    Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    My @NBN has been down since 9am & they won't come to fix issue till Monday - 4 days (2nd time in 2 wks)! My Telstra hotspotting is weak. Time to hook up with @starlink Issue here is local installer charges an arm/leg etc to install sys on roof etc. I may have to suck it up.

    @TopherField Having previously worked for both Telstra and NBN, I can say NBN satellite and wireless are complete garbage, Starlink smashes it. NBN fibre is excellent though and speeds are world comparable. Still, many Aussies pick the cheapest slow plans which reduces our world rankings

    Whats wrong with our economic system is the unpenalised rank hypocrisy when Telstra declares a record profit, its CEO gets a $6 million payrise after the recent triple 0 outage that claimed lives.

    @Telstra Four frustrating weeks of call centres, troubleshooting, refusing to elevate us to managers, cancelling technicians. Four weeks of no home internet, losing money and being given the run around. It’s not hard. Is @Telstra the worst company in Aust for customer service? Still not fixed.

    To that miserable ***** that is CEO for Telstra who is helping rip off Australians wth price increase for no service . No one answers the phones for complaints. I pray this ***** suffers severe financial problems and experiences what struggling Australian families are suffering

    if you’re considering a mobile/internet service provider, stay away from Telstra. their customer service is the worst i’ve experienced anywhere and the service itself is ****. Does anyone know how to get out of a plan without buying out? I’ve actually had enough.
