He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

Quite right too! Telstra Optus, AGL, ORIGIN etc - FOREIGN CALL CENTRES! I just hang up on them and don't pay the bill! Then they call me!
