@Telstra Unfortunately not. Still sluggish. Voip conference calls dropping out. We’ve had to resort to phone tethering to get work done. Appreciate you can’t do much. Will head back through the support grinder again later when I’ve got spare time.

  • RodSwiftSJW 🅁🄾🄳 🅂🅆🄸🄵🅃 — 🅂.🄹.🅆. (@RodSwiftSJW) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@hipstergeddon @mektronik It is a Telstra employee number, based on the Australian Government Service number. My AGS was 39538983. Telstra changed first digit to corresponding letter and last AGS digit is a check digit: C953898

  • psimpsonmorgan Peter Morgan (@psimpsonmorgan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Goldenjocks Another thought, why are these problems with the NBN coming out now when Ziggy a former Telstra CEO is the Chairman of the NBN.

  • northlanejosh my name is josh (@northlanejosh) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Up to my 42nd minute on hold with @Telstra - for $90/month internet the customer service and amount of interruptions I get is appalling

  • smoldemi Michael Smolders (@smoldemi) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Have just ticked over 1hr on hold with @Telstra support. Home internet doesn't work. Tried "helpful" self service diagnostic to no avail. Wonder how much longer I'll be on hold for...

  • davmoro David Morison (@davmoro) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra 1.5hrs on hold, no one can help, it’s not rocket surgery, it’s you system!!! 250 elderly residents without phones... come on!

  • davmoro David Morison (@davmoro) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

No business phones @Telstra 1hr on phone and apparently no one can help, 3rd transfer because no one can help... not very good for a business custom. #pullyafingersout

  • CorinnaSladey CrinInfluenzer🥂💕🚜🏇💎 (@CorinnaSladey) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra seriously you are a piece of shit, spoken to your call centre over 15 times in the last few months and still problems not resolved. ****** useless 😡🥵🤬

  • ogettings Oliver Gettings (@ogettings) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thank you. I’ve never set up an account myself, online in-store so I don’t know what has happened.

  • stephroseg Stephanie Gaddin 👩🏻‍💻📜 (@stephroseg) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@AlanJDixon @Telstra No not really lol - just constantly frustrated by the extremely bad timing in their outages or the inflictions on my business account which never ever get resolved at first point of contact. If they were a small business they’d have sunk ages ago.

  • YAYASISTAR Andrea Scott (@YAYASISTAR) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@HelenWolff @Telstra Tweeting sometimes gets things moving faster 😜... hope they fix it soon

  • alisterrobbie Alister (@alisterrobbie) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra It didn’t, but I found that independently. It said everything was fine, and that 90% of issues were resolved using the online service.

  • abhi5148 Abhinav Gupta (@abhi5148) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Hi Team, on a IVRS call I am unable to select options even after pressing the desired key. This problem is happening only when calling from Telstra network. Please check and fix this asap!

  • janetbackstage janet eades 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♂️🚴🏿‍♂️ 💉+💉 (@janetbackstage) reported

@rochelled270 Ooh me too! I got the Telstra one too! I live having a chat I live giving them my password… when I get to the hundredth character they usually hang up. Another great question is “how’s the weather” even better is “how do you sleep at night?”

  • gil_hardwick Gil Hardwick (@gil_hardwick) reported

@tanya_plibersek You won't fix it, you f*cked it up yourself, right from the start. What you failed to grasp was all the experienced senior technicians remained loyal to Telstra, and NBNCo ended up with the apprentices. If you want to achieve anything you need to attract talent to your cause.

  • tim_mo_tay Tim (@tim_mo_tay) reported

@AlboMP Pfft. Cables. What about mobile spectrum? Wonder why Telstra happily sold its network to us? Wonder what they are spending their NBN cash on? NBN was a dud idea to start. It’s hurt competition and choice. It’s hurt quality of internet services. Government should have kept out.

  • billjoemick Michael Brennan (@billjoemick) reported

@ianclarkeAU @AlboMP During covid the public were let down by the failing copper and the overloaded fixed wireless and satellite (caused by LNP). Optus and Telstra execs say 5G it won't replace fibre

  • angelus512 Blockchain Cat 🐈 (@angelus512) reported

@Telstra I've been an existing customer for 3 years or so now. Called in to change my mobile plan to another one. 50minutes into this call now and I'm still waiting for it to be finalised. On a scale of 1-10 how incompetent are you guys? #Australia

  • mootlover kouki (@mootlover) reported

FFS @Telstra FIX MY ******* INTERNET IM SICK OF THIS ****

  • exkiwiforces Scud terrorising batsman &bowlers @Heathcote CC NZ (@exkiwiforces) reported

This is 4g @Telstra in the Rural Darwin atm, absolutely f***ing crap & I didn’t pay $90 a mth for crap service!! Got far better service in NZ, Timor-Leste, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Sth Sudan & else in the Middle East than I do here in Rural NT with Telstra.

  • UdimWitt UDim Witt (@UdimWitt) reported

@Telstra How stupid can a company be to attempt to force an inferior product onto the community? how obtuse, how absurd, how idiotic.. Telstra admitted i would only get 25Mbps speed without boosters. the connection i had was so much more superior to this NBN crap.. that's a certainty

  • filmagnoli Fil Magnoli (@filmagnoli) reported

@BigVapingNunga @AlboMP @Davekellymp but at the end of the day, many people want value for money, contact with someone to fix any issues as they arise, and reliability with whichever provider or service they go with. Exp: I stick with Telstra because of coverage not price, others may not care about coverage as much.

  • angelus512 Blockchain Cat 🐈 (@angelus512) reported

@Telstra 3/ How is a question like that relevant for a customer that has been with Telstra for 3+ years now - let alone migrating to a mobile plan which requires me to provide a guarantee (credit C) in advance and pay in advance and I'm being asked irrelevant questions like hours worked?
