    @FinancialReview @jennifer_hewett We have been through this nightmare. It took > 1 year. The best tips I have are; (i) get off Telstra - Vodafone manage NBN better, (ii) Foxtel just makes the tech harder, more complex - switching to Kayo/Binge eased the path, (iii) if cabling is an issue, get a pro cable guy

    @Telstra my internet was fixed for less than a week before it’s stopped working again. This is disgraceful service.

    @Telstra There is scheduled interruption to service coming up. That could mean everything is fine in the area but it doesn't

    @Telstra We already had it connected but the cable came down off the house 🏡 and needs to be re attached it’s been down for about 4 weeks all your connections are for new connections etc .. we have everything modem etc just need the cable connected we also need the Foxtel satellite 📡

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia internet outage #Forestville again and again and again uptime and number if outages becoming unacceptable for a paid service.

    @DrewPfitzner @GribbleRC Yes it’s rip off compared to the city , think we are on 500gb with Telstra for $90 , have dual sim phone to try a get coverage and cel-fi boosters in house and a few vehicles. So much for a unversial service obligation, hate to be remote!
