@sarahbr2020 @Telstra DNS issues in all states except QLD and WA. If you know how to change use Google DNS or Cloudflare that should get you going. NBN connection is okay

@PaulRebec @Telstra Yes please THIS. I spent 45mins troubleshooting, reconfiguring networks, rebooting routers... nothing. Even checked NBN status... finally tried to check the Telstra service. Your webiste is down too. Like send us a text, it isnt that hard!

Been offline because of a major cyber attack on Telstra. My daughter in law came to my rescue by showing me how to connect onto the 4G network thru my phone & laptop now I can watch my Eels hopefully do a number on the dogs. Sometimes I think that I was born 40 yrs too early.👍🤓

@Telstra Hopefully the NBN connection will be fixed. I’ve already spent nearly 3and a half hours on hold with @Telstra (2calls) . I get it might be a complex issue to fix, but please employ #humans. I like many others prefer speaking directly to a #person particularly if it’s complex.

@Telstra I tried for more than 12 hours to resolve, even spoke to technical team- as the two factor for Telstra does not use email, only text message when creating an eSIM then I cannot get back on the air. I have to say the people at Telstra have been nice, but the service has really 1/2
