@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

How hard it is too deal with #Telstra as a Telstra business. I need a new mobile. Their appointment app doesn't work. Choose a store, an available date and time. Select and the app then states "something went wrong appointment no longer available. Multiple times! #PaulFletcher

I will forever take scam phone calls and pledge to do my best to keep them on the line as long as possible so that they arent calling someone who might get scammed. Ive had two "Telstra" calls in the last two days for home internet "issues". My home internet isn't with Telstra

Anyone care to share some of their phone/Internet bills costs. I went to @Optus b/c @Telstra were ****. Started well. No recent plan, they are charging $367 for 5 phones (not the latest) and Internet (that is NOT unlimited). So much for family plan. $60 per device?

@intern_amanda1 Never been called. Never been asked. My old landline was always a silent number. I do get a lot of calls and SMS's from Telstra, Amazon and the ATO, however.

@Telstra I get scam calls every day. Part of hosting websites for clients. It sucks. But ill continue to play my part.
