personally worked on a fix for software that ran telstra's DDN, that network provided clocking for the national electricity grid, try running AC distribution without synchronization, it won't last long.

    @Telstra nbn not connecting for 24 hours. Ring support. Says lines are busy and hangs up. Not great when you have kids that have to do homework online. Help please. We are paying for a service.

    @Telstra Reviews? Hard to describe how truly hopeless Telstra has become! Truly execrable customer ‘service’. Only a virtual ‘assistant’ now. No follow up on complaints. What a shocking business model. (How much is Andy Penn paid?) No wonder it’s being split into 3! Good luck with that!
