    @JohnBirmingham @Telstra @Optus Oh I feel your pain. I had to organise internet with a fixed IP address for my Mum’s home security cams. She kept cancelling her internet account because “I don’t use that rubbish” and setting up new, costly phone accounts that involved cancel fees. #dayslost

    @Pamelanicholls6 @andrewofoz @JaneCaro @Telstra I do that too, using my phone as a hotspot. But that chews through the data allowance and they (in my case Optus) don't let you have extra phone data because the internet is down. They still charge $10 a Gb for extra usage over the monthly allowance.

    @andy_penn Telstra are just *************** now - wasted 4 hours of my day waiting for a BOOKED appointment and just got a call saying technician won’t arrive cos he has another priority. 2 hours to drive here to be here by 8am as requested by you- rude bastards #TelstraSuck

    Well after 15 years it’s see ya @Optus & hello @Telstra I can’t believe in 2019 Optus cannot provide a 4G service in Prahran & they don’t have any plans to upgrade that black spot either. It baffles me. Oh well, a complaint to the TIO means I pay nothing to leave. #ByeFelicia

    @Telstra I tried this to no avail! My internet is not working. I’d like to know if there’s an outage in Preston, Vic. So that I can rule it out if there’s not one and send for a technician.

    @Telstra Yes, I’ve launched a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman about this whole debacle. You nor anyone at Telstra, have still not given me an explanation as to why there was an outage for 4 days.

    @UndaSthnXiStand @larry_blunders @OptusEnterprise Telstra has NOT started switching 3G off. They did turn their 2100MHz network off a few years ago, but the 850MHz network has not.

    Hey @Telstra I’ve been given the run-around about this outage in my area, Preston Vic. We’ve had no internet since Friday, it was scheduled to be resolved by 7pm tonight. This isn’t good enough. I’ve gone over my mobile data limit twice as I’ve had to do assessments for uni.

    @Telstra Appreciate that, but I can't even. Accidentally paid bill into an old account, $ is with Telstra, but they suspended my phone. Wont fix it, even though I was told by 5 diff ppl it would be. Telstra changed to a new system but blame the customer because there's faults in it.

    Dear @Telstra I have been having service interruptions consistently for the last few months now, mostly either Friday or Saturday evenings. Service is deteriorating and we pay to $$ for it. Neighbours are with TPG with 0 outages. Time to shop around I think.
