Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

The service at present is intermittent. When it works it's fine. A speed test is only a snap shot. When it doesn't it doesn't.

They refused to replace my A5 (2017) (the TIO made them give me 6 month credit to compensate after they shut down 3G/NextG). Vodafone gave me an A17 to replace it,after I was using it as a modem.

I see it every night when others are comfy in bed in a home. Far more people are living tough than anyone realises — they ‘come out’ once people ‘go in’ — because otherwise they get told to move on.
