    @NBN_Australia So im waiting for updates from @Telstra, who are waiting for updates from you...and your response to Telstra is we’ll fix it in 7 weeks...then your customer can book in a new appointment.... which will be another 2 weeks.

    @Telstra just having problems with phone,my plan and applying the Telstra app. Elsternwick branch advised me that due to isolations no one can assist... WOW. The lad needed a bath.

    @vanOnselenP The ex Telstra copper wiring was never going to be up to the job according to ex Telstra techies I have spoken to. We have waited two years and only now have we been told we are eligible to connect to NBN because the old infrastructure needed to be upgraded in our neighbourhood

    My mobile is not accepting calls. I'm with Belong, which operates on @Telstra. It looks to be affecting all Telstra services at the moment. Can make calls, data works, SMS works. Just incoming calls aren't working. Message says service isn't connected.

    @NBN_Australia @awssecuritysyd @awscloud @AWSstartups @thelivecoders My other problem is I have NBN to the node but copper up to the apartment (1st floor). I don't really want to pay the $350 for @Telstra just to provide a quote. Just tell me how much for free and I'll most likely just pay you to upgrade me! 🤣

    Just got a *HUGE* bill from @Telstra for disconnecting my shit ADSL connection despite being told in-store and on the phone that there wouldn't be a charge. I'm furious and have asked them to check the phone recording. Next I'll go to the ombudsmen. FURIOUS.

    @hughriminton sure cancel Optus and go back to no services at all. For years Telstra told me they cover 96% of the population yet I had to drive 15 minutes at 100kph to make phone calls or work the internet. In 12 yrs nothing has improved with the competition.

    @Telstra Yes, managed to contact billing. Query unresolved but I need to check old bills. Log into web site, go to billing tab, get "There was a problem loading your accounts". Perfect. Telstra's systems running like a Swiss watch. Oh, scratch that. More like Swiss cheese. Full of holes

    @Telstra Thanks Ryan. That’s new info. I didn’t know Telstra wasn’t using offshore Call Centres now. I’ll read article later. Unfortunately damage is done. Endless mess & traumatising customers can’t be undone. Had fwit just recently accusing me of utter BS on back of Phillipina’s mess.

    @CooperCodes When my telstra plan expired I went with Belong which is the no frills version of telstra (uses the telstra network). It's a monthly plan - i.e. like postpaid but no yearly contract.

    @Telstra So funny. Ring 132000 to speak to cust service. IVR tells me if I use the app, I'll get answered "up to 4 times faster". I agree and receive text. Click on text, log in, tap "Phone me now". Nothing happens. Open chat, explain to agent, get told to ring 132000. So stupid.

    @janine_hendry @hughriminton We left Optus in 2006 - trying to get someone anyone in Optus to cancel our account was like a comedy skit - good luck Janine & PS during the black summer fires Telstra was the only carrier still working
