  @SistaRuthDOPD They use the Telstra platform. Never heard of it doing that, but calls are answered based on the key words you use when it asks you what you’re calling about. Also offers ‘place in queue’, calling you back when your phone no reaches #1 in the queue, which is really worth doing.

  But you get a whoops when your service goes down. You ever order a pizza and the shop takes a slice out and says can't help it? That's what Telstra is. And look at the profits in a cost-of-living crisis, ay. Whose cost of living ?? When do we adjust the books ay ?? @Telstra been with you lot for over 10 years at my address... not once have you even given me a router upgrade or checked if I'm on the best plan... where's your loyalty, ay ??   @JakeBeer11 @ClareONeilMP Not only building industry. Indians bought all big pharmacy from Chinese. Telstra franchises and so on. Whenever you go there are Indians. Some of them very rude.

  Anika Wells’ claim 'the industry must learn from its mistakes' following a damning report into the catastrophic Telstra outage is not good enough.  The collapse of Telstra’s mobile network on 8 July this year caused chaos with payment systems, shut down train networks, and stopped some people calling triple zero. Mobile telecommunications networks are critical infrastructure.  That is why, on the day of the outage, the Coalition called on the government to urgently deliver mobile network reliability standards.  There must be appropriate minimum standards in place governing the reliability, performance, and maintenance of our mobile networks with significant penalties when those standards are breached.  Asking telcos to 'rebuild trust with Australians by ensuring networks do not succumb to preventable failures’, as the minister stated today, is like hitting the telcos with a piece of wet lettuce.  The minister’s silence on the need for a tougher regulatory framework is deafening.

  Forget the Telstra outage, there should be a senate investigation into AFL Tables being down for hours.
