@Telstra REALLY struggling with you guys right now. My husband and I both took half day off work yesterday and patiently waited for NBN to be connected between 12-5...NO ONE came! I was on the text chat from 1.30pm until 10pm...still no resolution!

@PaulRebec @Telstra Yes please THIS. I spent 45mins troubleshooting, reconfiguring networks, rebooting routers... nothing. Even checked NBN status... finally tried to check the Telstra service. Your webiste is down too. Like send us a text, it isnt that hard!

Been offline because of a major cyber attack on Telstra. My daughter in law came to my rescue by showing me how to connect onto the 4G network thru my phone & laptop now I can watch my Eels hopefully do a number on the dogs. Sometimes I think that I was born 40 yrs too early.👍🤓

What’s now interesting is that despite never wanting to return to Telstra, we were able to access speeds of around 1000 mbps down a lot of the time. Aussie are currently looking at why *they currently cannot offer >100 down. This smacks of restrictive trade practice by NBN.

@Telstra is a joke. So many processes, but you don't empower your staff to help your customers. And don't get me started on how slow your app is, definitely not helping. Spent 2 hours of my evening trying 'fix' a porting request, only to be told 'oh we can't do that'.

The usual lack of customer service from @telstra. Call them. Opt for a call-back ‘cause they’re all busy. Call back is automated. Tells me they can’t find a suitable person to help me. Hangs up on me. I guess they’ve all gone home!
