    There is nothing I can do on my side. My complete setup is fine and works flawlessly until the next power outage. I am convinced this is a @Telstra service issue. (5/7)

    @TMFScottP It's interesting to consider the scenarios that could have played out when COVID hit had we a) remained with slow ADSL or b) gone with Telstra's initial proposed FTTN upgrade with the condition of being stuck with them and only them as the RSP or c) the original FTTP NBN.

    In the past, things became normal again after a few days, and the services started to work normally again. Therefore @Telstra, I am asking you to please relay this information to your network support staff to have a look at it. (4/7)

    @Telstra - disconnected my internet !! A week in advance, chat support is ridiculous and so is your timelines to fix a problem. And then your so called move team is another level of stupidity, just blaming @NBN_Australia for its incompetency. Time to switch!! Had enough in a day

    @Telstra Literally the entire town is minus service ….. allegedly for planned outages ? So, that’s fairly horrifying that nothing is showing on your system ….

    @SallyLawry @Telstra I've been waiting over a month for Telstra to fix my landline. I live remotely so I've had to move to town until it's sorted. Internet also ratshit. Maybe I'll move to Cambodia.
