@Bondiward @Telstra To be fair Black Friday is an American thing Yes i understand Black Friday is about bushfires for us Australians Its just a bullshit marketing ploy to get you into the shops and buy crap at the same price thinking you are getting a deal

  • strexau Lex Strauss (@strexau) reported

Telstra's service is absolutely woeful - Been trying to get on the NBN since 4/9 - The Telstra App is terrible

  • Openmindedman7 Lone Dingo (@Openmindedman7) reported

@Telstra Maybe get your original service working before becoming a random item retailer?

  • twensor twensor (@twensor) reported

@YourBoyShane17 My interactions with Telstra have almost without exception made root canal work seem attractive in comparison. You could not deliberately design a system to be less responsive to customer needs. Kafka had nothing on Telstra.

  • ZohaibEjaz16 Zohaib Ejaz (@ZohaibEjaz16) reported

@Telstra You send a message and after ages you get a reply, “my shift is ending soon, someone will help you”. This is like “go to hell, we don’t care”.

  • pfbt Marquis d'Killara (@pfbt) reported

@Optus @NBN_Australia @Telstra Been through all of that with Optus before. Same problem with Telstra. You guys just have not supplied sufficient bandwidth & coverage for people on the edge of town. Great mistake thinking I could run my business west of the Blue Mountains.

  • pfbt Marquis d'Killara (@pfbt) reported

@Optus @NBN_Australia @Telstra The way to fix this is PROVIDE FIXED WIRELESS.

  • 2Lisao Lisa Avenaim (@2Lisao) reported

@Telstra very disappointed. Telstra disconnected my internet without permission because they couldn’t fix a glitch in their system. Failed four times to create an order to make an appointment to have NBN installed by a technician. Changed my plan without permission.

  • D_A_Stafford David Stafford (@D_A_Stafford) reported

@akash_viradiya @Telstra Count yourself lucky. I'm not getting any service at all from @Telstra

  • WilburUncle Australian Uncle Wilbur Union (@WilburUncle) reported

@Telstra Did you find out ways to help the country folk you misled into high costing contracts?
