@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@Telstra @JayStephens Yeah report many damage pits and covers and #Telstra months if not years later repair the damage by dumping a yellow lid on the damaged and rather spend money on say #5G 👍👍👍? @andy_penn

@Telstra @JayStephens Solutions for damaged pits especially covers is to ignore the damage and when they finally cough cough fix it is to put a yellow lid on the damage pit and cover and ignore it again.

I have been using @Optus for almost 3 years. Recently I tried @Telstra, upon comparing optus got the best customer service and App interface. I felt that telstra customer service team is bad at answering the queries. Who else thinks the same:

@TPG_Telecom apartment is being renovated, incorrect installation of NBN wall socket, no power point close. rendering it useless. Issue been highlighted for greater than 1 week. No contact with technician to fix issue. You have until Monday otherwise its 5G with @Telstra instead

Funny @Telstra 🤔 When I have an issue with my car, the OEM never asks me to dive under the bonnet with a fistful of spanners to try diagnose what might be going on before deeming my situation worthy of sending a mechanic.
