@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

Doing election research. Disappointed with how few parties have a technology policy. Only seen one that starts by saying "digital TV bad, analogue yay" and "don't sell any more of Telstra". It even references things from 2008. Update your tech policies people!

@Telstra Still the same issue after 20 days of troubleshooting and few different modems! And hours and hours of chatting over helpdesk - repetitive useless chats!! Such a waste of time.

@Strattyg When Telstra kicked me out after 28 years, the problem wasn't aceing the interview. I won the job at the first interview. The problem was it took 10.5 months to get that first interview. Found out later - never put your age (49 then) on your resume or you won't get in the door.

@decryption yar but it’s telstra and stupid pricing. and I’m with vodafone but it’s average service in the bush I’d prefer a telstra based mnvo for service. guess I’ll just wait it out!

I have been waiting on hold for @telstra for 60 minutes and now have been cut off. I have now called back to be told my call will be taken care of in 30-45 minutes. Your mytelstraapp which I should be able to use to book an appointment is not working ...
