@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

Yet another indian call centre #scam on the phone, once again "#telstra will cut me off", asked politely "is your mother proud of this work that you do". Wow, so quick today to tell me to "SHUT ******** UP!" and hang up on me. She sounded so scripted up to that point

@Telstra what is the go with getting help to fix wifi. Each time we log on to Help me and start a conversation, it’s cut off. We’ve had no home wifi for months but still paying full fees. Disgraceful and more than frustrating. Other providers looking very attractive @mcnamara_a

@HankMeyerNAPP It shouldn’t. If you’ve tried to resolve a problem without success then register a complaint with TIO. Your matter will get escalated and there’s a deadline set to resolve. It’s a very simple process to start. I’ve used it several times when frustrated with Telstra. Keep notes.

@Telstra just told to use your messaging service which is BLOODY USELESS. NBN failed on Saturday. Told issue escalated to level 2. Then told issue closed when I messaged today. Issue live and I need to know when it will be fixed. Have a 4 day conference on Thursday!
