  • trainspotter67 Drew James. 加油 (@trainspotter67) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hey @Telstra 17 dropouts of the NBN in 24 days since connected. Seems to go out for 2 hours at a time. Usually middayish. Not great when trying to work. This is not a service, it’s just a pain.

  • 44_BSP BSP (@44_BSP) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Nope, no reference numbers or anything. Was told my ticket would be left open so they monitor the issue and promised a call back in 24 hours which - as far as I can see - I have not had. My internet is also not working, again.

  • trainspotter67 Drew James. 加油 (@trainspotter67) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

All I want from @Telstra is a working nbn service. Just please.

  • eileen_1956 Eileen B Kenny (@eileen_1956) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Red_and_Blue26 You might live to rue going to Optus. They have not purchased adequate broadband & the NBN highlights that. 10 weeks with no solution - hello Telstra, bye bye Optus. Not one second of regret, we have not dropped out once in over 3 months with T.

  • gavinlewis89 Gavin Lewis (@gavinlewis89) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Thanks 🙂. I’m aware of the smart modem, but I shouldn’t have to pay to replace my existing Telstra supplied modem to work around a network issue. A free placement would be appreciated 😉

  • nathan_bobik Nathan Bobik (@nathan_bobik) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Ran the test....says everything is ok, however these constant 30 second dropouts are becoming slightly annoying seeing I can’t seem to figure out a solution.

  • annthrel Ann Threlfall (@annthrel) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra I understand. I.m confused. You say there's no outage. They say there is; no internet since 2.30 this afternoon.

  • 12_dean Dean Moore (@12_dean) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra OMG. Service. Once again no internet. Then call tech support. No help but I can put you through to the platinum team and they will fix it for $60. Great little scam. It’s once again your issue why my internet died. Nothing to do with my end. Service or scam.

  • OuterspaceGRL79 Ashli (@OuterspaceGRL79) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra so many outages this week in Tyabb. Please fix. Really over the lack of service. Speed is so slow the speed test doesn't even work.

  • trainspotter67 Drew James. 加油 (@trainspotter67) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@OperationalInc1 @Telstra I was switched 24 Oct. was great got a few days. Then got this problem. Seems Middayish. Which wouldn’t be volume related. Tho the sms sends me messages that there are problems at 9am, when it is perfectly ok. Someone has really FU.

  • Jarvascious Jarvis Johnson (@Jarvascious) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@domm @jonathannen Lurking but thought I should share - Verizon is the Telstra of US. AT&T is the Optus - OK in cities and bad elsewhere.

  • stpascoe stuart pascoe (@stpascoe) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

So after so many years with @SamsungMobile starting at s2 till my current #S10Plus I brought an @Apple #ipadpro12 and have never been happier😀 so I've ordered the new #iPhone11ProMax #AppleWatchSeries5 and #airpods2 that should be here soon from @Telstra #appletips #applehelp

  • leo_cadle 💧 Makin' a Mess #ARRF 🇦🇺 (@leo_cadle) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

So mad, Telstra/NBN just disconnected me with not a single email or call, because they want me to move my cable service to nbn, to get the same plan would cost me $60 a month extra, and it will take 10 business days

  • zootymoose Mattles Returns (@zootymoose) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra is lack of 4G a known issue on trains between Flinders st and Cheltenham stations in Melbourne

  • EmJaeCaer Michael Carmody (@EmJaeCaer) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • leo_cadle 💧 Makin' a Mess #ARRF 🇦🇺 (@leo_cadle) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@EugeneWare What I had before, except not @Telstra because they are stupid and disconnected me for a technology swap that never happened

  • JayBallzup Jay Ball (@JayBallzup) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@WildMN_34 @SWrightAU @ItsJustBaxy I had similar issues with my OG. Could never get it working. Traded for an X. Might be worth doing the All access thing with Telstra and then upgrading to Scarlett next year.

  • gtvone Simon Pollock (@gtvone) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Call @TPG_Telecom ‘yes your line is stuffed, check your modem!’ ..no no, it was @NBN_Australia ..THEN they tell me ‘we have to escalate to @Telstra sorry, no Fix ETA possible!’ Today of all days... 2 of flipping 2... #homeworker #bitcross #noheadsup #yeahnah

@SBSNews Can't use my Netflix right now because telstra internet is so **** I can't stream anything. I believe telstra should be paying my Netflix bill in compensation.

@Telstra 1. My elderly mother called to upgrade speeds last week at her home because it was horribly slow 11mbps. Cost her $25 per month to upgrade to 50mbps.

  • connor_daren 💧Daren Connor 🇦🇺 (@connor_daren) reported

Why do mobile phones still break up & drop out in this day & age? WTF is going on? Aren’t services meant to improve over time? @Telstra & @Optus are forever dropping out, losing service & dropping words during conversations. Hopeless Australian telecommunications. #auspol

  • wallabyted Paul Ross (@wallabyted) reported

@Chargey76 We all know who's causing high inflation. All the big companies Telstra etc. Putting charges up through roof. Mob went from $19 to $60. Prepaid gate sim $70 to$300 & now Beer by Albo. The bloke is a Dunce allowing this CRAP!!!! Thought he had the Plan? Jim Chalmers. What a Goose!

  • SenpuuTribal Senpuutribal (@SenpuuTribal) reported

@Telstra seem to have problems after that storm earlier with our internet, cannot use full nbn speeds as it defaults right onto the mobile network, yet your outage website doesn't list any problems in 4124 boronia heights is it possible to check on your end?

  • andrewstarr1000 Thing (@andrewstarr1000) reported

@M_B_D_S TPG couldn't provide the service. It's Optus or Vodafone. I'm with Vodafone but their mobile coverage where I am is terrible. Even Telstra with all their issues could fix stuff before this. They just cost too much for me right now. Bastards.

  • SamuelJHigham Sam Higham (@SamuelJHigham) reported

@Tedthekelpie @GrainsMae Tune 4G with directional antenna. Telstra guru found our 1 Yr old antenna had a solder connection fall apart. That said my in-laws have a tower on their farm (nearly highest point in the shire) and still shite signal 5km away
